Returned product but did not get money refunded
Bought a Oxford brown shoe from Khadim's online (ID 543213), as the shoe is smaller in size, returned it which was picked up on 03.11.2020. But till now I did not get back my money refunded.

Defective cheap Material

I bring your kind notice that I purchased a few days back a pair of Khadim's Brown Lazard shoes from your Galaxy Mall outlet in Asansol (W.B.). From the very first night i.e. yesterday after wearing my shoes I have noticed that upper material of the said shoes going to crack since it may be made by very very cheap quality of rexin, while purchasing the same the Manager as well as staff of the concerned outlet repeatedly convinced me to purchase that shoe of Rs. 999.00.
Unfortunately I had lost the cash memo of the same. As you are concerned that the period is not normal due to pandemic conditions so we compell to destroy or sanitize almost all the papers when we come home from outside. When I went to the outlet today, Mr.Tiwari tdenied to return the same. Being a middle class customer Rs. 999.00 is not too less for mine. Being a brand like Khadims please give instruction to your Galaxy Mall outlet in Asansol (W.B.) manager to immediately change the shoes and obliged.
Please be noted that on 25.10.2020 Mr. Tiwary (Manager/Galaxy Mall, Asansol) vide mobile no. [protected] contacted me by informing that the said shoes had been purchased by me before two years. Please tell me sir, being an expert of subject matter you people can easily recognise the difference between two year used shoes condition and single day used shoes condition. As I mentioned earlier that due to a pandemic situation I can't keep the Invoice with me, the Manager Mr. Tiwary took advantage of the same and got me harassed this way. Being a regular customer of your company I carry the defective shoes in a different box, but Mr. Tiwary compels me to convince that the shoe box is perfect, it is really unfortunate that the company like Khadims treats their customer like that.
After collecting all my details from the below mail. Mr. Tiwary created a false database of mine two years ago. Therefore sir, my cordial request to your good office that please keep the goodwill of Khadims to their large customer by the right behaviour after sales too.
Therefore sir, please replace my shoes immediately as myself not wearing the shoes for one day only. If your expert can tell you that the shoes had been used for the last two years I will never request you to change the same. Awaiting your positive response sir in this regard.

Replacement
I bought a 8 no. brown Oxford shoe (order ID 543213 and ref: [protected]) from Khadim's online. The shoe has been delivered on 31.10.2020 but I found the shoe is being small for me and need a size larger than this size. I applied for return but no information received till now regarding how could I get my money back or how could I get one size larger shoe. If it is possible to deposit my money in my Khadim's online account after returning the smaller shoe, I could buy a larger than from that account.

I had ordered a slipper on 10/10/2020 .. and it was delivered on 12/10/2020... Since the size was too big I returned it .. on 13 /10/2020 the slipper was taken back and today is 28/10/2020 I have not got my money back.. I have called to customer care so many times but they are not giving me satisfactory answer.. if I'll not get my refund I'll definitely go to consumer forum against your company as it is very disappointing..

Got discolored and dirty shoe
5 days ago I ordered a shoe from ecommerce website of khadim. I got the shoe today. I'm very disappointed because the shoe I got is discolored and dirty. The sole is broken and seriously I want to return this. In ecommerce site the return policy is not working. So much dissatisfied.

My order id 426936, it's a shoe & size is smaller than expect, i order 7 size but it's not to fit comfortable so that's why i want to replace my order and want size 6, i inform customer care and also send mail but no any kind of reply or confirmation message to satisfy me

Online prepaid order delivered after 10 days
I placed an order on khadims on 27th of August and it was a prepaid order. I didn't receive any tracking number or the name of the delivery service company. It's been 10 days now, the khadims website shows my order is still processing. The customer care representative is very inefficient in his job, he kept on saying my order will arrive via Delhivery. But there was no package corresponding to my order number on the Delhivery website either. I mailed the customer care, I called them, no response. A customer has no clue if her order is at all dispatched or not, cannot track it. And the concerned company, Khadims CANNOT provide a solution. I expect my grievances will be taken into consideration and serious measures will be adopted.

It was my first experience in khadims but service is so poor, i had pruchse your product 2 weeks before, but next day i return the product because size is not confirtbe and material i didn"t like it so i told to exchange. they told me they will get it in 5 days but after 2 week also that product is not came and they are not giving proper response and I am Not free for wasting my time again and again so plz its my request that refund my amout plzplzplz because i don"t want to wast my time in your worst servies so plz and i dont want to by any thing or i don"t want to even exchange .i want only and only refund. I am complaining about the product I ordered.
I made a purchase of two pairs of slippers on 18/7/2020 of Rs.528. It has been 15 days and there is no order delivery yet nor there is a refund thing which i can initiate at their site. I have never faced any such thing on any online buying platform. and i have made a lot of calls on the number they have given on their website but when i call you it says the number does not exist. Please look into the matter.

i am calling to there customer care but no one is responding
I have made three transaction for my product on 26 june and after some time i have canceled one of the, but still i have no updated about my refund amount and not about my order. Status of order is still showing processing. There for i have sent a mail to customer care regarding the issue the said we have still not received you payment may be there is a network issue or something so contact cc avenue, for confirmation i have sent mail to cc avenue they told all the transaction are successful and sent to the merchant, also they share transaction reference number. After that i a calling to there customer care continues but no one is responding.

Staffs misbehave

I am permanent customer of khadims footcare of burdwan curzon gate shop. I came to buy sports shoes, slippers and a bag. I choiced a a slipper and sent to the billing desk. Then a customer choiced preferred slipper and billing agent gave this slipper to the said customer to cheat me on 31/05/2020 at 12.30 pm. So i couldn't take another products. They told me i shall give you same product on 05/06/2020.
I am really shocked as a family customer. Kindly take need ful steps against the said staffs.
