Money has been deducted from my account however no order confirmation and no one is available either on customer care to answer the call. I have disputed this transaction to make sure they won’t get anything either

I recently ordered a cake with balloons n candles worth rs1800 for my brother's birthay but i was completely dissapointed with the quality of cake as well as balloons. The picture and design of the cake in the website is completely different of what was delivered, balloons were of poorest quality unlike the metallic ones as shown and promised to the customer, the candles worth rs 100 were missing. Even if they put a disclaimer of slight difference in design but they dont say it will b ugly and cheap quality cake of worth rs500 for which they charge around rs1000. Please stop cheating customers. I would like my money back or send another proper quality cake. It is disgusting.

Not delivered scam money taken not delivered

I ordered a gift for Rakshabandhan. The gift pack included chocolates and 4 rakhis. They delivered only half of the chocolates and no rakhis. I kept calling them on the number on the website but no one picked the call. I emailed them several times and after 6 emails they told me they will update me. Following day, they updated me that they were not able to connect with the delivery boy. After that they emailed me that order was delivered. However my family did not receive the missing order. They didn't even bother to refund for missing items. The people are fraud, never experienced such service. Beware!!!

This is a fake website. They accepted my order in the morning and took whole day just to say order cannot be delivered. And they will process the refund after 7 to 15 working days it seems. This is fake website and scam. Action needs to be taken against this website

This website is fake. They avcpeted order in the morning. And took whole day just to say that order cannot be delivered in the area. And they will take 7 to 15 days to process the refund order. Customer service is so pathetic and they are very arrogant and disrespectful

I am really disappointed with your service.the bouquet was to be delivered today on 1 aug and even after waiting for so long i was assure it will be delivered today on 12 aug.and even after agreeing for delivery charges of 160, i asked for a pucture of bouquet from your flowerist and he send me this ###. is this a bouquet .i am attaching a picture.i ordered red flower bouquet and he is sending me yellow flowers kept at his shop and fooling me it for a bouquet

I have ordered a bouquet with a card and paid extra Rs 250 for midnight delivery, but even after paying the complete payment, my order neither confirmed nor delivered and the special surprise I have planned got spoiled completely. No Contact no. Has been given on the website. You can just mail, for which you will never get a reply. never ever shopped from this website

I ordered birthday gifts and paid amount also no response. I contacted the number also no response. Loss of money only. Please take action on this website. Don't encourage this type of websites. As I click google for online birthday purchase this app is first who is cheating.

Hi, I have ordered a cake and flower for my sister’s birthday. The screen shows that order complete, now it’s around 5 days after the purchase. Order not delivered and asked them for refund. I haven’t received the refund or any response from them. So please don’t do any order from this fake site

I ordered a bouquet paid Rs. 499. It's been more than 15 days since i ordered. Now they say that item is not available. So i asked for my money back. But they say it's not possible they can't. It's a fraud company fake

Had ordered a cake but never got delivered however my amount is been deducted

I was trying to order a cake. I had made the payment and it was successful but order was not placed. The customer care guys not picking up phone

I have ordered for a cake and flower on 21st June 2021 and asked to deliver by 23 June 10 to 11 am . I have paid the money but no response form their side . When i tried to track the order it says order confirmed but nothing in progress. Called the customer care several times they say that all their teams are busy speaking to some other customer it seems. I don't think so that was a pre recorded thing that they play for all the customers. Very disappointed with this app. I need my money back. I need this to be sorted out soon .

I had placed an order on 18th June to deliver the cake on 22nd June which was never attempted. Later after calling their customer services many times I was notified that the delivery is not possible, but their site clearly mentioned that they can deliver and no information was given to me regarding this situation.

I give up, this is the worst product service. They did not deliver the product on time and even after 5 days they are telling we cant give a refund. Take a coupon, really that does not help. Please somebody help. Order ID[protected]

I have ordered a flower bouquet on 14.06.2021 and paid 1375 to deliver it on 15.06.2021 but it was not delivered till now and when I tried contacting them they were telling that they cannot refund my money. It is a cheating website. I request you to please take serious action on these kind of online frauds.

I order a cake from them and the delivery was on June 3rd. They didn’t update me and I didn’t hear anything from them.I have tried my level best to contact them but it’s been a failure. They are not replying and they have been delaying since then.I want strict actions against them. I spoke to Aashi, Kavya and Varun .they are ridiculous .

I had placed an order for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered on June 13th, 2021. I got a message from #[protected] informing me that because the location is far, no delivery agents are able to deliver the order. I had asked them to cancel the order for which they replied that they can cancel but I would either have to order "courier" products or the amount would be credited to my Myflowerapp coupon. I had requested them to credit the amount to the source account for which they replied saying that it is not possible and they can't help me. The options they gave me are the only things that they can do. They are literally giving the options that would force us to make another wasteful transaction with them even when we have no intention of making any order through their site ever. When they are asking us to make online payment to place an order, why the same can't be done when the order needs to be cancelled. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate people. Do not place any orders through this site. They refuse to pay the amount back to you even though they have received the amount. Not worth it at all.

I ordered a flower bouquet and cake from my flower app. They confirmed the order. Took the money. After one hour a guy calls and said we can’t deliver. I asked my money back. He said he won’t give back. I said send something else they never replied. They stole my money

We ordered a bouquet with Lilies and Orchids on 12th June for receiving it on 13th June 10am to 11am - paid extra 145/- for in time delivery.
They bought it around 11:30 then the flowers weren't great they are dull and the worst of all the message card they wrote it with pen worst hand writing spelling mistakes they missed lines and now the card makes no sense.

I have ordered a parcel with order id[protected] on 03rd of june 2021, through www.myflowerapp.com and made the payment of the full amount of Rs 902. The parcel was suppose to get delivered on the same day but I did not received my parcel till date 12.06.2021. Moreover there is no response in customer support no given in the website. I have sent several emails still no reply. I have also gone through the reviews of this website n it shows clearly that they don't deliver things neither they refund the customer's money. Its proves that this website is cheating the customers. In dat case I request you kindly to deliver my parcel or else I will make sure dat these people get sued for sure.

I have placed an order of 1 bouquet, 1 teddy and some chocolates worth Rs. 2300 on 9th june, 2021. They accepted the order for the same day delivery. Then in afternoon i received a call from them that it is not possible to bouquet and they asked me to select some other item. I selected another item and they told me that they will inform me about the order tracker details once they dispatch the item.Then till date i have not received any message from them. I tried to call them many times but their helpline number is always busy. I tried to contact the customer chat service. But they are also not replying anything. I think it is a scam.

For an order placed on 2nd June 2021 for supply on 6th June 2021 and full payment made, one birthday highly quality cake, 2 Numbered candles and one white Reddy bear, they supplied only an ordinary cake of value Rs 500/- while they charged Rs 1781 for the cake and totally Rs.2319/-.

Only after constant check up on 6th June they actually worked on the order .
And they could manage to supply cake - that too ordinary one .

You can't reach anyone responsible on the only number given nor they respond properly on emails.

These guys are FAKE. Please don't use them
