Ordered cake through online app on 31st Jan for 1st February 2022 delivery. My flower executive app executive called in the afternoon to say that they can’t deliver and sending email to reschedule the order for 2nd of February very upset if you can’t deliver and give service on the promise date and time please don’t take orders online and fool around the people the total cost of the cake including gifts is 2611. If not serious about business don’t get into online business

Ordered a flower bouquet. They made me pay extra for the time slot and delivered it very late and they are not refunding or cancelling the order. Very bad service. Customer service dont pick the call. They don't reply for messages or emails. Not at all happy. They are fraud.

I ordered 1kg Cake with Photo and I paid ₹1733 plus extra amount for express delivery. But they called me just before the delivery time and said photo is not possible and they will send only cake. So they were saying ₹1733 is the cost of a 1kg chocolate cake, utter nonsense. When I asked for refund they simply refused to do so. And their is no proper customer support to deal with your concerns. The number provided is website is ringing and no one is picking at all. Such a waste it was. I highly recommend against this. Please don’t buy anything from this fraud app.

I have ordered panda cake paying 1650rs for just 1kg.

They have not delivered the cake and even der is no any information also

Now they are not ready to refund as well.

Such type of app should be banned.

By trusting this app I have spoiled my entire event and I lost my valuable time behind dis beggars.

I have ordered a choco truffle cake. After accepting the order they asked me pay extra amount for delivery and they said they will deliver some other flavour which I don’t want. After i have cancelled the order. But i have not received any refund for that. Customer care is not picking the call.

My flower app is fraud and their customer service do not pick the call. The cake ordered for 23rd was never delivered and no one bothered to pick the call or refund. There is no cancellation or refund option either. This app is total fraud .

Ordered a tiramisu cake and flower for birthday on 24.11.21. to be delivered on 28.11.2021. had opted for early morning delivery (before 9 am) by giving extra sum of around 175 rs, as we were planning to go out that day. order no was[protected]. But to my surprise, on 27.11.2021, at around 7 pm, just few hours before actual promised delivery time, got a call from someone from website, that tiramisu is not available and cant be delivered.!! Only white forest is available. As i was left with no other option and due to lack of time, told them to go forward with whatever they had. Next day we waited and waited, let alone the early morning delivery, cake was delivered after 7 pm, no flowers!! It was of no use as we had gone out.And also there was no delivery of flowers!! They promised there will be refund for undelivered flowers in few days. Today is 23.12.2021, haven't received any refunds yet. When contacted, there customer care people are telling me that, refund is not happening due to some stupid reason that payment gateway not working etc etc. And the are telling me to buy something else on that fraud website instead of refund. There customer care is just pathetic, have no answers at all. All they say is our team will contact you shortly, which never happens, and then they will disconnect the phone.

What they show on website and what they send across even after charging an exorbitant amount is not the same. Absolutely appalled by the service and the standards. Paid 1800 for a flower arrangement which was to come with a glass vase and the flowers shown in quality and numbers were absolutely different. Cheap quality and not worth even 500 bucks. One should never ever buy from them and let their business shut. Even when complained it's been 3 days and no resolution.

Order not delivered on time which the extra fee is charged for.

And order was never delivered on time.

I have ordered a cake(heart shape) along with a bouquet, and all that we received was a regular cake which appears to seem fine but doesn't taste good and a couple of roses tied with a ribbon (which they claim to be a bouquet) and on dialing the customer care there is no response. This is a complete fraud website. I request each one of you not to order from here unless you want to ruin your special day and waste your money. I request you to take necessary action against this website and make sure that the app isn't functional anymore so that other customers wouldn't have to get upset about getting their special day ruined or chase these fraudsters.

This is such a fraud. The cake that my friend ordered for my birthday was no where relevant to the image of the cake that she ordered. Very bad customer service, unanswered calls, charged extra. Pathetic services. Stop trying to fool people, please

My friend ordered a Chocolate cake for my birthday which looked good on the image but the one that was delivered was not even matching with the cake on that image. They are not responding to our calls. Pathetic services, trying to fool people by charging extra money. I want you guys to refund the amount that she paid.

