I claimed for a mirror replacement of my car at desom Hyundai aluva...I paid amount on Jan 2 Nd 2021...and the staff Navin didn't forward my bill details to the surveyor till 21 at Jan...so my payment from insurance company is delaying...take necessary action against Navin desom Hyundai...as he was showing some sort of enemity towards us...Navin is looking the claim section of Hyundai desom

    I had paid an advance amount of Rs 1000 for a thermostat on 27/11/2020 at MGF Alappuzha service center, which I was told will be delivered within 15 days. I had contacted the Alappuzha customer service many times, but have not got a proper response.
    So if I am not getting the part delivered with in a week, I would like to get the reimbursement of the advance, so that I can get it fixed from some other Hyundai service center.

      Recently serviced my vehicle i20 for replaceing steering motor steerng rack and all i have an amount of 33 thousand and after that i droved 50 kms from the showroom then my engine having shaking and sound from the front i stioped the car and taki it to a workshop and they said they didnt screwed the engine mount screw thats why the engine was shaking and all and i caled the service boy tino from alappey mgf hyundai and said about it and also now my vehicle having problem with starter and steering motor after the service am complaning to you after that mgf wont gave me rply i will complaint it oto the court and i will file a case against it ok thank you

        My name is jeffin and am the very own owner of 2007 hyundai getz that car wasn't shoot any complaints since four damn years and unluckly i sawed a bit oil leaks from clutch body and unluckly i took my car to mgf hyundai padivattom after their enormously bastadograpic service i just lost my good parts of my car
        They broke my cars hydraulic engine mounts and ac system and it's cost of 30000
        And am angry over them and trying to call the police that time service boy and manager ask me a allocation and he said he 'll provide the entire cctv footage of the service and he mailed to me to submit a large devices to copy the footage
        And i agree that concern
        And i delivered my car with that promises
        After the delivery he shows his own category

          Hi Team,

          Last day, I met with a small accident and I called the staff Eldho working at Padivattom Hyundai Showroom (who dealt with my car purchase Car No: KL 40 K 7706). He answered the call and promised me a call back. But the same not happened. I called him again and I got the same response again. I waited for 30 minutes for his call.

          Then I called VTJ Hyundai Kakkanad and from there I got a marvellous service. They responded to my calls and arranged the service accordingly.

          I haven't purchased the car from there, but I got good service from them: that we used to expect from our own purchase showroom.

          You should really feel ashamed of yourselves, if you can't give a proper service to your customers.

            I am the owner of elite i20 magna KL 04 AH 2749, Arya sankary. The only thing I want to say is Please don't choose mgf Hyundai alappuzha. My Service provider is mgf Hyundai alappuzha. We produced our vehicle due to fuel leak which we found out by filling the whole tank on a Sunday during the working hour they gave. But no technicians where available. Since we were having a long distance travel the next day we wanted them to check. Nontechnical staff asked us to wait for 15 minutes. After waiting for 2 hours 3 staffs came in there company vehicle drunken. Two of them said that it is some breather problem. I asked them to transfer the fuel to my another car. But they told that it's hard and at least 10 liters will get wasted(Wiki how shows somany easy ways). Because of the journey I requested to help.then they came up with some unavailability of special tool. Meanwhile the third staff was staring at me the whole time. He came and shouted at me and the rest of the staff told like he is a person not working there. But after that by enquiring we came to know that he is a staff. The manager lady calls and pleaded to not complain to police and asked to give good feedback. But when we gave car for next service, it was pathetic. They have not even put a mat paper and all the dust from the vaccum cleaner was on the car itself.

              Hi,

              I bought an i20 sports a month back. While taking my car after first service i found lot of scratchs on the car. And i felt very uncomfortable while driving when i checked i found a big nail in the tire. When i show that to the service team they tried to convince us that it happened from our side. And one person named lijo. (Service advicer) told us to drive car without tire. I felt really bad about thier service and behavior.. And especially that guy named lijo. Really bad behavior, he was shouting to us.

