On 26/08/2018 I have placed an online order of 1 no. of Evening Gown worth Rs. 699/- which was delivered to me on 29/08/2018 vide DIGITAL ENTERPRISE EXPRESS AWB No.[protected] but in the said packet I have received a waste cloth piece of salwar suit. In there website I have applied of return & refund menu & put all the necessary details but still no refund received in my account...

I had ordered 1 kurtis but instead of that waste cloth materials have been delivered in packet. I m very disappointed n i had ordered for about 500 n instead the the materials were disgusting, not even we can do dusting. Very bad shame on u all making fool of the genuine customers. I ordered 3 shirts worth 1499/- from nattashi.in, a clothing website just like most other clothing website. It's was cash on delivery order and when I opened the parcel, it was scissors cut waste cloth material very nicely packed. Then I opened the consumer complained forum and found out many complaint against the same website. This website gets flashed on Facebook, and on your personal email ID.
My 1499/- is completely wasted and...

I ordered two products 1 kurti and 1 gown. And, i was shocked when i opened it. There were just two piece of dupatta and that was of worst quality. These people are faking their customers and not even responding to the return request. They are neither exchanging the product nor refunding our money. Everyone please report this site. I request please consider my complain and help me to recover my money aur they should deliver me the correct...

I have ordered a shirt with order number 51865 but i received a low quality dupatta. I have requested the refund but no revert from there side. I have emailed on your given mail id i. I ordered a new saree from nattashi.in of rs 599/-, but i delivered a waste piece of cloth instead of that saree, this is not only my complaint but there are so many customers those goted wrong, waste and worst product instead of ordered product, so kindly help me to get refund my money and lodge a case on such types of fraud company as soon as possible....

I ordered top and shirt worth price 998 from nattashi.in with order no.49601 and 49602..but received 2 poor quality Saree by blue dart courier service on 29 August 2018..despite lodging return request and filling the form they provided ...they r not contacting me and returning the product.they havnt provided any contact number so that we can call them...it seem this whole site for online shopping is fake..Kindly take serious actions and make...

Only 1duppatta is delivered in the name of saaree. Very bad fooling the customers i will fire complain againt this... Company. Ordered a shirt worth 499 rupee on 24 august, 2018.delivery man delivered the product and when i looked the inside of the pakage it was a low quality saree for some other address .Delivery was from Delhivery and the delivery man was refusing to accept the wrong product stating that when site will recommend then only he will collect it.

I ordered online 1 shirt & 1 Top from nattashi.in. But when i received the packet i was shocked when i saw a brown color cloth instead of my order. This is completely a fake site. Those who are handling this site are totally fraud and making fool of consumers. They are delivering only a peice of cloth instead of any order. I would like to take strict action against them...

Wrong order i placed the order of a skirt rs 499 but they delivered an poor quality of dupatta. Now there is no contact no available from ur side for complaint.Take it back and refund my money or i will file a complaint in consumer helpline. I had placed a order for 1 saree a few days back to nattashi.in

I have received it before 7 days when i received my order no. 43370 through courier on cod basis, i was surprised to see that i have received 1 sari of very poor quality. The courier boy refused to take it back stating that it is the responsibility of the shipper to dispatch correct order.

Please take immediate action and initiate a refund....

I'm recieve Saree on the place of kurti of 499 by cash on delivery at Jaipur building no.244 jythe enclv pdmavti colony block b nirman nagar in front of sera international school and the product name on packet is kutri but when I'll open the packet I'll recieve a bad quality Saree it's a wrong thing that what a customer order what will be fine. I've order shirt of cost 499 western wear shirts 40.. Instead of that product i've got just a single cloth.. I don't know y... I think this is a fake site.. Address and everything was perfect but what the hell was wrong with the product i don't know.. I've an image of what i selected and what i got.. Please inform me as soon as possible... Customised upto 44 inch. Lehenga and blouse are semi stitched.