Very very bad and terrible service, no response, paid extra for the time slot, then 4 hours delay, will never ever order again and will never to suggest to anyone, after paying giving 100 percent pressure to customer with no response, not giving any contact number to follow up, till delivery keeping customers under dam pressure

I ordered a cake from this website and the response was very poor.

They charged an additional amount also for the quick delivery and they did not deliver in the proper time also. Finally, they delivered a different cake from the order.

Later send an email also but there was no response from their end

Total fraud. They charge extra money for delivery and they won't deliver anything. They are looting people in the name of delivering gifts on tinge

I ordered a cake by name of Atul Dasila in Pithoragarh Uttarakhand from your site on 5 November 2021 and our money got deducted from an account worth rs. 1219.00. Later, I cancel that order. MY concern is my "money" when you will going to return, no customer care attend the calls to reply and no response. I need my money back.

This email is my last call from my end. I need my money back without if and but. Otherwise, we have to become more strict and complain further about this site. That's really ridiculous!

Hoping best! Need positive response.

My order didn't got delivered and I tried calling hundreds of time but they didn't pick up... Neither replying to text... Its a total fraud site don't buy anything.

This is been very ridiculous I have been ordered Past one Month back A Plant and I have given a service Address where you can Provide after this also. and your team has not been delivered how shame on you guys you people accepted the payment and not proving us good service, please let me know the status. whenever I ask Status this will constantly your Ans:(Your order has been dispatched from my branch. Soon you will receive your order as it is on the way to be delivered.) How Long it will Take are Other Apps we don't find this Much Burden to keep following you if your not providing service refund us payment.

I ordered from my flower app. They said that they are delievering it but hadn't delivered till yet .

I ordered teufel cake and delivery date is today 3.11.2021 at 10 to 11 am for that I paid extra 200rs, total cost I paid is 1000rs. But the cake is not delivered till now and customer care number is not picked. Fraud company.

This is the worst service I have ever encountered. My product wasn't delivered and they were suggesting cheap alternatives at the last moment. There was no prior information regarding the same. The quality of customer care service is miserable as well.

I’ve ordered a cake on my flower app with standard delivery by paying extra charges but neither i got my ordered cake nor my money back, I tried to contact on customer care number multiple times but no response of my call and emails.

I ORDERED A kit-kat bouquet worth 725 Rs. Which mentioned that they will give 12 kit-kats. The image shown on the website has full size kit-Kats, Whereas when my friend received it,
A- It did not deliver on the same day, extremely disappointing
B- Only 8 kit-kats were being delivered. On top of that they were KIT-KAT WORTH RS.10 each/-

I mailed them regarding the same, but i didn't get any positive response related to this issue. This WEBSITE IS FAKE AND SHOWCASES FAKE PRODUCTS.

I’ve ordered on my flower app a week back . I did not get any of the mentioned items in my list, when I call the customer care there is no response and the customer care behave using bad words .

On 2nd September 2021 I made a prepaid order of Flower and cake worth Rs 1742.00 from My Flower App
Immediately after transaction money was deducted from my HDFC account and credited to their Axis bank account. Which has been confirmed by my bank also.but the merchant flatly refused and canceled my order. Now they have blocked me .I'm unable to reach them

I am writing this in relation to refund of paid but order got cancelled.
When I call to customer care the mentioned that amount will be refund in next 2-3days.
Now it has been around 7 days and I have not received my refund yet.
Further now when I try to call customer care no one is picking up my call.

It really kind of cheating with a customer money and worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Kindly look in to issue and assist me or contact me on :- 91-[protected] and update status of the issue.

I ordered a flowers and a vase and a greeting card worth Rs 1200. I was highly disappointed to see just 5 flowers packed so poorly and that too vase and greeting card missing. This is a scam website. Neither their customer service number works. It’s a total scam website to loot money.