                My i10 car kl35 c 4520 was picked up to be serviced at mgf hyundai vadavaathoor on the morning of 23/07/2016. The service in charge executive mr living told me the vehicle would be ready by evening. At 8.30pm i was told the service is not complete and the vehicle would be delivered on 24/07/2016. On the 24th who there was no information from the service executive till 4 pm, i called them. The service executive in charge of my vehicle didn't receive my call. After repeated calls being not answered, i was concerned whether my car was really at the service centre or stolen.. I contacted the service centre, who initially told me they would find out what went wrong... There was no reply later, neither are they picking my calls... I being a doctor, need my car 24*7.. And this situation has put me in great mental agony. I have lost trust in mgf hyundai... I would never ever recommend mgf hyundai to anyone known to me...

                  My car got a road accident. I took car to showroom for claim insurance on 11 august. I didn't get my car till 20 Aug. They are telling spare not in stock. And they don't know when it will come. Car is eon model 2014. If I call them they replay alway "I will call you after checking status". And they never call.

                    I am Abin Joseph, residing in Bangalore, India. This is in reference to the Elite i 20 Asta (P) which i booked in my mother's name (Elsamma Joseph) exactly on last week of February 2015 from MGF Hyundai, MG road, Kochi, Kerala. At the time of booking, the delivery date promised to me by the customer service agent was 5th of April 2015. I already paid the full amount of the car so that the agent told me that i will get the car within the scheduled time. So 1 day before the scheduled date I called the dealer to clarify the delivery of my car, first they said it will be late by a week and then they said they don't deliver they want more time . Whenever I call them, they will tell that the car has been dispatched and will get shortly. Now they are saying they want more days to deliver the car. So day by day am getting wrong informations about the car and delivery time of car from the officials and authorities of MGF Hyundai. Its already 2 months over and I paid 2 EMI of the car loan to HDFC bank, Kochi. Still I didn't get my car delivered.

                      Hi, I have booked one I20 Elite on February 13, 2015. I was told that it will be delivered in a month. The booking was done at MGF Hyundai, Edappally showroom. I booked with Rs.5000 in cah as advance. Later I was told that the vehicle will only be delivered if I pay the full amount in advance and for I 20 Elite this is what Hyundai demands. I paid a down payment of 3, 45, 000/- on March 3, 2015 and the remaining amount of 3, 78, 000/- as a car loan from SBI on March 4, 2015. The full amount of 7, 28, 000/- has been paid on March 4, 2015. After this there is no news from MGF Hyundai. Whenever I call them, they will tell that the car has been dispatched and will get shortly and I am still waiting for it. My EMI for the car loan has started on March 5, 2015 and I already have paid my first EMI. Now I have to pay my second EMI in a week and still I don't have my car delivered. Two of my friends have told me that your service is bad and one of them also got a delay of 2 months for getting his I20 delivered. Sorry to say, this is the worst customer service I have ever got. I would also like to know whether Hyundai will dispatch the vehicle only after getting the full amount?

                      no refund from them and no car delivery... still waiting for car from past 3 month

                        On 28th of october ive booked a i20 elite era model on a promise of delivering it on november end, but november got a call saying that they cant deliver it on due date. But they told if i can upgrade my car model to magna model they can deliver it within december 20th.but now 6 days from 2nd commving aitted due date they are now not sure of delivering it on Dec 20th..what else can i do...upgrading my model as per their suggestion...waiting an extra month than the committed due date...still not sure of delivering the car before X mas...im having a function in my house this year end...pls help me to fix this issue...

                          I have been getting my hyundai i10 car serviced from the mgf hyundai service centre, okhla since the year 2009. The behaviour of the staff has deteriorated over the past 2 yrs. Mr manoj is outrightly rude n unhelpful.sending my car to this service centre is very stressful as d staff at d service level Is only Interested in the monetary aspect. Customer satifaction is nota priority at all.infact they are specially rude to customers.

