We had logged a complaint ([protected]) requesting a technician to check our Volta 1.5ton air conditioner bought at Reliance Digital, Belapur on June 13. We received a call from their technician and we scheduled the visit for June 15 at 9.30am. The next day we called the technician at 9.40am to check what time he will arrive at our place we were told by 1030am. By 11am we called again only to be informed that he was asked to visit another customer by his boss, Rajesh Yadav. We called his Rajesh Yadav and he casually informs us that he will personally come by 1230pm. We called customer service which kept us on hold for 15mins, after giving all the details Akansha informs us that she will connect us to the technician sonwe can reschedule. We asked to speak to a senior executive and she put us o hold for 25 mins post which an executive named Lalit Kiran, Escalation Exec asks us to repeat all the details. Lait Kiran then says now that the delay has happened nothing can be done so he will reschedule the visit. So basically Reliance Digital staff are very helpful when you go to buy a product but treat you like crap for after service. Since we needed the technician to check the AC we rescheduled for June 16 at 9.30am again. The next day we called again at 10am but the technician refused to answer. Then at 1215 we have 2 technician come who informed that since the main technician did not want to come he sent them. So much for timely service by ResQ services.

A new trick is being played by cab drivers, particularly for passengers availing their services thru aap
On 12.02.2019, I booked a cab to reach airport. The driver driver pretended that aap is not working and asked us to cancel the ride and pay him directly the amount, as changed by Ola or else find another cab, knowing fully well that we cannot find another and obliged to hire him at his terms. But the arguments took their time and we missed our flight.
On 07.06.2019, similar incident repeated. The Driver wanted cash, not Ola money, which is just an execuse. Now, to avoid missing flight again, I was compelled to agree to his terms, against my conscience.
This way some taxi drivers are pocketing cab aggregator’s commission and taxes, besides subjecting users to avoidable tension, inconvenience and financial losses.
I request you to publish this cheating trend in your forum in the public interest and for all stake holders to take note and take remedial measures.

Hi guys, here are a couple of numbers belong to fraudsters. They claim that they will introduce you to high profile ladies in the city who seek sexual favors from the youth and in return they pay huge money. Before that they ask these teenagers to pay registration charges and as soon as they pay the reg charges. They block them. Please note down these numbers and don't get into their trap.

On 4th Feb 2019, after depositing Rs.6000/-, for family health insurance, I have received the replica of cashless only on Whats App.Cards no. 27104 for Bhupender Kumar Saxena, Card No.8157 for Sonal Saxena and Card no.55075 for Abha Saxena. But till today I have not received these cards and the policy documents physically. My registered mobile no.is [protected]. The person who contacted me is Mr. Daksh Verma. I have called him several times on mobile no. [protected], but always there was no reply.

As above, i followed, submitted documents, got acknowledged, informed call center, phone call and what not but a long delay in response is noticed. No reliability in serving the customer. Please do the needful promptly. Also guide if any other appropriate way us there. Can't reach press for my personal grievances. Think of public grievances not heard so easily. I am a senior citizen with 75 yrs. Age and do not find good to run from pillar to post.

I have transferred ₹5000 in 3 breakups for ₹3500 mobile phone. As seller asked me to pay ₹1500 in advance. Secondly ₹2000 as cod is not available in my area. Thirdly ₹1500 for air cargo charges and assured me that it is refundable amount once the product is delivered. Fourth time with a gap of 2 hours, he asked me to pay ₹3250 for gst (For ₹3500 products, he is demanding ₹3250), then immediately i refused to pay any amount and requested to refund my money ₹5000 through paytm. He said he will not refund and do what ever i want..

Dear sir, we are residents of 3-16-186, road no. 10, sri vidya colony, gudari gunta centre, kakinada... Our drainage is over flowing since last 10days... The sanitary people are coming but of no use. Shoponn.in online shopping i ordered a pack of 3 piece 100 gm. Soaps. They sent 2 piece 150 gm soaps. When i complained. They replied that weight is same. They accepted that order is for three piece but they are not replying after i insisted for items as per order only. I would like to enrol a complaint against rto dept.

They have picked my any scooter (Tvs jupiter mh05 cx 9834) which was parked in front of a wellness store in niharika complex building, vasant vihar, opp. Lok puram, where there are other vehicles as well parked.

Secondly there is no indicator or board that will provide information like "no parking".

There is no way i am able to trace the vehicle or any message as to where it is been taken and stolen.

I would like to log a complaint against the rto dept. For their unreasonable behaviour.

I received a message for e-challan for a fine of rs.200 for my scooter. It shows no evidence found and there is no challan address as well. After visiting to connected link it shows 2 challans

For 1st challan pmccm[protected] the time of the challan was 03-apr-2019 15:41hrs and i was at hometown at that time.

