On 25/05/20 I have ordered a mini Carvaan Tamil and received a parcel on 02/06/20 Order No[protected] After having opened it I am surprised to note that it contains a mini Carvaan Hindi which is no use to me.I have reported the matter to Amazon and I am informed that the matter will be seen by an Executive for suitable remedial action.I have informed the seller in New Delhi regarding this on 15/06/20.But nothing has taken place till date regarding the wrong shipment and I am shocked to note the silence exhibited both by Amazon and the seller.Please do the needful to replace the wrong item delivered.

I am sr. Citizen 71 yrs. Age, due to lock down i not able to visit branch for 2019-20 interest certificate. But i do not find any service to send interest certificate by e mail as done by other puc banks.

The ezee phones has neither acknowledged nor confirmed the order. As advised by Pay authority, I have tried to contact Ezee phones through contact address given in their portal. They are not responding to email nor contact as suggested in their portal. I am suspecting a foul play of ezee phones and a fraud encouraged by PayU gateway. Is there any solution to this internet fraud.

My daughter, Ashmila K.K.ordered online with prepaid cash for Pampers, and notification came that the commodity reached your nearest delivery office, Perambra, but unable to deliver as lockdown in force. This was on 1.June 2020.But as your office was near to us, we directly contacted your delivery branch Perambra, they said the item has reached bere, but unable to find.They said we will reach you as soon as possible.After 4 days, today I myself contact your delivery branch Perambra, they first said it did'nt reach there, but when I show them the tracking data, they said it reach just yesterday, after that they said the item ordered was taken back by the authorities, for which we are not responsible.I firmly believe this is nothing but cheating of the costumers who paid for the item before delivery My order I.D is [protected].You may verify the date of the order, see the difficulties and financial losses you caused in respect to this order. The item we ordered from you was Pampers for our kid.You have to take responsibility for the financial and other difficulties caused by your irresponsible and cheating staffs who refused to deliver the item ordered by Ashmila K.K.even after reaching your delivery office Perambra.Whoever is responsible for this kind of behaviour must be punished and compensation must be paid to the customer.we expect you to behave properly,

Refund of road tax
I purchased car in bangalore. car registration number KA03MV1202 in 2014 and paid full tax. subsequently I got transferred to chennai. I obtained NOC from Indira nagar RTO and made registration of the car at chennai paying full tax in chennai. I applied for refund of road tax to Indira nagar RTO. Indira nagar RTO vide letter RTO:BNG (E)/NT/REFUND/P.R-3 (a)/18-19 dated 22/5/18/15/6/18 asked certain confirmation details from RTO Sholingangnalur, Chennai which were provided by RTO sholinugangnalur in about a month and the same were handed over to RTO office Indira nagar. nearly two years after that still i am yet to get the refund. please look into the matter and see that I get my refund at the earliest.

Cancellation free charged although the flight cancelled by the airline.

Sir/Madam,
I am Debabrata Biswas, booked flight from Kolkata to Chennai on 16.04.2020 with PNR Nos. R5236A. On 18th March, 2020 I got a e-mail from Air Asia informing that the flight was rescheduled by the airline (copy Enclosed). I called the customer care of Air Asia to confirm the same and they confirmed me that the same is rescheduled. They also confirmed me that I am eligible for full refund but to avail that I have to contact the Agent i.e. easemytrip.com.
I tried to contacted easemytrip regarding that but due to lockdown the Customer Care Service was not available and I put a call me back request. Meanwhile I received a call from easemytrip they informed me that I can do the cancellation on my own from the mobile application by selecting the option “flight cancelled by airline” and the person also assured me that I am eligible for full refund. As directed by the person I did the same. The Cancellation mail is enclosed herewith.
On 06.04.2020 I received a mail from easemytrip wherein they cancelled my ticket and processed my refund and they have deducted the entire cancellation fee. Immediately I called Air Asia to clarify what just happened. The Air Asia people told me that your agent select wrong option i.e the ticket cancelled by the passenger voluntarily.
In this regard I intimated the same to easemytrip through mail and I was informed by easemytrip, “As of now we are in the process of reconciling the accounts with the airline thus the booking has been cancelled with normal cancellation charges.
However, you do not need to worry as post reconciliation the remaining amount will be refunded if received from the airline”.
It’s been already 2 months still I am waiting for my refund. This is time you should consider the matter seriously and refund me full amount as soon as possible.

Now the bill sent for the period from march 20 to may 20 for rs 2905-00 net bill rs.2538-00 which is not correct you have not deducted the previous month bill units ie., march to april which increased the kwh units kindly go through the details given below.

Hello guys,
I really want to appreciate the team for their work. After looking at the complains i was really nervous to buy. But i took a chance. First time i bought i selected upi payment through paytm i had an issue as i made the payment and in my laptop it was just loading and failed. But payment in my paytm was succesful. Immediatley called the customer service they asked to wait for 30minutes and got a message in whatsapp saying that they are looking into it. That gave me an assurance i bought again through net banking and that was successful. I installed the software successfully.
Here i wnted to highlight that their customer service is good no doubt about it. If you want confirmation please find below confirmation. I also received a confirmation from them saying the first payment will be refunded.
