No rectification of complaint
I have raised a complaint for my ola electric sating that their is a sudden dip of charge from 40% to 0 2 weeks back as on date they did not solved the problem in respect of the vehicle.

Poor customer service and delivery
My tool kit has been missing since the day the vehicle has been delivered.local delivery guy had promised me to get it by next day but till today no response from him nor he is picking my phone.several mails also have been droped regarding the same.but no use. i also got to know that delivery proof has not been submitted to the company by the local delivery guy. i am fed up of this customer service

Service providing issues - NO SERVICE OUTLET IN "MUMBAI"
Bike dead since Friday 29 Apr 2022 -- till today -- no pick up or attending tech available to sort the issue -- realy frustrated -- OLA product is a DUD without proper service back up --- multiple calls placed to service call centre -- been given multiple deadlines for service pick up however all have been just promises... need someone higher up to take this matter seriously if OLA needs to be taken as a secure investment

Ola not delivering my scooter, 80 days after having made full payment

My Ola scooter Order ID: OET-[protected]-COE054, booked in the month of August 2021, soon after it was launched and bookings opened, February 18th 2022, I made the final payment for the vehicle, OLA app says expected delivery date 28th Feb 2022, 80 days there is no trace of where the vehicle is, their helpline executives are absolutely useless as they have no powers to reach their higher authority, OLA tweeter handle is only concerned in showing fiction and least concerned about facts, OLA customers support email answers are same, repetitive & nothing short of nonsense, OLA is not delivering my vehicle and is not even giving me refund, 1.4 lakhs I have paid over 80 days ago & am sure there are many like me who don't have a address to go and ask & are left to get frustrated

My Ola Scooter got breakdown in midnight 1.00AM and after complaining they arrange a pickup of the vehicle to my place, but later on it didn't started so again i had to complain and it's been 2/3 days i am trying to contact them via call email but no response.
I need a refund for the vehicle, it is just lying in the parking lot no response from the customer care.

Faulty side stand
I had booked the ola scooter last month and got it delivered last week. Since then was exploring the vehicle when i met with this unexpected accident. Stopped the vehicle and applied the side stand so the vehicle turned off. I got off the vehicle and just when i turned i heard sound of scooter falling. I was shocked to see my vehicle lying on ground. The side stand is so cheaply design that it could not withstand its own weight and fell. It damaged the body and left it with scratches. With this side stand i am sure this is not the last complaint they are hearing

I recieved a call from your service manager same day by 7.30pm
I have mentioned the issue I faced with my vehicle..
Since then it's been five days ..
No one from ola team is responding neither the customer care..
And I want strict action to be taken against this service manager who doesn't even have a courtesy to pick my call and respond to my query..
I don't know whereabouts of my vehicle..
It been exactly a week today

Scooter not delivered after making full payment

I have booked the ola S1 on September 2021 and made the advance payment of 20k on September 15th, Ola asked me to pay the balance amount and on Feb 2022 i have made the final payment of 95k.In the app the scooter got despatched from the Ola factory on 28th February 2022.As per ola App it's mentioned that the scooter will be delivered with in 4-5 weeks but was not delivered till date.When i Checked with them they told me that the vehicle is in transit.From my understanding the factory is in Chennai and I'm in Kerala and it cannot take this much time for transit.The Ola is cheeting me by providing false information and it cannot be accepted Because I have paid the full amount and it's been 8 months now. I will not cancel my order as I have invested my hard earned money, my previous time and my Hope which cannot be refunded with i have paid for the product.The most interesting part is that they have started delivering the product for those who booked earlier this March with out considering the delayed ones. I dont know what type of lot system are they following.This one is a pure example of breaking trust and cheeting which I would like to share it with you. If you can do something with my complaint I am very happy to assist you with more details with payment details/chaser e-mail / documents etc.

I'm very fed up with ola electric S1 Pro. Battery suddenly came to 0% from 50% toady when I was on my way to work. There is no helpline number. This is 4th to 5th time this happened. There isn’t any channel to complain . You don’t have showrooms not the service centre. Only the helpline which never get connected. Same issue keeps repeating.
Company fails to comply protocol.
Display shows you can travel 51kms on normal mode. But in 5kms battery went to zero.
Company giving false information and looting people.
Its a hard eared money which I used to purchase OLA electric scooter. I'm being cheated by company with false information.

