Order no. 670055 i ordered surprise gift for my best friend and delivery date was 2nd august and it is not delivered yet my surprise was totally ruined by mft and try to contact mft team they are not responding ....

I ordered rakhi on 31/07/20 on myflowertree website. It is supposed to be delivered on 01/08/20 but they didn't deliver. I placed request to them in their customer support to cancel the order and refund my money but they didn't respond. I placed many call back requests but they didn't even call once. I texted them in chat but they didn't respond. Such a pathetic service providers looting people money without delivering products. Order id...

I order a rakhi combo on 7/29/2020 scheduled for delivery on 1/8/2020. Not only is the order running late but the myflowertree team or their courier partners have not provided any intimation nor are they responding on customer care calls, chat bot or fb messenger. I have ordered flowers and a chocolate truffle cake (As mentioned on your website) for valentine's day to my mom n sis in vizag. We stay far away and wanted to make them happy with a small gesture of love on this day with a small cake.
