I order fastrack watch combo rs.1199 from wrist factory by courier ecom exective order detail (24302). When i see the images and review i thought watches are branfded but watches are duplicate... And brown one has its broken key and red one not tell the time properly.. I am expecting good quality product but product i get is in very bad condition... Plz return...

I have purchased 2 no's fastrack watch on[protected] and after 4 month it is was stop. another fastrack ladies watch after 11 month also it was stop.

I ask about the product of fastback, we have spend money for quality of product and believe in brand.

after 2 experience how can I believe in Fastrack?

Please ensure after repairing of my watch it is now water proof?
can I use in swimming pool?...

I received a fast track watch whose color was White, which I had not ordered for some other color. My order No . [protected] . the overall look of the watch was also like its not a new brand watch. It is very disappointing and I request for replacement. Thanks....

Watch back said totally damaged, my skin also damaged, here mension on back said stainless steel body, but totally damaged. Six .month before same problem happened, that time ur team full supported me. And changed that part, but comes again...

Respected Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that I have bought a Fastrack Watch (model no-3076SSB)—50MWR on 2014 from SHOPPERS STOP MG ROAD GURGAON. Within 1 and 1/2 year the watch dial damaged. The dial sides occur perforation, due to that shirts cuffs has been damaged. This is to request please look into this matter.
