I have ordered different product and they have dispatched me a wrong product. And not even responding to my calls and emails. I have tried with different numbers. Also they have given different phone on the parcel which is switched off contiousley. And i have seen that many people are complaing about this site and store kindly take a look with this site and resolve my problem. This is fraud please ban this site. Asap...

I ordered a saree costing rs.1149/- (Rs.999/- saree and courier cost rs.150/-) in great indian saree site.
The product that i received and saree which i ordered was totally different.
So immediately i sent an email to change the product, if can’t be done then to refund the amount.
Got a response to my mail asking to courier the saree back.
I couriered the saree back to the vendor and mailed the courier acknowledgement...

I had ordered a black soft silk saree with order# 122383 and received an entirely different worst quality product. I have sent a complaint mail and tried to call several times. But they are not even attending the calls. Please take necessary steps to stop this non-sense in the name of online shopping. #70703 item code, one saree purchased from great india saree, surat. It was not matched as shown in online. For refund as directed by company i have returned parcel through courier to their address. But no refund made. Nobody attends call nor reply any mail. One time they taken my google pay account details, but no refund made after that swiched off. I've ordered saree from this site (Order no : 104301), but i received wrong product, i returned that saree on same date to the address, but iam not able to contact them to ask my amount to refund. Iam trying to reach them through call, mail & message they are not responding. The number which they given site is not picking the call. Almost it has been a week but no response from their end

I ordered saree for my mother from “great indian saree”.
Before buying they were saying you can return the product 5 days after delivery.
I got the saree and it was very cheap quality so i messaged him on whatsapp to return the product.
But this man is not replying my messages.

I had order for a multi color soft silk silk designer saree for rs. 999 + shipping charges rs. 150 total rs. 1149 vide order no. 102517 on 19-july-2019. The shipment was received on 24-july-2019 but the product received was totally different and a cheaper product. It was mailed to concerned seller and whatsapp message were sent but no response has been received. The contact number [protected] is always busy.

This is money laundering and they should be put under 420 case. The website the mobile number everything is a scam. Please find them and arrest them and most importantly remove the damn website....
