Worst product and customer care service
I had taken lenovo a 6000 plus mobile and due to some problem my mobile screen got damaged. So I contacted with customer care for repair which was taken only two months back, Mobile cost is R's 7499/- and they said service cost will be Rs 5000/- andalso they didnot provide any correct information and they dont know how to handle customers and they even dont have minimum common sense while...

I had bought SAMSUNG plasma TV 43” PS43E40B1R from Samsung authorized dealer in Karachi ( Jaffar & Sons, contact No.[protected] about 2 years back at cost of PKR 70, 000 (21/11/12).
Within one month from purchase it had developed fault in its screen. After repeated complaints only the screen was replaced by Samsung.
Now again the screen has gone defective, TV stopped working with a weird cracking sound & only red power...

1. They claim on their website that they are registered under indian companies act 1956 and their Corporate identity number is H79400HARYANA2012PTC071783, which is totally wrong.
2. Their PAN CARD shows that they are a Firm and even this is registered on 28/01/2013.
3. They are giving Rajasthan Pan...