I had booked ola s1 scooter by paying Rs 499 on 17th October and ola electric claimed that they will deliver ola s1 scooter by December after taking advance payment but nothing like this happened first November was said then December again While doing this, they kept postponing, then their update also came that they will open the payment window in March but when only s1 pro was not to be given, then why booking was taken and why false weddings were done, it is saying till the last of the year. Will give s1 and i requested for call back many times but no use no one does call back So my humble request to ola is that I please follow what you said and not according to my own benefit, all the customers should be considered the same, don't work by looking at big or small and start giving s1 delivery please Its been over 6 months. And one more thing and now when i check ola login then s1 pro is being shown in place of s1 it is not right at all when s1 didn't have to be given then why was it said and why did the booking take force s1 pro is being imposed on the customer.

Fed up with olaelectric. Battery suddenly came to 0% from 51% tonight when I was on my way to home. No any response from helpline. This is 2nd time this happened. I want you to take your vehicle back and return my hard earned money. There isn’t any channel to complain . You don’t have showrooms not the service centre. Only the helpline which never get connected.About a week ago, it got down to 0% from 35%. Then too helpline didn’t got connected.
I had to ask for help to get it charged in the middle of road.

I had reserved Ola scooter in July 2021 and made complete payment for my scooter in Jan 2022. Till date I have not received any update about the scooter. The status shows the scooter is already delivered. I have raised this issue and escalations have been done every single day from past 30 days, but no one is responsive. We cannot get direct numbers nor we have the address where we can personally reach out. Worst experience in my life and because of this delay I have incurred huge financial losses. I would now want to cancel my order and get back the money but no one is helping me out to get this happen. Every agent just gives an automated responses like a machine and doesn't understand the pain we are going through. Kindly help

Regarding defect battery and range drop issue in ola S1 pro

I brought ola S1 pro by spending Rs 1, 40, 000 and to after waiting 6 months. After receiving the vehicle just before 1 month, the vehicle has range drop issues . The vehicle stopped suddenly when there is 48% battery withe range of 61 kms. It suddenly stopped on the road . After informing to RSA people, they took 2 days to pickup my vehicle to Hyderabad workshop. After 3 days of vehicle reached the workshop, they called and saying my vehicle has battery drop issues due to defective battery and informed me that it takes more than 3-4 days to get the battery to their workshop and work will be started after that. I brought vehicle just 1 month ago and has ride just 550 kms and facing a lot of issues and bad service from Ola electric. so kindly request the court to take a severe action against Ola electric and they should give compensation for making us wait a long time for giving service and they should be punished severely as they are providing defective vehicle. Expecting a faster action from your side . Thank you so much

My scooter was delivered on first week of April. On 25th after 4 days gap I try to switch on, no thing on display. I tried to charge nothing happens. Waiting for almost 2 days after lodging. There were 3 calls. Waiting, what to do, looks like I did big mistake buying this.

I had canceled my Booking for OLA S1 Pro on 19th March 2022 with Order ID OET-[protected]-NNY474 still haven’t received my refund And received Mail from Ola saying my Refund was initiated but even after 18 days company has not refunded my amount of Rs 20499.
Every time I call customer care they say it will be issued within 48 hrs.
So can this issue be resolved?

Ola faulty scooter
Didn't demand anything for free of cost I paid full money for scooter so I expect the new product but unfortunately I received the scooter with scratches and there are fitting issues on top of everything you people failed to provide customer service too.
I asked to replace my side stand because of which my scooter fell down twice due your side stand failure I'm not demanding anything neither begging.

I regret to inform you that today (31.03.2022) i called mobile on No.[protected], he said that Dheeraj Kumar speaking, Sales Manager [ it was available in google as Ola customer care]to enquire about the status of my Ola Scooter booking status, the person ask me to send the reservation confirmed receipt immediately is sent it on the above said mobile No., in few minutes they said that it is confirmed and the vehicle is ready for despatch in 7 days, but immediately to transfer a sum of Rs.20, 000 advance amount. They have given the account details also as below :

OLA Electric scooter not updating the status
I booked my Vehicle on Jan 22, 2022 and still the vehicle is not delivered. If I write to Customer care, i am getting response as Your scooter is Registered and sometime getting response as Your scooter is Dispatched. So I am getting the right status and I am requesting them to call and update but no response. I have been following up this for last 2 months.
I paid 1, 40, 000 and received only the Insurance copy on March 7. Still no updates. I am requesting them to cancel my order and no response.

I have cancelled my booking of Ola electric scooter on last week of dec'21. I have paid Rs.499 and Rs.20000. It has been 3 months of cancellation Rs.499 has been credited to my account, unfortunately Rs.20000 wasn't credit yet. When i send mail to ola support team everytime they respond will be it has been successful credit which is not done. Please 🙏 help me to resolve this issue

Poor service and no response in customer care
My Ola Scooter was delivered on 11th February. On 9th March scooter is suddenly switched off.Not able to open the handle lock also. Called customer care number and informed. Nextday service engineer called me and towed my scooter to service centre on 12th March. That evening service engineer called again, and told me that the issue is simple, an update is required and will be done in 2 minutes.
On 14th March, I called him for the status but no response thereafter. Contacted customercare several times but no response for service option.No response to mails...
Till date my scooter has not returned.
Very much disappointed with service response and customer care response.
With this I canceled my second scooter booking.
Don't know when I will receive my scooter back.

