ticket cancel but refund not add my account

I have booked ticket in tatkal quota on 19th april 2019 but ticket is waiting so i have cancel this booking i have paid through sbi debit card and payment gateway is mobikwik irctc says payment refunded on 20th april 2019 zaakpay pg but not received in my bank plz resolve this.

I have placed an order for one pizza worth rupees 500 from an application. I made a debit transaction and money from account had been deducted but order didnot get placed also not get any order id and any information about order.
Its very disappointing from PIZZAHUT.COM like brand company.
Please provide me a solution....
