I had booked a cake and yellow flowers for my parents anniversary on 15th April 2022. As they did not have flowers the team called me up and convinced to change order to cake and chockates. For which I agree stating if delivering today you can do that. But in case if you fail to deliverbtoday plz cancel my order and send me refund.
They did not deliver and started giving fake reason the receiver was not at home. When I requested them to deliver next day or send me back my refund . There is no response. My sincere request to all plz dontvbook which such cheat ppl who actually play with your emotions.

I have ordered from myflower app and till yesterday it was showing as it will be delivered and they emailed me saying card is not available so they will deliver the chocolates but till now there is no update and i paid extra for ealy morning delivery.

These are complete frauds. First they show delivery at the pincode and then call us up and say that you need to pay extra 250/- rs to deliver at that pincode.
After i asked to cancel the order and refund. They did not refund even.

This is a fraud company. Please don't waste your money like I did. I ordered from this website twice and my order didn't get deliver once also. For the 1st time, they said delivery is not available at this pincode and we will not refund your money and will credit it as wallet balance, so you can reorder some other time. So when I ordered for the 2nd time also they didn't deliver the cake to my address. When I tried to reach out to them via email/call, i didn't receive any response. It's been 3 days now that I have been continuously following up and I have got no response from them.

Hi I ordered a cake for my sister and paid extra charges to get it delivered between 11pm and 11 45.i ordered a heart shaped a cake after 30 minutes of payment I got a call that heart shape cakes are not available and we can deliver round shape i agreed.
Till not morning 10 am no cake was delivered as promised no customer care is responding and the lady who called me yesterday also switched off mobile

I ordered a "mixed Flower Bouquet" of Rs 499/- under order No #[protected] on 14th March 22. Date of Delivery was 15th March22 between 10 to 22. On 15th March 22 at 16.00 I got a call from customer care stating that the flowers I ordered are not available, so the delivery can not take place. When I asked for refund, an email was sent from "[protected]@myflowerapp.com" which stated that the refund will be credited to 'my flower app wallet' from which I should order something else of higher value. I refused to that offer. What if I order new product with higher value than the 'wallet' amount, and, again the product does not get delivered and my additional amount gets stuck.

I ordered a cake in the morning and they confirmed. And after half the day is over they inform (that too after checking with them multiple times) that they cannot deliver to that address . And when I ask for refund they say they can only refund to my flower app wallet from which I should order something else which will be delivered in 2-3 days . If they cannot deliver items why do they confirm and inspite of their mistake they are not ready to refund money. And also FYI this is not the first time I am experiencing this level unprofessionalism by them.

They are cheaters !!
My request to everyone pls don't buy anything from this app. They are big time cheaters. On 12th March I ordered a bouquet flower for my mom on her birthday which was on 16th March. I chose early morning delivery between 7am to 9am by paying extra delivery charges which is Rs 245. But they delivered it in the evening after thousand times of follow ups with them. They literally made me cry and harassed me. They haven't refund my money which I paid for early delivery. When tried to contact them for 9 to 10 times everytime they had same response that their delivery executive is not picking up his mobile, he must be riding his two wheeler. Such an irresponsible and unprofessional staff. They are fraudsters, pls don't place any order from their app if you don't want to loose your money and time also.

The app took extra money for early morning delivery and delivered it only in the afternoon. I kept trying to contact them and they kept saying it will be delivered now. I had ordered a bunch of 20 lilies & roses, and they said they can give only 10 roses. And when I asked for refund..they are saying it will go to.their wallet only. So we have to order from them again to use it. Very unprofessional and horrible service

@MyFlowerApp this app is forge when you pay they wont tell you that the area is not serviceable but when they got the payment they cancel the order saying the area is not serviceable and the payment is in now in their hands they dont make refunds easily

This is to inform you that I had ordered from mayflower app (anniversary gift)for my wife and the delivery date was 21st feb.2022. But still my wife not getting any order till date. I am trying to call them for my order status but they are not picking up the call and also I am trying to get in touch over mail but the result was same they are not responding over mail also. I paid Rs.1619/- in advance for the order through credit card.
Therefore request you to kindly do the needful and take some necessary action.

