order #341367 not yet delivered and no response

I have placed an order on 14 february 2018. Order number is 341367. It was not delivered till now and they give me very worst response when i contact them. They did cut the call after waiting for 45 minutes. This happened many times in these two days and no reply for mail also. They have ruined my surprise, my emotions and everything please refund my money back or atleast deliver my product at least by today.

I have ordered some gift which to be delivered on 14th feb 2018 from https://www.myflowertree.com/. they promised to be delivered to on 14th and i have ordered it on 12th feb 2018 with the order number - 336708. Spent close to rs 1300/- on this but at the end neither they did not deliver it on the committed date nor they have not delivered at all and at the end they have send a mail that the package has been delivered.
Stage 1 :pending — in process — allocated to region — in preparation —
Out for delivery — delivered (14 feb, 2018).
We are at home only and none has signed on any electronic gadgets or on any papers that it has been delivered.
They are fooling people and minting crores of money like this. People think that its only few thousands but like wise from so many people would have gone through similar situations and all money is safely sitting in the top management. They enjoy all the luxurious things with our money. Stop placing orders from https://www.myflowertree.com/. i sincerely request not to and if you still want to proceed then think that you are donating money for a bad cause.
We cannot even reach them as they disabled the chat options and also contact number is removed from the website. Seems like a fraud website.
Only option is reach them was some [protected]@myflowertree.com but they don't respond.

delay in delivery of flowers

I ordered flowers two days back which were supposed to be delivered today morning around 9 or 10. It is now past 2 in the afternoon and they have not yet been delivered. I got a false confirmation from them that the flowers have been delivered. They are unprofessional and they say sorry that they don't mean it at all. I will never ever order flowers from them and recommend the same to others too. Flowers are meant to make someone b'day special but they have spoiled it by not delivering the flowers on time. Bad bad service and bad communication from the myflowertree team. Pathetic and unprofessional.

Order NOT delivered, Service SUCKS...!

Hello Everyone
I have placed an order with My Flower Tree#MFT46320 and here's my experience
1. Don't get deceived by the Site .
2. Don't Order with Them
3. They Don't deliver / They don't Refund
4. Fake Site. Fake People.
They have committed to deliver it on time, when i call them ."trust me its useless"...no one picks up the call.
I have ordered flowers 1 days before, it has to be delivered today. They took Rs.500 Extra to deliver it on time.
But my order has not been delivered. I have tried calling them more then 100 times..no one picks up the call.
Sent almost 10 mails to Rajiv.[protected]@myflowertree.com/ [protected]@myflowertree.com-----No Reply...
Service Really SUCKS.....!!!
When i ask for refund...NO REPLY...
Its a Request...DON'T Oder with THEM.

Hi Guys, https://www.myflowertree.com/ is a fraud company. They only take payment and not deliver. Also they will not respond to your call and messages. Infact they block you when you ask for an update. Plz pass this message to everyone so that people are not cheated. My order no. is #346250

I am forwarding the copy of your email confirming the booking of my order to deliver flowers+cake+card to my wife on 23 Jan 12 order no MFT42057
You would agree that you are in the business of delivering emotions and hence you would permit to put forward this complaint in a very emotional manner.
1. As you see the delivery was for a flowers - which was delivered as required.
2. The next was the cake - with the message as indicated in your order booking- written on it. BUT The cake was DELIVERED WITHOUT ANY MESSAGE ON IT !!!!.
3. The CARD was to be delivered with my message printed on it. BUT- The card was delivered without the message and to and insult to injury - a small piece of paper, torn by hand out very evidently from a larger sheet of paper was used. This small hand torn piece of paper with my message printed on it was STAPLED!! on a piece of card paper and delivered!!!.
The reason why people ask you to deliver things is because they themselves are not at that moment capable of delivering a class product and hence rely on you to deliver it - CLASS - through the gifts we choose to deliver. I would like to know, how many people in the management of your company or the people working in your esteemed company deliver messages on a torn bits of paper stapled to it to their own loved ones
The saddest part is, this entire thing showed how cheaply to consider me as your customer and truly has shown that your company lacks the finesse and class required of you to deliver world class product. To say the least it is a downright INSULTING experience
To top up all this when i call in obvious anger to your customer care centre, your very esteemed man on the other end a Mr Rohit Singh, nonchalantly asks me to send an e-mail and they will see what can be done.!!!. My repeated requests to speak with someone higher or more responsible was refused stating company policy. For a company that so zealously enforces 'Company Policy' it is surprising the policy of delivery on the customer promise for which i have been billed is, shocking.
You know what your company has done today, the day of my marriage anniversary - ruined it as the sense of having done something nice is spoilt by the insensitive and insulting manner in which my case has been handled.
I would really like somebody senior in your organisation to tell me how u intend to redress my complaint. That is if someone is seeing this at all and desires to redress is.

inferior quality for high price

what was shown on the website for this product was flowers wrapped with a purple satin cloth base..but the actual product was wrapped in pink glazed paper..The product was marked,'NEW',suggesting that its a new product and there was a big premium charged on the same..This was misrepresentation of the product and breach of trust and also fleecing the customer..this made the experience third class and the flowers were bruised and didnt smell at all showing no freshness...astronomical prices for a substandard product and different product delievery than what is projected
-Quality of cake was not of requisite quality given the price
And on top of that a rudly speaking team headed by some MILIND who refused to agree that the product was different even after telling him that his vendor had called and agreed that the product delivered and ordered were different
Overall,pathetic and last experience and i advise customers not to go for MY Flower tree
