Hello All,
My Name is Ravi, I booked Reseller account from Manashosting bangalore (manashosting.com / manashosting.co.in)
there service is worst in the world, my customers gone away due to Manashosting bad services.
I raised ticket, but after 24 Hours no response.
After many attempts one person replied and connected domain with hosting which is again got de-linked after 2-3 days.
It means they also dont know how their servers work, totally nonsense, very very bad Service.
This is my request you all people that dont take any services, even free services/hosting /domain will cost you a lot.
Full time waste and money lost.
I lost my customers as well as their trust on me.
If you want to punish yourself and want to destroy your business, then take Manashosting Hosting or Reseller account.

Yes Ravi, I completely Agree with you. I took this stupid hosting service provider and faced lots of problems. Manashosting is the worst hosting service provider I have seen in my life. I suggested my friends to do not go with this service.

an representative of manas hosting was call me and provide information about this plane and he was told me that if i am not satisfy then they will be refund my money with in 7days.
and i was inform him and send online request on system or by mail.
but they are not refund me.
they are not given full product or serves as they are show in his website in my control panel.

In bangalore, many hosting providers are there for hosting. Manashosting is one of them, the the worst quality of services provided by manashosting, no budy can provide such bad services. dont go on their website or email services, people just go complaint and stop wasting their time with non skilled customer services people and technical support, they wont understand their own services, later in blog there are many stories we posted, out of which some of them is collected by my injured friends and some are happened on myself.

Hi all,
ManasHosting Internet Service Provider intially shows attractive offers during Presales and sales phase but poor customer & technical support to resolve the issues.
We often get Database error (almost every week) and we end up chasing the team via chat (tech team is always offline)or on phone.
Every week we loose 1- 2 days. All in all they donot provide a proper response. I would advise the people to lookout for better service providers.
DON"T FALL INTO THE TRAP WITH CHEAP OFFERS. YOU WILL FEEL FOR IT LATER ON.

Manashosting aim to provide excellent customer support and service. They have friendly staff on hand to help you with any issues you have with your hosting.their staff were speedy to reply to any queries that were asked of them, resolve issues quickly. I am very happy with manashosting. Manashosting is a scam hosting. Their support is horrible, servers poor goes down frequently. They will also not allow you to shift your domain to anywhere else. Also they send spam emails every few days.
Then why do many people say good about them? Well, I am 101% sure it is from Manashosting in guise who post the good reviews. Any REAL customer of Manashosting will NOT post any good review, I am 102% SURE. Keep away from Manashosting.
The site admin please check the IP location of all the good review posts and you will realize.
Shame to Manashosting.
I ultimately shifted to www.webthosting.com
Then why do many people say good about them? Well, I am 101% sure it is from Manashosting in guise who post the good reviews. Any REAL customer of Manashosting will NOT post any good review, I am 102% SURE. Keep away from Manashosting.

Dear sir,
we bought a package from manashosting on 5th june 2012 which their sales team told me that it will work a reseller account and we can host multiple websites on this server and can resell to any one and add any number of domains we paid them INR 4000 for the same this hosting package comes with 30 day moeny back gaurantee but when the plan was activated it was just useless for us as they have included a condition that i cannot add domains from my clients and all domains should be registered under our email id only we understood that we have been cheated and misguided by sales team
we ask for refunds from 6th june 2012 onwards, they try to linger the process for a week when we strickly force for refunds they told us to send all document by courier. we send all cancellation documents by courier and also by registered post
but you can never think all documents came back to my address as nobody from their office take the documents and send them back to us.
we send our person to check the office and found that their is no office of manashosing at the said UB city office when we called their office they said that we are calling from the same address you can understand that they are running their business through a call center who dont know their own office
we have been told again and again that we will receive a call from their account department regarding cancellation and refunds but till now we have not received any call from their side
i am still receiving calls twice in a day from their sales department but not even a single call from their refund department
they are lingering the process and it seems that they are not interested in making any refunds
we ask you to look into the matter
Please take the legal action on them and cancel their license so that people like us will be saved by spending the money.

we all know that manashosting is providing hosting and domain names,
and being a manashosting client you also know that it is a nightmare
for you to get services from this company.
if you are a small user and does not need any resources to use you are
a happy customer as you dont need their services
but if you are launching a good website which needs traffic and

left alone to fight with your own.