I had placed the order on 12 Feb for valentines day . Although I received the flowers on 13th, the other items haven't been delivered. All my attempts to reach out to the Customer Care number have failed since no one responds on the number.

Regarding order specifications
Firstly they placed my order worth 1300 inr . N after when i tracked the order and it was yet not shipped, they told me that the delivery of exact order is not possible at my lication so they are changing the order. Ridiculous!!! I will never place order from this app. They have lost a client and i will make sure that none of my friends irder anything frm this site

I have ordered for a cake from there apo on feb 14 th .They did not deliver the order .Refund for the order has not been done. When asked about refund it is been told tat it will be credited to my flower app wallet. But I’m not going to order anything from there app anymore. I want to get my refund done

The delivery of my order which was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I have tried so many times to reach the customer support yesterday for the status and delivery. I had no information about the delivery status till today before their customer care executive named Kavya call where she informed me that the delivery guy met with an accident and could not deliver the order.[protected]
It is really a bad Experience and service. I have asked for the refund of my amount in my account where they are refusing to do so.

Solution what they gave was to re order or same value amount In their website to use it for next order. However I wanted my money back in my account as I already had one bad experience of false commitment and with them which I mentioned in the previous complaint. Kindly take the action immediately. Website is not very trustworthy.

I had placed the order on 22nd March 2022 Order number[protected] but they did not shipped till the last minute & suddenly messaged me that they cannot deliver the items at the delivery location.
Very poor service, they don't respond once you have done the payment, this is disgusting. Then they said they are giving me a refund in my wallet but it has been a month no refund no update & no response.
The amount is 1600, this is highly irritating & disappointing what should I do to get back my refund at least?

Flower and sweets not delivered
Till the time your order date, they will be sweet to you, say everything under sun and make u sound as if it's the best app, but it's a fraudulent app.
I had ordered flowers and sweets for 14th Feb, till 9 pm the customer care said it's being delivered and expect a delay due to traffic and all then after 10pm they won't pick up ur call or reply to your msg.
Pls don't book with this app and the consumer complaint society of India should book them for fraud .

I have ordered one cake on 21 January to be delivered on the 9th of february. I paid the money already. But on the 9th of february they told me they cant deliver the product as it is on the outskirts. Then they gave me options what all i can choose which can be delivered on this address. Without saying anything i chose the products from the option and then they told me it will be delivered with 3 to 4 days. Still now the product has not been delivered. I need my money refunded

Fir uske bad 100 msz krne pde tb bole dusra cheez order kr do...uska b khud se koi cnfrmation mail nhi...4 5 din itna dimag khrab rha...inke liye na zuban ki kimat h n kisi k paise ki na hi kisi ke moment ki...just embarresing...total fake they are

As mentioned bad service. I placed an order to an mid-night order delivery of flower for my friend who is getting married on 10 February. However when I check the order status/ track order it only says confirmed and doesn't give any further status. Tired calling them multiple times but no response. It a shame that online sites like these are cheating customer by calming things that they aren't capable of. It pure injustice when we do our due diligence and set the expectation that the vendor would take care of the order.
There hasn't been not even one email communication or messages from the team mentioning the delay or what the status it. Totally disappointed! I would suggest such fraudulent sites should be taken down so that no one gets cheated.

Ordered cake through online app on 31st Jan for 1st February 2022 delivery. My flower executive app executive called in the afternoon to say that they can’t deliver and sending email to reschedule the order for 2nd of February very upset if you can’t deliver and give service on the promise date and time please don’t take orders online and fool around the people the total cost of the cake including gifts is 2611. If not serious about business don’t get into online business
