Regarding no response on cake delivery

I ordered a Birthday cake for Appx 800 Rs on 22.May this year to be delivered on 23rd... They took order please try, I pre paid on avaibility, on 23rd evening when I was waiting for delivery call, they called for converting cake into gift item request...I was socked, then I said Ok...by that day, no response on mail, given caomputerised number just sings recorded dialogue, on whatsapp Today I searched n sent msz but yet no satisfactory reply rather sent u will get response on mail...
This is totally disappointing n infact forgery with people's emotions.

Not delivered and no response
I have ordered a gift for delivery for 28th May 2021 . They haven't deliver ed till 6th June. Also not responding to calls or messages.

Package not delivered
I am afraid that my cake will be delivered or not as I have seen so much of complaints regarding cake will not be delivered. I need my refund amount if Rs 658 . Kindly do help me with my refund please.

I have ordered the product of rs. 711 by net banking, online payment. The product is not delivered yet and not refunded yet. They are saying that the money will be credited in my wallet. But there is no such app and wallet option too.

Placed order for cake on 8th May 2021 but due to lockdown in Kerala the delivery parter refused to deliver so the one of the executive from mayflowerapp called in and they said they won’t be able to refund the money back to my bank account as they don’t have that feature to do so but they accept payment from all mode.
So now I had on 2 option either take money back in myflowerapp or they will send a customised gift and the same will be delivered in 3 days.
I was ok with that and that guy asked me to share the pic on his Whatsapp number - +[protected] and he said that he placed order on 9th May 2021.
After 4 days I tried calling on their customer care number +91 [protected] but it goes to voice mail then I sent them email on mailto:[protected]@myflowerapp.com every time I get the same response that the order has dispatched and soon it will be delivered.
Today is 19th day and still order has not delivered.
In between I called 100 times and wrote email 20-30 time’s asking for refund it to wallet atleast as it’s of no use to send gift after 2weeks of birthday passed but no reply on the same. I just get the same repeated response.
Requested for call me back but call back.
This is really frustrating service that I ever received till now.

Such a fraudsters, I ordered a cake for my dad worth 1700 and it was not delivered, and when I contacted customer care they said it is running out of time due to covid, then I asked for refund they said amount is not refundable..such a fraud.and asking me to order something else..they had many complaints, please stop their business, otherwise people will get fooled on daily basis..

This is a fraud website. I paid Rs 650 for the cake through phonepe but the cake was never delivered. As soon as I ordered, I got a call saying I will be credited Rs 4999 through phonepe. That was actually request for debiting Rs 4999 from my account. I am going to register a complaint against these frauds.

I have paid Rs 658 for a cake and the date of delivery was on the same day but i have not got the cake as well as my refund. They are fraud people who cheats customers and never deliver the product. Such websites should be banned by the govt since they are doing fraudulent activities to make money from innocent customers who blinding order by trusting them.They are not even responding to mail or calls either. Please help me out of it and refund my money back.

I ordered a cake on May 20, 2021 for my wife's birthday on May 21 worth Rs. 1260/-. The team promise to deliver the cake between 10AM and 8PM on May 21.I am litle tense on this site, so I contact their customer service via chat on the day and they said the order was prepared and will definitely delivered on time.
However, I didnt recieve it nor they intimate about failing the delivery. I am trying to contact them fro the next day onwards. And today is the 5th consecutive day on their customer care number. The executives neither connect the call.Then I try to contact them via facebook, their also no valid response. Fraud team just takes our money and says we have delivered
This website and their entire team is fraud. Until debit of money the team was in Constant call conversations and after debit they are not reachable and they don’t attend incoming calls.
They ruined my wife birthday by not delivering at all. I just got a call saying we don’t have the ordered products (orchids and truffle) and they offered to give roses and chocolate cake. I said yes to that also but these frauds claim they have attempted delivery and we have not accepted it. My premesis has CCTV coverage and I was personally there till 11 pm in night and yet these frauds didn’t deliver nor even attempted to make the order.
I spent 3300 on this order and also one full week chasing after these guys and they successfully didn’t refund me nor made alternative efforts and spoilt my event.
Once on a call they said they were not able to deliver nor make order during this COViD period but later never refunded nor helped with alternative arrangements for the paid money

This site is definitely a fraud. I ordered for a cake and flowers worth Rs.2657. I even paid extra 200 for fixed time delivery. There is no way we can contact them. I urge to the consumer forum to shut this site who is openly looting and creating false hopes of happiness amongst costomers.

Delivery executive behaviour and cheating by the company

I have ordered one cake and flowers on 4th Nov 2020 and I want it to deliver on 15 th nov 2020 but I am continuously following up with the site through mail and my status was showing processing and on the final date after completion of the order time one executive named Gaurav called me and said our delivery boys left the office and we will send it tomorrow. I agreed for it and said to send the order on next day and on 16 th nov he has called and said that I'm cancelling your order. I have requested in many ways to send the order after that also he ignored the order and when iam asking for refund he said we will not refund you the amount . I have didn't get the order delivered and my amount was debited and I continuously following up with the app I many times requested but they finally cheated us and my amount was taken by them. I was cheated by them please solve my issue and refund the amount

Don't order from https://www.myflowerapp.com/ they are cheating the customers. I ordered a cake to deliver on Christmas day to Kerala address. they called the same day and asked for another 200 rs for delivery bcos the delivery address is little far. I paid for that also online. after that, they never called or delivered the cake. when I contacted them they are saying it is delivered. I asked which address or proof. they are not bothering at all. I lost 1500 rs for nothing.

I My name is Visakh. I live in Kerala. I had ordered a cake and a bouquet through myflowerapp on the 10th of this month. But they did not deliver it on time. The reason they gave for that was that the car broke down. So I canceled the item and asked for my cash back. But they never returned my cash. What i do now? Please help me.

I have ordered a red rose flower bouquet 599rs thru this website today morning at 10.04 am for my spouse and i was told it will get delivered by 5pm then they said by 7pm it will get delivered.. It is 8.30pm now n so far it is not delivered.. They keep saying it is out if delivery from 5pm.. They are cheating the customers... Many have complaint in facebook also..

I ordered an designer cake on 30th Aug to be delivered on 1st Oct and payed extra for a specific delivery slot I.e[protected] however since the cake was not delivered until 1115 I tried to get in touch with the website through chat. This is the time when they tell me that I live in out skirts area so they need to find a driver to get the cake delivered and that the cake would be delivered before 1700 which later was changed to 1800. I also asked for the address of the shop as I could go and pick it up myself but again they gave a cold response saying they can’t give me the shop address. After continuous pleading they did nothing but tell me “we updated you already in the morning that your cake would be deliver before 1800. After waiting until 1815 I once again tried to reach them as the cake was not yet delivered that’s when they tell me that the driver met with an accident and the cake cannot be delivered and that the refund has been initiated. When I asked them for the location of the accident they again gave a cold response saying “we can’t disclose such information”. Basically they never made any efforts to even prepare the cake but they pretended that the cake is on its way for delivery. A little honesty could save someone birthday from being ruined. Their customer service agents are so rude with zero service recovery skill. Actually they don’t really care about service recovery cause there is no way customers can complain about their terrible service.
I had order a cake n flower for bday of my friend and paid extra also for midnight delivery . On tracking ID they show they will deliver it . And also shown out of delivery but till it's been whole 1 day no delivery but they are showing in portal that delivery has been made. They are cheating the customer . They are fake. Action to be taken against them. No response from them. Service or arrangements are very bad. Avoid ordering from here.