For 2nd challan pmccm[protected] the time of challan was 04-may-2019 14:38hrs and i was at my office in chakan at that time

There is no photograph or anything relating to the challan.

Please revoke this challan as it is a mistake.

I booked 2 e ticket from gsrtc wsite. My date of journey was 28/03/2019 fm bhavnagar to vadodara in non ac sleeper class. My pnr no. Was g26007154 and trip code was 1745tljsrtslp15. My bus journey time was 07.30 p. M. When bus arrived on bhavnagar platform which i have booked was not there as normal bus instead of sleeper bus. I have consulted depot manager of bhavnagar told me that you would claim refund of difference amount of bus fare from gsrtc online. I have 2 time complaint booked online of your website but still i have not get refund after 1 month. I hereby request you to please credit difference amount of bus fare in my bank account online as earliest possible and oblige.

I am yet again disappointed with the jeep vehicle, yesterday i was travelling back from dharmasthala to bangalore, on the way back there was water leakage through ac vents, i believe there was a problem with ac climate control as it was not working and there was literally no visibility in the car due to vapour on all the wind shields... Can you believe this? I cant, but i guess you guys certainly believe this. I have shared the video with the jeep advvisor renjith & raghuram. I am also attaching the video as a proof on this email... I am planning to give the vehicle to fca service centre at electronic city, bangalore... For investigation. Please do a through check up and let me know by when can i get a replacement vehicle...

Below are the issues, that i am facing with the vehicle, this is not even 3 months old vehicle... This is very disappointing... I certainly need a replacement of defect vehicle... Immediately i dont want to take the new vehicle to the service centre again and again over again... Very frustrated... I dont know who should i talk to...

Earlier as per the trail email the vehicle didn't start itself, till date we dont know the root cause, as no one has circle back to me...

4. The function of 'auto' option wrt ac is not stable -??
5. Circulation option gets switched off - comes and goes
6. Climate control option suddenly gives up -??
7. Rattling sound in the sun roof
8. Moisture deposition all over the vechicle through ac vents
9. Lack of clarity in radio sound...
10. Msgs not stored despite ac features not working...???
11. There is a lag in the throttle response at times...
12. Plastic smell once the vehicle is parked in the sun or once the ac is on - stench or bad plastic smell in the car
13. Outside smell seeps in - through ac vents - car of this calibre???
14. Jarring sound in speaker - very irritating sound, u connect is of pathetic quality

Who on earth the design the steering bar right behind the clutch...!!! This is causing a lot of problem for driving.

With all these problems i certainly need a replacement of new vehicle... I do not settle anything less than that

Battery draining problem, service center (Stargate, pune, maharashtra) replaced battery on 10 april 2019, for safe guard new battery i bought new charger & cable, but still problem is continuing, when there is no problem in battery why it replaced, next day i informed problem is still continue, they suggested options formatting and motherboard replacement, in this cost i can buy new one. My observation in idle condition it drains 12% per hour,

We are staying at rhb road, mulund west mumbai 80. We have complaint about street dogs barking in our area during late nights. They daily barks during nights or midnights after 12 am. There are 10-12 street dogs who barks against each other during nights which makes disturbance to our sleep. Also they run and barks behind fast moving vehicle.

K. No. [protected] at 264 first floor hakikat nagar is running fast for last many months. Online complaint was made but without any action. Please do the needful. Delhi jal board is supplying water hardly for two hours daily and in this short time even 20 kiloleter is not received what to expect more. Therefore, look into the matter and redress the complaint at the earliest.

Both the accounts carried a loan of rs 37000/- tken on 9/10/13. Both the loans were refunded in two installments of rs 20000/- each on 20/10/14 & 15/11/14. Say rs was refunded categorically mentioning that the amount pertained to the refund of loan. But the post office gurgaon recovered rs2220/- on 1/4/17 from both the accounts.
Again on 12/6/17 a sum of rs 37000/- was deposited in both the accounts and it was personally requested to show the amount as refund of loan. But again interest of rs 2209/- was charged on 1/4/18.
How long this process will continue.
We visited the post office on 19/2/19 to deposit the annual subscription. We enquired about the status of the loan and came to know that the refund amount was again shown as subscription.
What should we do. Kind have pity on us and get the mistake corrected. Pl do not recover any interest this time as we paid the loan twice along with interest.

There are 3 mad dogs in our society, moraj residency, sector 16, sanpada. These dogs have attacked many people of our society from kids to adults. If you do not act on it immediately they will harm more innocent lives. I am a dog lover but such mad stray dogs have to be caught for the good of people. Today i was just walking my walk and they attacked me for no reason. Previously dog catchers have come with vans but the dogs hid in building stairs and got escaped. Please help! Asap.
