This company has no practice for cancelling order, once the order is placed and paid for. They never cancel any order and hold money, without delivering the order as well
I had placed one order on Dec 11 and cancelled within few hours through calling customer care and email, but they refused to take cacellation but asked me to return the product and not take delivery. I returned the packet on Dec 16 and since then the packet is lying with Ecom Express with lock put by JIO mart. so the packet can neither be delivered to me not returned to the seller.
Now their site only shows it OUT FOR DELIVERY, while fact is it lying with LOCK instructions with the carrier and Jio refuses to process the refund even after ove 3 week of cancellation
These are highly objectionable Malpractices of these ecom companies and call centre always have standard reply of to wait and watch with no action for 21 days.

    Step1 -
    I(Mahesh) saw a JIO MART Offers advertisement for 02 and 03 Oct 2021 in an Times of India newspaper dated 02.Oct.2021 which published offers like Buy 02 get 01 free etc.(Advertisement screen shot attached for your reference) Post booking my order XXXXXXXXXXXX on Jio mart on 03Oct2021 reached out to JIO Mart Customer helpdesk on[protected] on 03rd Oct 2021 and a Support Executive - Manisha asked me to send an email on [protected]@jiomart.com.with the advertisement offers I see on newspaper.Step2-
    After sending an email to [protected]@jiomart.com, A ticket number was generated -[protected] and was asked to wait to get a response from them.

    Step3-
    I re-rang JIO Mart Customer helpdesk on[protected] and asked them that I was unable to see the free products in my cart when I booked so how it will be added to my delivery. - Support Executive explained me that, as per the offer scheme - Free products with be added from their end and same will be delivered during delivery.

    Step4- on Day 04.Oct.2021 I receive an email from Jio Mart support as They referred my query as Delay in delivery.
    Step6-I replied back saying my query was never for delay in delivery.
    I registered a complaint for Free products not received as per offer advertisement.

    Also to note Partial order was delivered without including free product as per advertisement. Also my order had 1kg*2 Moong Dal in it and 500gm*2 Tur Dal and that was also delivered
    without including free product as per advertisement.

    Step7- Jio Mart support again came back saying that you will receive free products or cashback in 03 BD's.

    Step8- V. IMP Jio Mart Team now denying on the offer as they did not had such Offer. Plz refer email Screen shot attached .

    Step9- And with this note I am requesting Consumer Forum to get into it and help me with the same.

        My order no is[protected] is placed on dated 25th march with full payment, According to home necessity and Holi festival.Where As after booking they offer to delivery on date 27th march now its still pending .And finally they disturb my Holi festival .

        So kindly help me to get my order delivery and put punishment to whom disturb my holi.

          Delivery issue

          Dear Team,

          I order my grocery products for my home necessity and for Holi festival with full payment of my order i done on the same date on 25.03.2021,
          As per their commitment they supply within 48 hours, Which is already cross i request several time to their customer care but .Still its Pending finally the disturb my Holi festival without my any mistake .

          So i need justice for the same the person or...

          I'd ordered a Shirt from Jio Mart which was delivered on the 25th of Jan 2021. It wasnt of my size so I had requested for a replacement. The customer care team told me that return is not possible and that they can create a return on refund.

          Since then, after multiple emails to the cs team and raising complaint for 6 times, I've not got any resolution yet. Its because my issue gets auto closed from their end within 2 days and everytime I contact them to check the status of my issue, I find my issue is already closed without even consulting me.

          This is nothing but a complete mental harassment to me as I've to explain the new agent everything all over again. I've even spoken to the supervisors there but no one has been able to provide a concrete resolution to me.

          Its just those canned responses that they been taught to sing everytime they cannot fix a issue.

          I really need some legal action to be taken against them to teach them a lesson for good because its not a fair work that they are doing. Being such a huge company, you dont expect such a service from them.

              I have been ordered in jio mart on 06-dec-2020. Order number is[protected]A.

              I have ordered some groceries on that 1 item not delivered but it has been charged.I have sent several complaints to customer support over calls /mails .
              They haven't responding well .when i made a complaint they speaks politely & giving an assurance that it will credited within 48hrs .
              Only the times are gone but nothing is happened.

              Also 10% cashback they have announced at a time of order placement .since it also not credited .

              They only shows the fake promotions.

              Please do issue get resolved.

                I have ordered 3 pairs of polk dot socks free size under order No:#[protected]W-02 of Rs.80/- on 21st December 2020. But I have received wrong size socks. Further I have received only 2 pairs of socks instead of 3 pairs. so, please replace the socks with correct size and quantity.

