Myself Kapil Sarse from vadodara Gujarat,a regular viewer of movies at Fame cinemas, Want to log a complaint.
Details are as fallows
Today (15/01/2011) ,I have seen the advertisement in the Times of India and accordingly went to buy a ticket for the movie green hornet in Fame vihar..
The showtime mentioned was 9:00 AM and accordingly I reached to the theator by 8:40 AM to buy the ticket.I got the reply...

Fame cinemas online ticket booking

There was a Fame Cinema in Anand city but in its official website when i went to online ticket booking there was no any city name like Anand and no any type of option for Anand city. I did not get any numbers for to call Anand Fame Multiplex.
If there is not any type of service for online booking but at least they should have to give number for a call....

Reverse of money in account.
I tried to book ticket online in famecinemas.com for the movie My Name is Khan.Although Rs980 was deducted from my account but ticket was not booked.And more over I didn't even get a message regarding reverse of money.When I mailed to famecinemas these people asked me to send the detail related to the booking.When I send them the same they told it will take 30 working days to reverse the money.

Online Ticket Booking
This is regarding online booking of ticket for FAME CINEMAS (LIDO BANGALORE). I used my credit card to buy the tickets . Although the payment got successful but die to some technical reason of FAME CINEMAS website the tickets were not confirmed. Instead they show the message your money would be refunded if deducted within 7 - 8 days .But it has been more than 15 days but still no refund has been done.

For taking money unnecessarily which we don't wish to have.
Recently I've booked the tickets for Paa at Fame Raghuleela, Vashi in Gold Class of time 3.45 PM. As the cost of tickets are 350/- per head. Then why did your people charge me Rs. 900/- for 2 tickets in which there is food coupon of Rs. 200/- which I don't wish to have. They said it is compulsory to buy it. Service
I watch all movies at fame cinemas majorly, but as usual once anything becomes a big brand they just don't care for their customers, they charge so high for cold drinks which are always flat and they don't even have option, i bought a cold drink and when tasted found the same again complained to their sales executive he says we have that only and no options for canned ones....
