I had ordered beautiful blue colored long kurti vide order no. Ft[protected].
But i get wrong delivery in june 2019. I m till waiting for there reply
I also send mail for refund but no reply from team.
Also i rebook another dress but till i don't get any delivery and reply.
Now i am searching website but it not working now a days.
I sending continuely mail to team for delivery and...

I had ordered a blue checked dress which was shown on the site of Rs.700 but instead they sent a cheap quality red and orange coloured kurta. I tried contacting them through the contact number and also sent a number of emails but got response. All the bad comments from their site and Facebook are removed immediately. It's disappointing and disappointing at the same time as fraud companies like this one are promoted by renowned social media...

I had ordered for blouse but i received blouse piece which was of cheap material. After several follow ups they agreed to exchange that to i only had to send courier bearing 120 rs for that. Asked them to transfer the amount to bank account for which they did not agree stating will deduct 150 unnecessarily. They transferred the amount to my wallet for which i ordered a kurtha which they sent different one size which i ordered was l they ahve...

The worstest website for shopping I hav gone through ever..!! No response to the customers if we have any query..!! Bloody hell with the website..!! I have ordered a product and I got wrong product and on that they charged 3200 rupees without product..!! And if we question they don’t hav answer except sorry and they don’t refund money, they will return in terms of credits..!! What will we do wen we neva Eva wanted to shop in that site..!!...

Fastroly advertises a stitch blouse on website and on purchase of the same item sends a cheap unstitched fabric of different colour. When contacted via email, I am asked to pay a processing fee of Rs 150/- and do bear the expenses for couriering it back to them?!! This is their company policy?!!! They are cheating alot of people like me. Pls take strict action against them. I want my full refund and. Not as Fastroly credit. Pls help and stop...

I purchased a ready made blouse from their website of size 40. Fastroly sent me unstitched fabric that too of wrong colour. When mailed them about it Mr. Foram Patel kept writing to me that I have to self courier it and that Fastroly will charge me Rs 150/- as processing fee??!!! They make a mistake and charge their customer for returning the product???...

Fastroly is a fraud site. Please take action against such websites who use such platform to rob people. The pictures and reviews are false. Ordered a dress and they packed a piece of transparent so called kurti, with only stitching and bad material, no where close to the original picture in their site. When tried to contact the number went to canara bank! Mailed them and they replied that pictures send by me are not clear, and you need to...

I have ordered a blue kurti but they delivered a totally different product which looks cheap and pathetic. The negative review i gave for the product was never displayed. The contact number given by them are all out of service. Even for my complaint mail, i didn't get a response. Now i don't find a way to reach out to them and exchange the product. I want my money refunded and i expect some kind of strict action taken against these swindlers....

In the last week l have ordered ready made blouse of Rs.1040 but when I received the parcel it was a cheap piece of cloth ...I tried to call on the site given number but no one picked up the phone ..since 4-5days I'm trying to contact but invain...even while sending order they contact me twice.such fraud and cheat people . ..I hope people who are cheating others should be punished....

Fastroly — non refund of money

I had purchased a kurti from this new website. T. They have an elaborate return policy but actually they don't respond to customers who want to return the products. I received a totally different product that what i had i ordered in terms of look, color & quality. I contacted fastroly several times through mail, fb messenger but not a single response. I have seen several other people complaining...

I ordered a product from Fastroly i got a worst product i paid the money.. later when i tried to contact them for the return i couldn't.. the website.. instagram page.. Facebook page and their mobile number is completely fake. And they'll delete our comments and also they blocked me.. i expect some kind of action against them.. there are people who got cheated like me.....

I ordered 2 designer blouse on 31st may 2019 and the next day i got a call from their office from a lady asking if it is a confirmed order. I have her number saved but now when i try calling its out of coverage area. Later on 8june 2019 i got a piece of cloth. I did not open it thinking it was wrongly sent. But now i know that I was cheated. It's prepaid 1740 rs in through debit card. Please help me in getting back my money and also stop...

it has been uploaded in Face book page, where too many of them will get cheated. Kindly do not allow any fake website. Every bit of money is very essential. when people cannot go and shop outside will look into to shop online....

I ordered kurti worth 850 rs and received a different product not even costing Rs. 150/-. and the size is too small.
I tried sending an email and tried calling at the contact number provided at the site but unfortunately it is not reachable. I called the courier boy also, the same day to return the product but that also didn't worked.

Please ban the website, as it is not at all a genuine company rather its a FAKE and...

I had bought red color fully stitched blouse, provided with sizes and all, from fastroly website.

The blouse costed me inr 850 but i received a cheap cloth rather than a stitched blouse.

I had mailed to their customer care to initiate the return process but no response received yet.

The contact no provided on their website is incorrect. Even the process of return says that customer has to courier...

I bought a blouse from this online store called fastroly. According to the description it was supposed to be a blouse rather a designer according to the product name and specification suggested on the website. However i just a cheap cloth and not a blouse. I have mailed them following their return policy. Waited for 1day but no response from them. Contacted them through facebook still no response. There i saw people are commenting on how...

I purchased items of close to 5k and they advertised very wrongly and cheated me... They have blocked the site for me... Not able to contact them... They still have a page in faceboook and it is still being promoted and people are being cheated

I see that many people trying to post in fb in the same website but its being deleted by them and also they have disabled the comments from viewing which is why everyone is getting fooledbr...

I have ordered one kurti of worth 890 rs and i received some different cheap kurti inspite of ordered. I tried to contact them via phone and email (Care. I havent received any response from them as i am not able to contact them all the phone number and email address are incorrect. It is very bad thing. Kindly take strong action....

Ihave ordered a black colour kurthi cost: Rs 800 .but l got a cheap thing worth Rs 150 only. I purchased a kurti of rs890. But i received a cheap quality wrong kurti with a maximum cost of rs150. I received an entirely wrong product and when i tried to call customer care, the number doesn't exist. No reply for my mail too. Really shocked. Pls do the needful. I have the wrong product still with me, either they exchange with my ordered kurta or they give a refund for my cash...

I had ordered 2 blouses but they sent blouse pieces.. That too very bad quality and one of them doesnt even match what is actually shown in the picture.

Return request sent to their email id care. [protected]@gmail.com, no one even seen that email also their customer support number mentioned on the website doesnt exist.

I ordered the product few days back from your website. It got delivered today but the product is not the same I ordered.

I ordered 8 blouses worth rupees 6309. As per the add they are claiming to send stitched blouses but what they sent were just blouse peices. Their customer care number is not working and they are bot even replying to mail and facebook messages.

I need want my money back as it is bot worth it but after even seeing my messages on fb messenger, these guys are not responding. These guys are cheating on customers and are scam....
