I sent a personalized mug to my girlfriend on her brithday. It was delivered on the same day at night. The mug is good in quality and my gf liked it very much. Thank you my flower tree.

Worst company, fraud people they will take money and never deliver nor will return your money. A case should be filed against this company . I was charged extra for delivering chocolate which never delivered and the customer team is not taking the calls.

I had placed an order for a same day delivery 8th Nov 2021.
Flowers and Cake.

After sseveral calls and confirmation from the customer care that the same is booked for 15th Nov 21, instead of 8th Nov 21, I placed a request for cancellation. i was told that it was taken.

On the 15th November 21, order was delivered to my mother and She obviously received it thinking that it may be for her, I again called myflowertree team to pick that order back and process the refund. Hiwver they said that since it is delivered they cannot help it. The cancellation was not taken on 8th November 21 and hence now we have to take the order. This is very unfair and unprofessional. Please help resolve and compensation

Product was cancelled saying they can't reach the address even after making the payment . And till now I didn't get the refund.
Stop ruining the special days of costumers and i[censored] keep robbing money like this, may God surely punish you with illness and death . May your company go bankrupt and crumble into ashes

I order from Myflowertree and I should receive the item on sep 14th 2021, but I received an email mentioning that the silvery boy has reached the hostel but the security guard didn’t allow him.
If that’s the case he should call receiver as I provided the receiver number while ordering

And in the email it is mentioned that the order the will be delivered in September 15th 2021(next day) but they didn’t mention at what time it will be delivered on next day

They show the consignment delivered, I didnt even get a call from the delivery body. On top of it, the worst customer care service once can get. This is just a fake website running because people like us dont read reviews before ordering. They just spoiled someone's bday surprise. Fake and cheaters.

I did online order from https://www.myflowertree.com/ on the occasion of Rakhi. They promises to delivery on same day but. My order is not delivered with the time. And no one is responding from myflowertree. I paid money also.

On 10th of August I had ordered flowers and greetings card worth Rs.546 to get it delivered. Till now the product isn't delivered and no response from the customer's center end.
For the first few days they told that my order will be delivered within 3-4 days, but now the team is not replying to any mails. Moreover, tracking the order is also not working and the policies are making no sense. They denied returning the money, if they cannot deliver the product on time or even deliver it all, they should atleast do courtesy.

From your extremely user friendly website I got timely delivery of a very nice bouquet of roses and chocolate cake in a gift hamper from my husband. Loved it

The site myflowertree is a fraud. They took the cKe order and confirmed delivery by 3 pm and was never delivered. The customer care number is useless and of no help . They confirm a callback but no one calls. They even have no information nor they have canceled the order. Fraudster and need stern action.

I have ordered a personalized cushion on May 18 ..till now no response from the site. They have given delivery date 21 may n bluedart tracking number is in valid..I dropped mes so many times to contact me on their website but no response..my order number 815747

It gives a blue dart courier tracking number which seems to be invalid upon checking the blue dart site.

I had ordered a cake and a plant as mother's day gifts from MyFlowerTree on 9th May 2021. It was to be delivered the same day. I got a message saying due to lockdown restrictions in my area, the delivery is scheduled to 10th May. No delivery happened, Today, 11th May I get the same message. This company is taking customers for a ride and needs to be dealt with seriously. None of their customer service numbers work!

I had also requested for a full refund as the delivery has not happened for 3 days, but I got no response.

Request the concerned authorities to take strict action against this company immediately.

I have raised the complaint from 14th Feb 2021 still no refund has been imitated. no one responded the messages/ calls/chats.

These are bloody cheaters. I have placed order for 14th Feb 2021. I had purchased for a very big amount for my special one.

I was waiting for all Day for it to be deliver but at 10:10 i got a message that the order has been delivered where as i haven't received any item. These scammers, they faked the entire ordering process. pathetic people they are.

i tried very hard to reach-out to them but there is no way to contact them.. chat is a complete fraud, calling not available, email is fake.

I want my refund ASAP. Return my Money a the earliest.

This online shopping site is a fraud. They took money from lots of tons of people and never delivered their items. The case is not only for me but in hundreds. They charged extra money for same day delivery but dint delivered the object not on the same day and also the next day. They updated the status as out for delivery, delivered but nothing happen on our side. they provide contact number which cant be used. this is such a fraud company, trying to steal all our hard earn money. Please file a case to this company

Order Number: 771051. I made an order yesterday i.e February 14, 2021 for delivery of a bouquet, a card and a cake. The time slot for delivery was 6:00 to 21 hours. The order has not yet been delivered till now. Even after repeatedly trying to contact them, there is no response from their end. I had already paid for the order and there is no revert from then regarding refunding of the money since the order was not delivered.
I have attached proof of payment (Gpay receipt) and proof that the order has not been delivered till now (screenshot of the website), today's date is appearing on the top.

I ordered a product for same day delivery on 14th Feb, which was to be delivered before 9 PM. The product was not delivered neither got any information regarding same.
