Order no. 670055 i ordered surprise gift for my best friend and delivery date was 2nd august and it is not delivered yet my surprise was totally ruined by mft and try to contact mft team they are not responding .

I ordered rakhi on 31/07/20 on myflowertree website. It is supposed to be delivered on 01/08/20 but they didn't deliver. I placed request to them in their customer support to cancel the order and refund my money but they didn't respond. I placed many call back requests but they didn't even call once. I texted them in chat but they didn't respond. Such a pathetic service providers looting people money without delivering products. Order id 676894

I order a rakhi combo on 7/29/2020 scheduled for delivery on 1/8/2020. Not only is the order running late but the myflowertree team or their courier partners have not provided any intimation nor are they responding on customer care calls, chat bot or fb messenger. Truly unprofessional behaviour withe zero accountability for the payment taken from customers.

I have ordered rakhi set. My order number is 680830. They said they will deliver it by august 2nd 6 am to 9 pm. It is still in the preparation stage only. Till now person has not received it.

I had booked a rakhi on 8th july via online app of myflowertree mentioning specially to be delivered on 30th july giving ample time to the seller to deliver it on time vide order no 662487.Today is 2nd august and none is reverting me about my rakhi .i want to book mental harassment case and want refund of my item along with compensation for mentally harassing their customers.
I have even mailed to mr sumit chhabra at his mail id which i got from google. i dont know if he is myflowertree as this app is totally fake.Also the blue dart consignment number([protected]) given on website while tracking my order is wrong.

I ordered the cake for birthday in myflowertree but i didn't receive the order. Birthday date is today 15th july. Customer care is not attending the call.in myflowertree website chat box they were not responding properly, cancel my order and send back my amount to my account,

Order (617535) a gift and they never delivered it. Where asking for refund, they denied saying that it not in their #;—*ng policy.
People please be aware of these fraudsters, they are looting our money.

Requested that several time but no result, and they don't have support never to call, only option is chat which never connets. Pathetic experience.

The order (Id:635139) which i have made on the valentine's day (Feb 14) is still not delivered to the recepient.

I tried to reach support team multiple times in past few days through messages and phone calls. I was assured thrice by the support team through messages that item will get delivered without fail. But till now no delivery has been done and no intimation is received by me or the recipient regarding this order.

It has been a week and order is not yet supplied to the recipient. As mentioned above, i have been trying to check with the concerned department about the courier but there is no correct response yet. Moreover i'm seeing dates getting changed to current date with same time when i try to query the current status of the order in consecutive days.

I want to cancel my order (As it was mainly intended for the valentine's occasion) and i need complete refund of the amount debited from my account for the same.

I had ordered for red roses, vase and chocolate cake for my husband for feb 14th. I had chosen same day delivery. The amount was deducted and the order is not yet delivered. The app says attempted delivery on 14th feb. But i haven't received any call/sms/any alert yet. Tried to reach customer care, never got through. Chat option seems to be not working. This is a fraud company that uses people's hard earned money and play with emotions.

On 14/02/2020 i ordered (Order number: 637946) a dairy milk bouquet for same day delivery (Quantity:1) from the website named myflowertree.com worth rs. 599 to be delivered in patia, bhubaneswar. For which i paid using my sbi debit card online. My order hasnt been delivered till now. The customer service numbers displayed on the website are of no use and on one other number ([protected]) the customer care executive when asked about the delivery is being rude and isnt responding.. Please look into this matter and do the needfull sir.

I have ordered flowers, teddy, and chocolate from my flower tree and selected the delivery time between 6 pm to 9 pm on 14/02/2020 and then they have updated their delivery status on the website that delivery attempted at 4:15 pm 14/02/2020.
Till now they have not delivered the products and neither their customer care number is not working [protected].

I had ordered products worth rs 2100 on this website for valentine’s day. It was supposed to be a same day delivery. Nothing got delivered. When i checked the status of delivery during afternoon, i saw ok website that a delivery attempt was made. However, in reality no attempt was made and no call was made as well regarding delivery. When i tried to call them to raise complaint, i realised that there is a button on website called ‘call us’ but there is no customer care number provided. You can only request a callback which i didn’t get despite multiple requests. There is a chat option available too but that no one responds despite multiple pings. So basically it’s a total fraud.

I and ordered a bunch of flowers on 14th feb,
2020. The total amount being rs. 700.

The website stated that the flowers will be delivered by 9 pm.

They had taken advance payment and express delivery charges.

However, there's has been no delivery. I have tried to call the company but have not got any response. Their call center is always busy.. And no one is coming on the chat to even discuss this. This is definitely a fraud company and needs to be shut down asap.

626002 is my order number. I placed the order to be delivered at chennai. Order was made on 13-02/2020 and expected delivery was 14/02/2020. The customer care numbers stopped working. It looks like a not so genuine company making use of valentine's day for their business. The product ordered was "teddy on top". I find so many online reviews stating that the products were not delivered.

I placed an order for a bouquet to be sent on 7th feb and time slot given was 6p. M to 9.00 p. M however its 12.30 a. M of next day and it has still not been delivered. I have tried reaching out via chat, call and email and none were successful.

I request for a refund since i am now booking flowers from another vendor and thanks for spoiling my surprise for someone special

I have booked birthday cake at 11am..i was suppose to receive it between 12_3pm but still not delivered is 5.30pm..i tried to speak with customer care... They will put on hold for long and when it got connected, I spoke to Mr. DEV he was not able to ans. My queries. He is very rude, when I asked to transfer the call to senior, he denied... Then he said within half an hour I will receive the order.. Then I again called and spoke to Arushi.. She was the same.. Communication skill was not proper. There is no seriousness for customers.. I think it is fake.. Will wait for half an hour more to get cake... Will see what happens.