Minus 0 — Poor Service Misleading Sales
Had taken a Unlimited Package from ManasHosting on receiving a call stating that one time promo offer wherein UNLIMITED Hosting will be provided on Windows Servers for Unlimited Domains.
Customer Support is Useless passing the buck from one department to another even while we did most of the work for setting up on our own.
When we raised a ticket and got a call back the representative was VERY RUDE and not even willing to understand the problem.
Every now and then the mail server is down and no proper response is there.
My company has about 8 Domains and had taken Package from Hostindia.NET and earlier resellerclub both of them provided excellent service though a bit costly.
If a big player like Manashosting to act in such a way to save cost then we surely can see where the company is headed to and I will NEVER RECOMMEND anybody to take a package from Manashosting.

Hi guys,I feel very happy to share my experience.Before hosting my site in manashosting I tried the 7 days trial package of manashosting. It is really good. I got good support from their team.It is really a good package. Any one can try manashosting trial package.I suggest this to my friends also.

I don't have company — Manashosting is trying to cheat
Hello sir,I have purchased hosting space from Manashosting some days ago. But they haven't activated my account and not ready to talk about refunding my account. Whenever i asked them to give the approximate time to activate my account, they are telling, with in five minutes it will be active. But I am listening to this since three days but no use.
If anybody reads their terms and condition itself you will realise what kind of company they are. There, they says, 'if you scold our person, we will charge 5000 rs for each word'. This show how much commited they are.
Please somebody tell me how to make them work on my problem or getting the money from them. There team filled with full of liers and they are very good in giving false promises. If you ask something more from then, simply they will disconnect the call.

Don't ever host with them - HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, SERVICES ARE OF A VERY POOR QUALITY, CUSTOMER CARE IS A NIGHTMARE AND LETHARGIC. They offered me a free domain name registration with 5 domain hosting package. Their server was pathetic so I bought new hosting and changed name servers. Then, they wanted to discontinue my free domain services because I was not using their server (even though I had paid for it). Now the domain has expired inspite of several calls (their customer care - billing and technical is seriously non-existent) They want me to either wait for the domain to get released, or pay 10 times the amount for renewal. Also, they asked me to pay 500/- for the Transfer Authority Code even before confirming if they could even transfer the domain.

Guys ... deal with them at your own risk. If you are in Bangalore, maybe you can just storm into their office (I would have done that!), but if you are not from Bangalore, then just pass this. There are other superb hosting companies that have better servers and services.
Manas Hosting is a fraudulent company. I'm actually initiating legal action in a consumer court. They will hear from me soon!!!

Manashosting is offering various packages for web hosting , domain registration etcc.. They have packages like 3years hosting at 3000/- offering lot of features. They provided a control panel for managing websites. After buying the hosting space, they are asking to migrate to some other control panels by paying an amount of 999/-. Even if we are comfortable with panel and dont have issues we need to migrate just because manashosting decided so. if they have issues with panel why cant they do the migration for free..??also if these charges are not paid, they are bringing databases, locking accounts, denying services and resorting to unethical methods. Dont get into the mess of these folks and go with some standard provider.

I was the customer of Manas hosting,it become a head ache for me..every time the server is down and it is not solved for 2 weeks,then i moved to unlimitedgb. there server is very good and appreciative.

Web Site domain — Found Server Down Mostly
Respected Sir,I purchased domain and hosting space online from www.web4duniya.com, company say that their server will be online 24x7x365 but from 7 jan2011 i found server down 4 day it is not working proparly and not be online every time and never customer care pick up phone calls. kindly do the needful.

service from manashosting, have no business model. technical support sucks and so their website. interface is pathetic. who in the world would have thought that design to be creative
Manas hosting - most unprofessional company I have come across. My site is down now for more than a week now and I have to beg them for status, still no avail. Sales persons are like leaches, will not leave you till dal is closed and one you paid money, they are never to be seen and do not even respond to you!
