I had ordered the nokia n 8110 but received a fake product. This fake product doesn’t even turn on. No response from the customer service team even after multiple follow ups.
I want refund.
Please do not buy any product from gizmo-bazaar!!
I called the number [protected] no response for this number.
This is 100% fraud company, i don't know how govt is allowing such a cases and making through online....

On 15.02.2020 i have ordered a nokia n8810 handset from www.gizmo-bazar.com vide order number #gmb-10384. However, today morning when i received the courier the package contains a blackzone neo 8110 handset. This is complete breach of trust and fraudulent activity. I need my money refund at the earliest.

I ordered mi 4 band. For my mom the prodcut i received was fake nothing worked. It didnt even stared. Just need to say earning like this cheating customers the company would go no where high. I just need refund of that. Atleast the product had worked would had the satisfiction of that but it didnt. Tried calling them like for 100 times no one picked or received it. I placed the order for mi 4 smart band on 5th of feb vide order no gmb-9575 and received the parcel on 7th of feb 2020 but first of all the product received is fake secondly it didn't get power up at all.
I tried to contact on the contact no. Provided for 4 days but no response.
I worte several mails but none of the mail was responded.
I request immediate strict action against such fraud sellers....

Dear team please return this 3rd class product and refund my money. Just unboxed the packaging and its like 100% duplicate watch.

This company advertise branded items and ships fake items work 1/8 th of the cost they advertise in the website. Customer service never picks the call, they highlights 24/7 customer service which is another false promise. NO ANSWER on[protected] or [protected]@gmail.com. So please report the website to the service providers as hoax or scammers.

Offer watches for half price, lot of people has fallen into prey of this site,...

Product has been delivered to me but in the order history they are showing that the delivery and amount is still pending and that's why I'm not able to return the product. I have called their costumer care service but they are not receiving the call many times I called and I have mailed them also regarding the return but their also no reply and product is not in working condition....

I ordered mi 4 band from the site and it got delivered, however the box itself was fake withut branding and the product inside the box was already open. It was not sealed.

The product was used and had lot of scratches on it.

I tried reaching them but they are not receiving any calls.

Myself Jignesh Mehariya, living Ahmedabad saijpur area. I was searching MI band 4 watch in online MySmartPrice, I have seen the advertisement of gizmo-bazar online shopping website, then I have gone for it, I have online ordered MI band 4 from gizmo bazar @1200.
They were giving me 50% off this I have bought it but I have received M4 brand wrist watch instade of MI.

Now I haven't option...

I had order for Xiaomi Mi band 4 & instead received M4 Smart bracelet which is duplicate.
I had attached photos of order summary as well as the product I got.
Therefore, I mail them for return & refund request but not received any reply.
I request you to please solve my issue & take necessary action against seller. Many complaints had been already filed against seller.

I have ordered the redmi airdots on 8/1/2020, it has been delivered on 10.1.2020, when i open the product, it does have the redmi seal, and the product inside is fake, where the left airdots is not working and not charging. I have raised mail, regarding the return of product or refund of amount. I didn't get any response from them, where the contact number is switched off, it's not working.
