I am saravanan i done an transaction for gate application through tez upi mode of transaction. Tez shows the payment was successful but it madras does not get my money.

I have done jio recharge rs.399 through samsung paymini of my acct via upi on 13 th oct. For my jio mobile no.[protected]. But jio says yr payment declined so contact [protected]@icic by which the payment is made. Forwarding your request as below. Hello, [protected]@icici has requested you money. Please approve or reject the request using samsung pay upi app.
So pls confirm when will i get back the amount rs.399 from you.
