I have bought khadim’s cleo peach wedge. Suddenly yesterday i saw a big crack on both, breaking each wedge into two pieces. This is highly unexpected from a brand like khadim. Even though i bought through online i am sure of the quality because of khadim brand name. What should i do now with those broken pieces? Please reply me with a solution, whether it can be repaired or replaced

    I have purchased a wallet from khadim store in raigarh (C g) which got defective in warranty period while at the time of purchasing i asked the store seller about the exchange or repair policy he told me that if any defect occurs in wallet within 90 days from the date of purchase same should be taken back by any khadim store in india but when i visited the another store of khadim and asked him to exchange or repair the wallet he refused to do this after then i call to customer care he told that warranty claim can be done at any store but store owner may or may not help he is not bound to help you this is his/her own decision.

    I am mentally and physically felling harassed because of the casual approach of khadim store and customer care both.

      I bought a shoe from kalikakhali, math - chandipur, purba medinipur, west bengal on 22/06/2017. But within 3 months and 10 days my shoe becomes torn when i was at vizag. They, on 17/10/2017 gave me a complaint slip, but after five days trickily they returned the complaint slip and insulted me with his power and glory. Please take a step, it costs 499/-.

        I have given the item as pasting was damaged and khadims store official inform me that they paste it the pairs.
        But they have hand stitched today from bottom which further spoiled the pairs. The store official behaving like goonda.
        I want full money return or replace the new piece.
        The details invoice no is - 6180inv003892 dated 23.07.2017. The amount is rs.900/

        The khadims india is cheater and thief's.
        They don't maintain quality damaged. I hardly used 10 days but sandel pasting is damaged
        Hence pl take immediate action and revert me asap

        I bought a sandals on 10.09.2017, from khadims show room thillainagar trichy.I serviced in showroom. But also fully torn.

          On 24 th september, 2017; i visited khadims, barrackpore twice, at 1:23 pm, puchased a footwear vide invoice no: 6065inv[protected] dtd.[protected] and then at 9:33 pm and purchased footwears vide invoice no: 6065inv[protected] dtd.[protected]. Being a registered customer i requested to register my purchase against my regd. Mob no. ([protected]) so that i could earn reward points but both the time i was denied with a reason that during puja this was not applicable!!! But some customers got it. I was deprived from the reward points i earned. Being a regular customer i felt insulted and seek proper justice.

Seller assured; as for return the product, if we are not satisfied with product than product coudn't satisfied me so i again went to counter again the seller argued me that it will be exchange any other item of same price so i decided to buy one sport shoes of your brand that it cost 350/- only so your seller argued me in a very rude way and abused also and said that the remaining amount is not refundable so please kindly satisfy me with positive response i purchase so many items from your outlet earlier but this time i am fully harrsed by your outlet manager
            Khadims which is situated at annapurna market berhampur, when i go to that store the behaviour which i got from one o[censored]r oldest employee b.gopal reddy is not giving good behaviour to me.he tells that i am not having money in my pocket. so i want a strict action for the employee

              On 21.08.2017 i have purchased 3 pairs of chappals from your vidyaranyapura retail outlet. Out of which 1 pair of gents and 2 pair of ladies chappal.
              The invoice no is [protected]-d1-inv[protected].
              While purchasing the chappals your sale person promised that the items will be replaced if any problems happens with in 15 days of its purchase.
              As i was not comfortable with one of the chappal, i visited your shop today and told that as i am facing problem and as they promised i asked for replacement.
              But your sales persons refused to do as they promised and have badly insulted me.
              Is this the way to treat the customer?
              Please note that we are not beggars and we are not begging for anything.
              As they have promised of replacement we took the chappal for replacement.
              Your person is told us to through the chappal on the road. Is this the way to talk with the customers?
              We have paid the cash to purchase the goods not the paper please remember this.

              I request you to please take action against the sales person and kindly replace my chappal

                  Before 16-18 months back I had purchased shoes from esteemed shop at Alkapuri, Baroda.

                  It is with regret that I have to inform you that the sole of my shoes are cracked soo badly that I really feel that I chose a wrong brand name.

                  In fact I for the first time shifted from Bata to Khadim but I would never recommend anyone to go for Khadim.

