I had placed an order (Order Id[protected] with the company and I gave a wrong pincode. I received a call from their executive saying that the correct pincode is not serviceable. So I asked her to cancel my order and refund the amount to the original account through which the transaction was made. They have a policy that the amount can only be transferred to their app wallet.

Waste application I ordered cake but it was not delivered yet

This co is totally fraud they dont deliver orders nor they issue refund even there is no any contact no through we can contact them my order id is[protected]

I ordered a cake order id[protected] and they said it cant b delivered to my location and said intead they can send ny other gift.but later they didnt respond and didnt refund my amount.

I ordered a birthday cakes and flowers for my mother's birthday and as I wanted it to be delivered on time I paid extra fee for priority delivery from the website called myflowerapp. However, my mother didn't recieved the items it's been a day and the time they provided for delivery has passed almost a day ago. I tried reaching out to them however, there is no number to call. I tried mailing them and they told me your order has been delivered even though my mother never recieved anything. I tried explaining the situation and they just stopped answering to my mails. This seems to be a fraud. My mother was not well hence I wanted to make her feel better but now I have paid for nothing.

I placed the order on 11th aug, then it was showing to get delivered the same day and that is the reason why I opted myflowerapp.com instead of fnp. Now it’s 12th Aug and No status is updated around product and the delivery.
The product was a Rakhi gift for my sister in law who is suffering from life threatening health ailment- cancer, last stage. This is really disgusting. Highly disappointed!

This flowerapp, if a fraud one request dont order any thing in this please humble request as they just take our money and will not respond to any thing.

i have ordered a cake along with extra pay for the ontime delivery which no one has delivered no one has responded, however i have paid them 1139/- towards the services they says the amount was transferred to flowerapp wallet which i dont wanted i asked them to transfered it to my bank account they are not ready to do that.

STOP USING THESE KIND OF FLOWERAPP'S WHICH ARE THERE IN THE MARKET THEY ARE ONLY MEANT TO SELL THE FLOWER AND THEY WONT CARRY OUR EMOTIONS.

BAN THESE KIND OF ORGANISATIONS SO THAT WE WILL HAVE PEACE OF MIND.

I HAVE LOST MY MONEY. WHEN I WROTE THE EMAIL THERE IS NO RESPONSE.

WILL COMPLAIN IT TO ALL THE LEGAL FORMS TRY TO CLOSE THE ORGANISATION.

I Ordered 2 bouquets from myflowerapp.
1. Assorted roses (Rs 704)
2. Lovely Orchids and Roses (blue orchids and white roses)

I had paid Rs195 extra for fixed ime delivery between 10am -11am.

Issues faced

1. No response from the team even at 1030am in the morning regarding delivery. Their contact number is invalid. Order status in the websited still showed as 'order placed' only. After multiple emails, i got a call from Mr Ajit, Noida saying that they will deliver before 1pm. Firstly he was not apologetic for the incovenience caused, second he took the time for granted, third, he said he does not have blue orchids instead will deliver purple. After multiple clarification and back and forth call, we agrred for 12pm latest else will refund the fixed time fees. After that, there was no response from im and calls went unanswered. Finally a local courier boy called and mentioned it will be delivered by evening. When i asked to cancel and refund the order, there was no response on calls as well as email from this fraud team. From then, till now, they are not answering.

2. The bouquets delivered were pathetic. It looked like flowers were plucked from the garden and a 10 year orld child has made the bouquet. It was no way in match to what was displayed in their website.

In short, it was an embarassing moment for us the great 'myflowerapp' team does not even show the courtesy to apologize. I have raised a refund request, which has not been answered. I am very sure, the answer from them will be 'no, we have delivered the bouquet'

This is a fraud company and people are being royally cheated.
Please take strict action to control this abuse.

We ordered a birthday cake on 31st July for delivery on 1stbAugust at 5 pm. It is 7.45 pm now and no sign of delivery. When we call the customer service number ( ) we are told that the cake is stuck in traffic. Foe 2 hours, we are being told the same . They even refuse to give the number of the delivery person! Terrible service, ridiculous responses and I will never ever order from them. I will not recommend anyone to order from them again.

I have cake and addon from this site for 2000 rupees. I have been waiting for hours and yet my order Is not delivered. I tried calling and mailing them but no reply.
I order twice from this place and both of the time my order was not delivered.
First time they did not refund the money and gave credit as a coupon. Now it happens again.

