I ordered pink soft silk saree is just 999 today evening courier came for great indian saree.com he received extra 100 more than that retail price
the pack was opened i really scared because they given a fake product its totally different instead of that pink saree
later on im call to that company phone no [protected]
is switched off
they blame me
so kindly requested you to return my product and refund...

Readers i received a saree worth rs. 1049 from the above mentioned company which i can't remember whether i ordered or not. Anyways as i received the order i paid for that and searched for the item in their website. The item displayed in their website doesn't match with the item i received. Then and then i called them and mailed them for replacement. But no response from the other end. According to me such companies should be punished....

Great indian saree online site is fraud. We have ordered the product and received the different product. Got cheap products. The image they show while placing the order is different from the delivered product.

I have ordered saree of worth 1049 from great indian saree online portal and what i received is wrong and fake product. Saree which they sent me is not even worth of 100 rupees.

I have pinged on their whataapp number to place the return request and have sent an email as well, however i have not received any response. Mobile number which they provided on courier package is switched off.

They are deceiving people.....

It is a fraud website... I have searched great indian saree complaints on google and all have posted a negative review about it... It's been a year that they have started their website greatindiansaree.com and it's not yet shut inspite of so many complaints...

I had ordered a blue color saree from this website (Inr 999 plus inr 50 shipping) and i received a saree with red & green color and a whole different pattern. I have attached both the photos here. I have ordered a saree costing 1149rs. But there were no response. I called nearly 100 times and i have dropped an email 6 times. Really its a fake site, don't order any products....

Whereas they had charges 999+ 150 shipping i came to know about the website through facebook. Some action should be taken against this company because many will be cheated in the future. I was delivered a bad quality deffected material according to thier policy i reported the fault within 24 hours and returned the item to the mentioned address through parcel they are not refunding my money even after getting the item in the same state as it was delivered, according to thier policy they have to transfer money to my account. 3 sarees for rs. 999 each were booked on line portal of great indian saree. We received the sarees on 24.8.19 and paid rs. 3147 in cash to courier boy.
As the sarees were not as per our choice registered, we decided to return it.
We sent email regarding return on 24/25/27/28 august. But no response.

I had booked a saree and received a call from them regarding confirmation. But when i received the product it was a different one and very cheap. Now i have 4 different mobile numbers of them, their whatsapp number, their 3 email address and i tried contacting them regarding the issue but they don't respond to anything.