                            I have purchased HYUNDAI i20 ASTA-1.4 DSL 2012 model, Engine Number D4FCCU081239 with registered number KL-29-E-643 from Dealers's name Mgf Motors Ltd, alleppy, kerala, india with name of regd. Owner Anitha Radhakrishnan residing in address Valavinkara House, Mangalam P.O, Thrikkunnapuzha, Alapuzha Complaint: I have given my i20 for first free service and after some days my A/C was not working and i have give back to Mgf Hyundai, alleppy for solving the problem .They given my car outside for leak test in compressor and during that time compressor blasted and they didnt give back my car for one month because to repair that .During repairing time they didn't remove all parts instead of that they replace my parts with old one and didn't repair correctly. Front portion blasted completely After they given back my car they didn't replace fog lamp, some problem was still existing and they told me that if your car face any problem given back to them and they will repair it and give special consideration from other car due to compressor blast. After some months my compressor start making some unwanted noise MGF hyundai is very poor in servicing and they don't know how to deal with customers. Current problem i am facing: A/c filter is not working properly A sound from compressor gear is not working properly Sudden vibration for whole body of car while starting and stopping. no smoothness while driving. front fog lap is broken

                              Respected Sir/Madam I, Anjuli Chaudhary, am owner of Hyundai I-10 Car No. DL 8CL 8724. I had given my car for accidental claim under insurance cover and servicing to your unit MGF Hyundai B-10 Ind Area, G.T. Karnal Road, Delhi-110033 vide job order demand slip (S. No. 26117) on[protected]. The car was picked by the pick-up man from my residence F-1-U/21 Pitam Pura, Delhi – 110088. After having driven the Car from my residence to the service shop and getting things fixed under insurance Cover for accidental damage and on my repeated persistent reminders to Mrs. Monika Sethi (Mob. [protected]) I got a call/sms on Sunday, 06/10/2013 from Vineet Khokhar (Mob. [protected]) that service approval is needed. I gave the service approval after the he told me that routine servicing and cleaning and oil change/coolant changes shall cost me around Rs. – 9000/- and I was told that the Car would be ready by Sunday Evening or Monday Morning after the Scheduled opening time of service outlet. To my horror and anguish, I got a message from Mr Vineet Khokhar on Monday i.e. 07/10/2013 that some valve-sensor in the Car has been found damaged and it shall cost me Rs. - 11000/- extra. I suspected something fishy because I was never told about this the previous day and it was a costly thing. So, I contacted Mrs. Monika Sethi and she inadvertently blurted out and admitted that the valve got damaged while the cleaning process was in progress under Mr. Vineet Khokhar. So, I very politely asked her to get things sorted out amongst themselves because it was immoral and blasphemous of them to claim the amount from the party for this kind of surreptitious and self created damage created by their mistake. Later on, I had a long telephonic talk with their GM Sh. Rajesh Mehta (Mob. [protected]), Though he listened to my grievance, he tried to reverse the sequence of events and told probably the valve was not functional from the beginning. His arguments were very flimsy and unconvincing. He refused to budge and tried to hoodwink. So, per force I had to file my complaint with your kind authority. I am working as Senior Manager in NTPC. The MGF Hyundai, Ind. Area GT Karnal Road people are trying to coerce and intimidate me. My Cars has been languishing in their station for 20 days and not they are harassing me to pay for a valve without which the Car would stop. I wonder if the valve was not functional from the beginning, how did they not come to know about it at the very outset or on Sunday 06/10/2013, the day the approval was sought. Please solve this riddle and rid me of the agony and anguish as I am under lot of mental duress. I exhort yourself to take necessary remedial / reprimanding steps.                                 the sales executive dint told us that the delivery of our vehicle will be at padivattom branch.. we booked the vehicle from edappally branch.. just before delivery we called the executive to confirm, then also the din't told about the vehicle delivery place. we went to edappally branch, when reached there they told the delivery is at padivattom branch.. we lost auto fare, time( stucked in huge block).. as we are from palarivattom, padivattom was so close to us.. VERY POOR SALES TEAM.. on delivery time they dint give vehicle invoice.. if any one planning to buy a hyundai car from ernakulam PLEASE DONT BUY FROM MGF HYUNDAI.. its a WORST SALES EVER