Money paid 2475Rs including extra charges for specific time delivery . but now they didnt delivered and not responding also

Order number[protected] placed on myflowerapp.com on July 14, 2022 for a delivery of 2 kg birthday cake on July 16th between 7 and 9 am. For this particular time delivery an amount of Rs 245 was paid extra. However, on July 16th till 10.30 am there was no information about them. Afterwards, I tried to contact myflowerapp and then realised that they never have put any phone number on their website to contact them. It is only through emails that we can contact them. Hence I emailed them about the non responsiveness and after some time a person called and said they will be delivering the order before 1 pm. Since we were running out of time we told we would like to cancel the order as we already cut the cake after buying it loally. Hence I did not accep the delivery. However, myflowerapp did not bother even to apologize for the delayed delivery and talked like rowdies. They say they cannot deliver it to my pincode in the specified time as it was a remote area. They should have never accepted the order in such a case. Also they had full 2 days to find out whether the order can be delivered on time or not. The delivery person told that they got the instruction only by 10 in the morning on July 16th to deliver the order. This shows gross indeficiency of service and irresponsiblity from myflowerapp. I paid a total of Rs 2510. The order details are given below:

They show something on their website and deliver something else which is nothing like the price they charge nor the item ordered ! Fake website ! Fraud!

Gave me a completely diff order for Rs 1400.

I ordered a bouquet for a function. They never delivered and gave back coupon. Used that and ordered for another function Again never delivered. Order no[protected]. No one calls back. NO RESPONSE. JUST A BUNCH OF CHEATS!!

Took payment, did not deliver and do not respond.

I have ordered a cake for my family ie for the celebration of their wedding anniversary today. The order was taken by this fraudulent website and now they are not able to deliver the cake at the given address and on top of that they are charging more ie Rs 150 for delivering the cake tomorrow. The order id for the same is[protected]. I am canceling my order but they are not returning my hardearned money and telling that in turn please dont cancel the order instead order some gift item that too will be delivered after the anniversary is over. They are not even ready to credit my money in the wallet too. Please let me know if you have any further solution.

My order id[protected] Which was ordered on 23th MAY 2022, it was suppose to be delivered by 11am to 12pm on 24th may 2022 for which I have paid extra Rs 195 till now it has not been delivered. I ordered flowers from "my flower app", and used upi payment option, they changed me extra for on time delivery, and they didn't delivered the product at all. i tried contacting them but they didn't reach out to me, moreover, they don't have any contact no. available on their website also.

Trust all the remaning complaints and do not buy anything from them …. The worst company ever.

I ordered a cake it was not delivered also no refund was given and now they have stopped responding.

I live in Qatar and placed an order on 6th May for cake and Bamboo plant to be delivered on 8th May which was accepted and processed.

On 8th May, only the cake was delivered and the delivery status showed as delivered. Upon checking through the chat from their website it was informed that the plant was a courier item and will be delivered after 3-4 days. I clearly informed them to cancel the 2nd item as my mother will not be at home to receive the order after 12th May. I even sent a mail to the email provided in their website requesting the same. But received no response.

And upon checking again through the web chat it was informed that the order was shipped through the courier service and will be delivered only on 16th May.

While placing the order if they had mentioned about the delay in delivery I would not have opted for that item. They accept the order and then do take action accordinlgy.

This is what they do
- They accept the order. After entering PIN code, they lie that delivery is possible.
- Proceed with payment.
- On delivery date they call and say delivery not possible.
- They wont give refund too. If we call or send email, they wont respond too.

People.. do not buy from this website. This is a fake website created by owner Chandan tiwari. He is a fraud businessman. Few of my followers in social media have faced this issue too. The only way they are making money is by canceling order and not refunding money.

I used this service to order cake for Motherday; We planned everything remotely as I'm in Dubai. This page accepted orders and didn't deliver.

After collecting money these people did not deliver and also Their contact number is switched off.. No other way to get to them. These Are fraudsters, Cheaters, Don't order from My Flower tree..

I had placed an order for Mother's Day and at the time of placing it, the website picked up the location and took the order. I had to constantly follow-up to understand the status of my order and when finally someone responded...they just said "couldn't deliver because it was in a remote location". It just spoilt everything for me. Their website should be blocked. Not sure if they will refund my money or not

I placed an order of bouquet for mother's day. Untill the payment they said they will deliver on the same day. But once I had paid my money they change the delivery to next three days from the date I wanted. I want my money back and this is the worst app. Deceiving consumer from getting the right information before purchasing. Malpractice.

The order was to be delivered on 23rd april. It still hasn't reacjed and there is no way to contact. It was a got and was already paid chat support on website is even not working. Money os wasted and couldn't even get ny gift delivered
