I had ordered green colour soft silk designer saree order no. 144084, from great indian saree, online. I have received a totally different saree, which is of worst quality, design and colour. I want a refund of the money i have paid rs. 1149.
They are not answering the mobile no. And also not replying to whatsapp messages. I request strict action to be taken against such frauds, so that they do not dare to get into such transactions....

Got an advertisement about this website through one of the social media site. On scrolling through the website it showed a number beautiful sarees thus ordered a white silk saree. After few days we got the saree delivered, it should be a white silk saree but got an ordinary orange cotton saree. Great indian saree — did not get feedback for my complain against great indian...

Order no 138722. Website great indian saree.
I have ordered 2 saree2 in great indian saree website. But the product is not same as shown in the website. It's quality is worst. I've mailed them on `[protected]@gmail.com` and ` return. [protected]@gmail.com`. But there is no response for mail. I've also called them on [protected] and [protected]. But those numbers are switched off. I want to return the product but they are not responding...

I had ordered a gorgeous satee costing rs.1200. But they srnt me a completely different cheap saree. Totally fake company. Now thwir refund rules states that o have to courier back the product at my own expenses i. E rs 200-300 and after receipt of product they will initiate refund. But what if they don't. So i wil be losing 1200 +150 courier incoming+200 courier outgoing. The saree i actually received does not cost more than 300. Dont trust....

I shop online saree rs 1099 from this shop via the great indian saree website i pay first by google pay to [protected] onthis no. After when shipping was come at my home saree was not they send which i choice so i was return saree to this shop address and i pay courier charges etc but now 3 days they not pick my call and refund my money. Sir/madam i ordered saree in great indian saree website at august 25th 2019. Delivery was reached but the product is miss match and the quality of the product was worst quality. I had a call to them but thy didnt response and switched off their numbers. I had paid 1099 rs and i have my refund amount pls take action quickly. #133481. I have ordered 3 sarees on aug 18.in display they name it as silk sarees. But delivered a very cheap material. And to return the product they are not at all responding to mail and chats. The number which the have given is no the right one. I do know why the he'll they are doing this. Plzzzz guys never ever order in this site. They ll never respond if any. Wrong cloth material of very cheap quality and texture delivered instead of the original piece which i had applied for. Totally a fraud company making money by cheating people. Being a first online buyer, a terrible experience. I had ordered rich blue color soft silk designer saree of 999/- with 150 shipping charge. But to my disappoint i have received a very cheap saree which is just 200 worth. Trying to return the product but the website not getting through the process. I think it's a fake site. I have seen many have complained. Please help me with this so that i will get my money back....

These guys are so cheap and frauds. As soon as you register in the website they start calling you repeatedly and convince about their product and once you buy they send a wrong product and then will start ignoring your calls and whatsapp messages i had ordered a product of 1500 rs when i called them and whatsapped them they did not respond at all. They will read all your messages but will not respond. Never ever buy products from this website...

I had ordered 04 sarees on www.greatindiansaree.com and paid in advance Rs 2, 298/- for 02 sarees as per their requirement. Remaining 02 sarees had to be paid COD Rs 2, 448/-. The delivery man collected Rs. 2, 450/- but upon opening the packet later on, I found that there were only 02 sarees. Now the seller is not picking up my phone and not responding on whatsapp number also. It's a fraudulent website....

I have got completely wrong product. I ordered for 1150/- (With courier charges) but they delivered me a saree which is not even worth 500/-. This is purely cheating. We saw an ad on fb and browsed saree selling website name Great Indian Saree and booked a saree shown in their website for 999 saree cost +150 courier charge as cash on delivery. When the product came it was not only what we selected but the product quality what they delivered was pathetic cheap quality saree.