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I will like to bring to your kind notice that I have booked I20 car, Sportz model 1.2 with MGF Hyundai by paying Rs. 73725/- favoring MFG Automobiles Ltd. The receipt number for the same is 5814 and the allotment number is N1203R-01123, dtd[protected]. I cancelled my booking on December 8th, 12 and I was given an assurance that I will be immediately refunded the money by deducting Rs. 5000/-, however, it’s been close to two weeks and I have followed up continuously with their sales executive who has collected the money from me by I have been told that MGF Hyundai Director Mr. Pawan Gupta has not been coming to office so therefore the cheque cannot be issued. I than told them about taking a legal action in this case.
                                  Upon hearing about legal case I was threatened by their sales executive Manish Gandhi and Vijay Kumar that now the money will not be refunded to me and their Director Pawan Gupta and them will do a physical harm to me if I choose to go for that option.
                                  I can sense some serious fraud has happened here as they continue to refuse the payment until their Director returns and now I have been threatened to get physically assaulted. The cheque was handed over in good faith and I am compelled to launch a FIR against them for Police to take a legal action for money to be returned and I for my safety.
                                  I will request you to kindly look in to the case and suggest the best option.

                                  hi i am abhishek mutha i have booked a car from hyundai vapi branch and give them a cheque of rs 100000 as abooking amount but due to some reasion i wants to cancal the car i have requested to to the vapi branch and hyundai costmercare for cancalation of car anr refund of booking amount but nobody is ready to respond
                                  i have enlcosed the receipt
                                  I purchased I10 from Amritsar dealer cosmo motors in April 2009. They are not paying my Corporate Bonus and exchange Bonus despite this having ben sent by the co. My compalint to Haynda on 21th July 2010 has not been attended to despite reminders.

As i summited by santro car in your service centre with due faith and they gave me the estimate of Rs.15000/- .But when i went to take me car back from he service centre they gave me the estimated bill of Rs.30,000 and when i check my car the fault was still there and the same fault was arrises . Therefore i want you to check the working and management and give your quick response . we will not pay Rs.30,000 to your fraud and false services as you have not informed us and we are not satisfied with your service .
                                    kindly give a quick response and take it a warm worning from NATIONAL CONSUMER HELPLINE . AND IT NOT ANSWERED CAN BE SUED IN THE COURT OF LAW AS PER CHEATING AND FRAUD .

                                      the manager named...dheeraj gogia is a full of attitude,doesn't behave properly,doesn't even they hav smile on their faces....their way of talkin is like they are selling car for charity.
                                      most of the mgf staff is unproffesional,they should not even sell bycycles,their faces are like their family member has been addmitted for trauma in hospital,or some of their family member has expired,i should not use this type of language but they forced me to do this,they get filled up the feedback form by me before delivery of vehicle.the vehicle was totally dirty from inside,on the dilivery of my new car they said they hav only one car left with teflon coating& anti rust coating. and i hav to take that car only......there was no solution left... i have to pay 6800 rs extra for that teflon coating.. they didnt left any other option..they insist every customer like this for,i'll never ever suggest anybody to purchase any car from their delership.. these are pathetic marketing skills.... hate their attitude...they should be banned.i didn't recieve remote control and aux wire on delivery date,next day i called in showroom n asked for that
                                      Well i respect ur point of view but my experience was absolutely different..MGF staff took gud care of me.
                                      Specially Mr.Gogia.He is a humble and well behaved man.
                                      Attitude yes i agree.But a little bit of attitude is necessary when you are into the corporate world.He is a perfect blend of a gentleman with humility & professionalism

                                        She has taken the vehicle from MGF showroom @ paadivattom on[protected]. The vehicle is taken by exchanging her old Maruti 800 (KL-7AF 7396)with MGF showroom. Now its the 13th month i am enquiring about the exchange offer bonus and only on this day (ie.[protected] am getting the information that my bonus amout is rejected . They are telling a reason that, they had submitted the RC of exchanged M-800 after 90 days and they simply washing their hands off. And its not Mrs.Raheema jaleel's fault to submit the concerned papers at time, because all the dealing were done directly with MGF, Hyundai.
                                        So i hope you will consider my case as a special one and will take a wise action, and will make my payment soon.
                                        The sales officer attended is Mr.Jose and you can ask him for any other clarification.

                                        I'm udayakumar by name and in cochin. I am recieving at least a dozen of calls on my official SIM [protected], from service centers pan India. The calls are addressed to different names.

                                        This is happening for the last 3 weeks. I recieved calls during odd hours and also during hectic office hours.

                                        I much repend and regret for having purchased a car from hyundai.

                                        Please advise me how to get rid of this trouble and I feel fed up. Thinking of registering a complaint to Cyber Cell thru my employer if this process continue.
