Hi Sir, My name is balakumar I am book intex aqua power plus mobile on 25/08/2015. Still I am not getting any response from green shopee.com.when I call customer service 100 times no response and sending mails also no response. I have the order mail details and amount of ₹2539 in my account statement. Now I am want to money back only....

We placed an order in Greenshopee. com website promo offer mobile (Samsumg Galaxy A5). we paid amount by gateway paytm 10 days before successfully . my order no.[protected] is still in processing . I didn't receive any tracking id yet. They are not responding to e-mail and customer care number is always busy or not reachable......

Dear Concern, I ordered Samsung mobile phone in Greenshopee.com on 26 august nd got a invoice copy with the order #[protected] from Greenshopee.com. my order no.[protected] is still in processing . I didn't receive any tracking id yet. They are not responding to e-mail and customer care number is always busy or not reachable. There is no option to cancel the product in the website. I made a payment with Axis Credit card....

Ordered Moto 2nd generation mobile through Greenshopee.com on 21 Aug 2015 Order #[protected]. The payment was taken through Paytm Wallet. Till date I haven't got the product nor any sort o[censored]pdate regarding my order. There was no second thought that the company would be a fraudulent company as this payment was done through a secure channel such as PAYTM. Please help in getting my money back from this company...I do not want any product...