                  I Ordered few items from jiomart.com order no.[protected]M and they sent few items like curd and rusk of short date (soon to expire) which seems to be reduced to clear items sent for full price highly unethical business practice and no immediate customer support available with them so I had to send an email to customer care and they replied that the amount for such items sent will be refunded within 48 hrs. but same didn't happen and on escalating the matter they took U-turn on the same stating they are working to resolve the same with the best possible solution and wait infinitely for that highly unethical business practices by jio mart I lost all my trust on jio and reliance will never ever use any of their product or service.

                      I have ordered vegetables from Jio mart and they delivered rotten vegetables and expired items. As discussed with their support team, they agreed with me for the refund. After 3 weeks also the refund didn't come to my wallet or not received any information about the refund. Again I connected with their support team regarding the same issue, again the support person told me it will get in other 7 days, otherwise you can call to the support...

                      Excess billing over and above MRP is regular feature in Jio Mart online orders. Any number of complaints result is no response.
                      Ref: Tax invoice:[protected] dt 29.10.2020.
                      Idayam gingelly oil i lit pouch MRP is Rs.278 but billing rate is Rs.284.76 (purchased 3 pouches)
                      2. Ganapathy ground nut oil 1 lit pouch MRP is Rs.212 but billed at Rs.225.
                      Earalier, complaint of similar excess billing is not attended to except regularly calling and asking details, still you get frustrated.
                      Departmental Stores online purchase silently loot the customers. Strict action is required.

                        We have paid Rs.1262.70 on 6th oct. via e wallet, as an advance payment for our third order but till date neither we received any receipt nor any material from them. They said that they did not received my money while money has already been deducted from my account.Kindly do needful asap.

                          I ordered material using my app against the order no.[protected]a dated 29th aug, 2020. I received material against this order on 31 st aug, 2020. This material worth rs. 5830 was delivered in 5 sealed packets. On opening these packets i found material worth approx. Rs. 1000/- short. I complained about about his on their website to the customer care. They promised to refund the amount but so far no action has been taken

                            I ordered for online supply of some grocery items valued at Rs 573.40 on 02.08.2020 by making online advance payment vide order no.[protected]A. The delivery of the items was scheduled on 05.08.2020. But the items were not delivered and I cancelled the order in the afternoon of 05.08.2020. A message was sent that the money would be credited to my account within 7 to 12 days. But till this day of 06.09.2020 even after elapse of more than one month, the money has not been refunded. Call to the phone number on website is not attended by anyone. Several emails have been made to the customer care help group informing the matter with request to refund the money; but there was no fruitful action. Even Mukesh Ambani was informed a few days ago on his private email with a formal application in pdf form requesting his intervention in solving the issue. But no result at all. I am a retired government servant.
                            I am concerned about the refund of money.

                                I ordered some groceries items from Jio Mart from my son's mobile (No [protected]) app "called Jio Mart" on 04/08/2020. This was billed for Rs 1194.75, and I paid the same through internet banking. Some items amounting to Rs 179/- were not available for delivery and the amount has been refunded to me on 07/08/2020. I noticed that Ahhar dal and Sooji (amounting to Rs 381/-) were missing in the packet, and take up the matter with the company through whatsapp number [protected] and on the toll-free number [protected]. But the company didn't respond me on phone and the whatsapp number is giving system generated reply only. So, I take up the matter through e-mail [protected]@jiomart.com 08/082020, 09/08/2020, 11/08/2020 13/08/2020. The order no was[protected]M and the complaint No is [protected] dated 11th August 2020 as intimated by the company. The company is not refunding the amount of Rs 381/- . I would like to know the status of the case and refund of my money.

                                I raised complaint about missing items in the packet and asked for refund on 24th August, 2020. But no action has been taken so far.

                                  Hi team, i have booked grocery & vegetable item from jio mart on 13th jul 2020 with the order number[protected]w. But due to security issue for the current lockdown situation, the item was not able to delivered at my door step & i have collected the items from the deliver person outside my township premises. I have carried the item by 2 times through my bike to my home.in this time i don't know what happened the delivery person told he has given all the item to me & he told he don't have time to calculate one by one so he told me to check at home itself.
                                  When i checked the item i found 8 grocery item missing happened & rotten tomato i got in vegetable.
                                  When i complained for the same the customer care person took my complain & gave a complain number complain number [protected].
                                  He assured me that i will get the call back from her team. But i have not get any call their end. When i called to the customer care on[protected] the customer care agent named as vishal playing with me & asked me to call from the registered mobile number. So he has not give the solution even denied to provide the complain number details.
                                  Easily the number we are not able to reach & even after lot of try if from my side i have tried to reach them then they are not responding at all.
                                  I am till now not received my missing item or the refund. Need help from your end.

                                  I have order of rs.6, 186.14 but received only of rs. 4206. I need the refund of rs.1980.