Hi, I had ordered a cake for a friend as per the image was shown on their website. The cake that was delivered nowhere near to the actual image and was damaged as well. I spoke to the delivery partner and they had agreed to take the cake back and to provide us the refund. I returned the cake at the same time and sent the image as well.Now when I asked for the refund from the company, they are denying for it. I had also spoken on virtual chat at the myflowertree website and sent the image for their referral. I have recordings from the deliver partner saying that they will be refunding the amount back to the card. The customer care is saying that we didn't receive any image which is a blatant lie and are saying that you can go legal and that they don't care. I don't know how are they operating with such operational defects and inefficient after sales service/ customer service. Please look into the matter. Attaching the images here of what was sent and what was supposed to be sent.

My order number 497206. I placed flowers for my mother on mother's day and it was not delivered. I tried to reach the toll free number on their website but no response.. This is fraud site. They cheated and there is no way to contact them. They are still accepting orders for mothers day flowers. Very unprofessional people.. They are playing with our emotions. I want refund

Hello, n valentine day i ordered some flowers, cake, gift from my flower tree website, gift worth rupees 2000, they suppose to deliver the same day but still order not delivered.
No one reply to the emails, landline number provided is wrong. No one responding

It seems that this website is stealing peoples, taking online orders and not delievering it. As no one can reach them.
I request you to please try to find out about this website owner and need to punish him for 420 fraud business. Their number provided

I have ordered flowers and a chocolate truffle cake (As mentioned on your website) for valentine's day to my mom n sis in vizag. We stay far away and wanted to make them happy with a small gesture of love on this day with a small cake. But what we see delivered is a horrible and pathetic cake whih is just like a bread soaked in water.. No taste no sweetness no flavour and above all stinking!!!

What a pathetic disgusting thing to do guys on a day on which we have so many expectations and desires to make our ppl happy... Shame on u!!! Is this what u guys are promising us abt??? You r so prompt in taking our money right while ordering.. Then y such recklessness and negligence in getting our order delivered??? On top of all your contact number!!! Nearly 40 times i tried to reach you on that so called contact us number o[censored]rs but it just doesnt work!!! Disgusting service.. Whats the use of same day order very bad experience and more over the customer cafe numbers are not valid as well. My wife have made 2 orders (On 11 jan 2019 and 18 jan 2019) of cake including some other gifts to be deliver on 19 jan 2019 midnight.

Cakes delivered on 19 jan midnight at 11:30 pm without cancel and knife. I have seen cakes quality is really poor and not fresh. Cake bread is so hard to cut from plastic knife. I tried to complaint that time but unable to contact that time may be that was not their working hours. Next day i have complaint regarding this issue. Seller contact me seller told me that "myflowertree" pay 200 rs. For one cake that's why this happen why they charge me (1140 and 1145) rs. For 2 cake. I have again try to contact and make complaint regarding this but not any action. I am totally frustrated with the service. After lot's of effort i haven't receive any refund or reply regarding refund amount.

I have both cake as proof. I hope this complaint will help me.

I have booked a cake from myflowertree site for 27/8/18, time I choose was 8 to 12 o clock in the morning, but cake delivered in the evening 6:30 pm. I choose black forest 500 gm eggless cake but recieved a cake of wierd selfie photo which I never ordered. Now I want my money refunded which I have paid. I had ordered rakhi online which the website claimed 3hrs delivery or guaranteed same day delivery for which they charge premium price. I had no update on the order and there was noone in there customer care centre team, i called multiple times there was more than 15 mins waiting but still no response, sent email as well as facebook message. I have still got no response from the team since yesterday, half of their mentioned numbers were either invalid or not available.

We ordered one cake to bareilly on 20th july 2018 on delivery was on time but they did not mention anything on the birthday cake when i complaint about the same they send me a mail saying that they will delivered free chocolates and flower to the bareilly as sorry i was agreed but and (And they promise to do that on the very next day) but its 25th july and my sister did not received anything from them i again send mail but now they are not reverting as per them this issue has been resolved but it is not now i am demanding my refund and they are not replying my mails thats why i am filing this complaint here please help me either they do what they promise or i want my money back.

My order no #384286. I opted for next day delivery slot between 7-9 am and they charged extra for that, which I paid... However companys delivery man reached next day at 11 am... And by the time my friend has left his home, for out of station. So my entire effort of placeing my order (which I did after Explicit assurance and guarantee, that product will be delivered on time), has gone waste. After lot of haggling they refunded - extra delivery charges - to my mft account. I requested many times that you please refund this amount to my bank/Paytm account, through I paid you, but no avail. So they are forcing me to forget MY money, which they charged but NOT delivered, as it would be utterly ridiculous to place anyone to myflowertree. It seems like an obnoxious company

I order Canvas Mug for my mother on the occasion of mother's day. They promised me the product was deliver with in 3- 4 days. However today is 6th day i didn't get that product also they are not answering on there customer care number which is [protected] I called on this number 50 times.
They also denied to return my money which I had paid online.

Ordered in myflowertree.com on 14th may and opted for same day delivery to chennai. There was no response to calls and no communication on order status. Spent around rs.1500 for this order. Request to kindly persue the issue and make them to refund our money. Our surprise got ruined and very much dissapointed at their service. Kindly take strict action on them so that they will never repeat the same