My Ola scooter was delivered on february 15th 2022.on 1st april 2022 my scooter was not starting, within no time i called customer care they have told within 24-48 hours will attend the issue.till now no call from service team..i repeatedly call them but they didnt..

Unable to upload registration documents and support team is unhelpful
I booked my ola scooter in September 2021 and made final payment on 3rd March 2022. In order to proceed further, I tried uploading my documents for registration purpose but unable to upload the same because of an unknown error. I tried everything from uninstalling the app and reinstalling it to trying to upload in all permissible formats within the permissible size but everytime the same error message is displayed. I tried contacting OLA through their support email and also through their twitter and insta pages but all I recieve was a standardized reply that "we are working on it and we we get back to you". I even mailed them the scree recording of the error along with all my documents but they are so irresponsible that they don't even care to reply. It's been 7 days and I have mailed them several times and even tagged their ceo on twitter with my problem but all in vain. They do not care to reply. I have mailed them to return my money as I don't want to be a part of such a fake revolution where the customer is suffering even before the delivery of vehicle, I can imaging how their post delivery services are going to be.
This is so annoying that once you recieve the money, you treat your customer in this manner.

Ola Electric Making Vicious Circle and Holding Deliveries
I had Booked Ola EV on 17th July -2021 with an Amount of Rs.500.00, Subsequently I had paid Rs.20000.00 As requested on 16th Sept-2021 and Final payment of Rs.112123.00 on 28th Jan 2022. My Order ID OET-[protected]-LGW269. I had Not opted for Insurance from the OLA then.,
I received a call from their Customer support sometime in the third week of asking me to send across the Insurance copy for registration as i have not opted it from them. Poor People at OLA...don't even know the for Insurance Cover Note to get generated, they need to provide the Vehicle Details along with the Invoice. I have sent a mail on 24.02.2022 stating the same or If not provide a link to make the payment of Insurance to them. The Same day I received an Automated reply sating "my customer support reference number: 625811"
on 26th of Feb I receive a mail stating "You can share the insurance policy with you scooter order ID at [protected]@olaelectric.com for us to proceed!"
On 28th Feb - I reply back to the mail seeking action on my already existing complaint- NO REPLY FROM THEM.
The have made a Vicious Circle. The Customer running around- Holding the money - not delivering - No contact - No reply from support. If they really want to do business they need to solve the problems of the customer. They I suppose want FREE MONEY. Else, if they are not serious of resolving the problem of the customer, they should move out of the business. and If they are serious they should resolve the issues faced by every client of their's . The Business Model and Vision that Mr.Aggarwal -Direct to Home Delivery and Service- Will only be successful if Service and Support in resolving the Issues of their Clients is done Immediately. If, Not it would be Disaster for His Company and his Investors. The Brand "OLA" will take a HIT.

Payment made full but didnt got the receipt nor any confirmation email or on the app also
I have made a payment of RS 500/- on registration and then paid 20000/- as advance and paid 119353/- by mode of Neft having UTR number BARBS[protected] and still after this I haven’t got any confirmation pls update us on the same booking order ID [protected]-IDR206

Collected full amount from my side and vehicle not delivered
I have paid full amount on 21st Jan and they told vehicle got dispatched on 31st Jan. almost 11 days completed still they are not aware where is the vehicle, seems with out vehicle ready simply send message like dispatched.

I also paid full amount on 21 Jan 22. Today 20 Feb 22. So 31 days.. still being dispatched...
What about interest for the Money...first 450, then 20000 then 150000...

I have made full payment on Jan 21st and status says dispatched on Jan 31st. No updates from customer care, not allowing me to cancel the vehicle for refund and nobody knows where the scooter is. Its my hard earned money and keeping customer in dark with no real updates is fraud.

In 14-04-22 i have received Massage form ola your scooter has been Dispatch from Ola Factory to Delhi warehouse & insurance start date 14-04-22, i am continuously follow up for scooter delivery process, but i have got any update from ola side, ola scooter committed date was before 30-4-22, till date 16-05-22 i have not received scooter delivery, i have Called & Email 150+ Times for Ola but they are not given my Full Amount or Scooter Delivery. Maine Ola electric CEO Bhavish Aggarwal ko Many Times Tweet Bhi kiya But they not Give Reply