                  I went to your shop but they said that the Guarantee of sole is only for one year and I even have not saved Bill of the same.

                  Hope and request to find some way out.

Visit ur Dunlop shop today & manager inform me to come tomorrow. This is really unexpected. Try to improve your product quality. It's worst & staff approach also same.

                      Hello Sir/mam,
                      I purchased a Khadims sandal @500/- just 3 month before from Multiplex, maratahalli, Bangalore (khadims outlet). Its heel broken like two pieces as show on pic. I never expected this type low quality from Khadims.

                      Now my problem is i don't have my money receipt for claim about, but my mobile number had registered at time of purchase. Can i claim and a get a new pair of shoe from same khadims outlet?

                        I have purchased new chappal no. [protected] from khadims outlet at vani nagar, malkajgiri, telengana-500047 for rs. 699 on[protected]. But after wearing for 4 days the chappal torn from the sole and gave it in the showroom for repair. They told me to collect after 10 days and when i collected they only pasted and returned. After wearing only once afain the chappal torn and again i returned to the showroom they got it stiched it from the cobbler and told me that it cannot be repaired. Instead of solving my problem they were very rude and told me to compaint any where as you like.
                        In this regard, i like to submit that i am a regular customer for khadims for the past four years at paradise outlet, a. S. Raonagar and malkajgiri branches.
                        Since, it is my hard earned money, i request you to please refund my money.

                            I have bought Slippers in khadim chennai (guduvanchery branch)on sunday night 19th sep around 9pm to present for my sister whose size will be similar of mine.When i gave her it was not fit and thought of exchanging
                            So i thought to return and went on 21st.But they avoided customer as used product (but that is not used) and told us it cannot be taken .They replied i[censored] want go and complaint owner is in kolkatta etc...
                            this is really very dissapointing and our money is waste now

                            Customers are coming to branded shop only for worth and for customer service if this is not in your shop we are sure never we will come back to shop again
                            At last want to inform that we have wasted our time to purchase in your shop

                                  I have purchased a pair of shoes in the month of april 2016. Of value @ ₹ 1200.00.
                                  After two month both of soles cracked poorly and i visited the khadim`s outlet at rashbehari avenue crossing. The manager mr. Khan is very impolite and unhelpful at that time, but upon insisting another person (Name forgotten) acted with full cooperation and replaced my shoes with new pair. But surprisingly in the end of july the soles developed similar cracks as before with the new pair of shoes.
                                  Then again i visited the same outlet with embarrassing situation, this time the manager mr. Khan again behaved very disobliging way and straightway said nothing can be done as the warranty for this item is over. He is not ready to converse even in supportive way to a poor consumer who has made such a big mistake by trusting the brand name “khadims”.
                                  Therefore it is very embarrassing for me who has purchased a branded product “khadims“ and running to this outlet again & again asking for repair/replacement service.

                                    I have purchased one fragrance socks from one of your outlet in bangalore (Ramamurthy nagar), after a single use its stitches popes up, when i approached the shop again the shop keepen was shouting on me that, that is your mistake was suppose to check before buying that, along with that purchased one shoe and another pair of socks also, attaching the bill and socks snap along with this complaint. At least ask your shop keepers to behave themselves. I had very bad experience. I will ask every one those who knows me to not to go khadims. And i am planning to approach consumer court for this issue if i didn't get any replay for this complaint, because even one rupee no one give simply. I have the value for my money. It is not the mater of 150₹, that shop keeper should understand the value of customer' s money.

                                      Dear Team,

                                      I have purchased your product last October'16 at Mysore worth 3000.00.

                                      This product has not been able to live upto my expectations. I have been using this for the last 6 months now. The upper portion of the shoe has been discoloured day by day and the appearance of the product is almost zero now.

                                      i have been using Khadims shoe shiner neutral as suggested by your team at the Kuvempunagar outlet opposite Akshay bhandar, Mysore-23.

                                      This has been my 5th purchase at Khadims and I have never experienced this from you all. But I am totally disappointed as it broke up so early and my colleagues at office have been making fun of the product now.

                                      Please have the same replaced at the earliest.

                                      Kindly revert with the solution on E-mail, so that I can show it to the manager. Else it becomes difficult to contact the managers due to thee busy schedule.
