I had taken my ola scooter on March 23 2 and half month completed but still I didn't receive my registration I don't know where to rise the complaint regarding this
We are following up since Feb 2022 and no reaponse. Very poor customer service

    I Purchase Ola Scooter on 13th February. Before purchasing Ola Electric has many commitment and many function Like,

    Proximity Lock unlock
    Automatic Lock & Unlock
    180KM Rang
    Cruse Control
    and many more but till date I am not getting this and Ola Electric company has cheated with me.

    Also i call to Customer care but not received proper answer

      I have cancelled my ola s1 pro booking on march 30 2022. Refund was initiated on the same day . I have paid an amount of 20499 RS, out of which I have only received 499 to my account. I have contacted customer care and have received poor support regarding the same .

        I received vehicle on 4th May 2022, the display got blank on 20th May 7:00PM. They took the vehicle to workshop on 22nd May. Still the vehicle is under service with them.

        Some one from OLA called me on 23rd and said that the battery got dead.
        I rode hardly for 200KM, and the vehicle battery is gone. They are passing days with service so that they complete the warranty period without actual service.

          From day one scooter has issues
          power drop
          noise from motor
          faulty suspension front and back
          weak seat it bends in the middle
          front fork issue with noise
          loose rattling noise in the panel
          very poorly built.
          Non of the advertised feature work
          software issue
          faulty battery
          current condition scooter is dead
          pathetic customer care
          looks like bhavesh was a sheperd.
          I want to claim refund in consumer court.
          Ola S1 Pro is unreliable, poor customer service... don't buy.

          I received vehicle on 4th may 2022.
          1. Under service for 2 days due to delivery person's mistake.
          2. After 2 week the display got blank. Not able to unlock or use the vehicle.
          They took the vehicle to workshop 6days back. Till now the vehicle is not returned.
          I am following up by calling customer care and they are telling that the vehicle service is in progress and
          would arrange a call back. But i never received a call from them regarding when the vehicle is returned.

          In summary the vehicle is not reliable with the poor customer service.
          I got my Ola S1 pro delivered first week of April 22.
          Within one week the display got blank, handle locked. Thank God it happened in my premises. After 2 days scooter was picked up ( the way they took it in handle locked condition was really unprofessional). Re delivered after 2 long weeks.
          Yesterday scooter stopped on the road. My daughter was using it. I had to push it all the way to my house. The range shows 77 Kms. Display shows restart, Despite restarting, samething, scooter wont move. Samr restart appears. I regret buying this expirimental vehicle. It was the one of the worst decisions of my life.

              From the day vehicle delivered till now I am experiencing very bad quality product and no service or worst service i can say
              Problems in my ola scooter
              1.Lagging issue during acceleration
              2.No pick up with pillow rider
              3.Range drop issue
              4.Panel gaps in all the possible corners
              5.All of a sudden vehicle comes to parking mode stating low battery
              6.Odometer shows wrong statistics, even if we are not travelled 1 km before that it will show as 1
              I had purchased ola scooter on 29th April, after 3/4 days it got discharged after driving around 80 kms,
              I raised complaint, and service partner took the vehicle for some technical issues on 11th May,

              Almost after a week, I am yet to receive my scooter back, neither any communication from service partner

              Even after repeated follow up with customer care, i was not updated on whether the issue is resolved or not.

              I have a strong belief that the company had supplied a faulty scooter to me and cheated me.

              Now i am of a opinion that company should return my money along with interest immediately,

                My ola s1 pro scooter is not working since one week
                It was stopped on road with display problem
                And I'm waited on road 1 pm to 8 pm
                And called ola customer service every 30 minutes they are telling in 30 minutes we will send technician but not sent
                Finally after 8 pm i have booked porter auto to take the scooter to my home
                After that
                I'm calling daily to customer service
                They are telling today or tomorrow morning we will send the technician
                But not one week completed

                    I have raised a complaint about my OLA electric that there is a sudden drop of charge from 40% to 0 % and its breakdown in the middle on the highway. 4 weeks back only raise the complaint as of now issue is not solved, If I want to contact the customer care at least it will take 30 to 40 minutes will waste the time to pick the call itself after that also there is no use to talk to them they give the same recorded answer (we are working on that will update you soon).. OLA Number 1 fraud company.

                          My tool kit has been missing since the day the vehicle has been delivered.local delivery guy had promised me to get it by next day but till today no response from him nor he is picking my phone.several mails also have been droped regarding the same.but no use. i also got to know that delivery proof has not been submitted to the company by the local delivery guy. i am fed up of this customer service

                            Bike dead since Friday 29 Apr 2022 -- till today -- no pick up or attending tech available to sort the issue -- realy frustrated -- OLA product is a DUD without proper service back up --- multiple calls placed to service call centre -- been given multiple deadlines for service pick up however all have been just promises... need someone higher up to take this matter seriously if OLA needs to be taken as a secure investment

                              My Ola scooter Order ID: OET-[protected]-COE054, booked in the month of August 2021, soon after it was launched and bookings opened, February 18th 2022, I made the final payment for the vehicle, OLA app says expected delivery date 28th Feb 2022, 80 days there is no trace of where the vehicle is, their helpline executives are absolutely useless as they have no powers to reach their higher authority, OLA tweeter handle is only concerned in showing fiction and least concerned about facts, OLA customers support email answers are same, repetitive & nothing short of nonsense, OLA is not delivering my vehicle and is not even giving me refund, 1.4 lakhs I have paid over 80 days ago & am sure there are many like me who don't have a address to go and ask & are left to get frustrated

                                My Ola Scooter got breakdown in midnight 1.00AM and after complaining they arrange a pickup of the vehicle to my place, but later on it didn't started so again i had to complain and it's been 2/3 days i am trying to contact them via call email but no response.
                                I need a refund for the vehicle, it is just lying in the parking lot no response from the customer care.

                                  I had booked the ola scooter last month and got it delivered last week. Since then was exploring the vehicle when i met with this unexpected accident. Stopped the vehicle and applied the side stand so the vehicle turned off. I got off the vehicle and just when i turned i heard sound of scooter falling. I was shocked to see my vehicle lying on ground. The side stand is so cheaply design that it could not withstand its own weight and fell. It damaged the body and left it with scratches. With this side stand i am sure this is not the last complaint they are hearing

                                    I recieved a call from your service manager same day by 7.30pm
                                    I have mentioned the issue I faced with my vehicle..
                                    Since then it's been five days ..
                                    No one from ola team is responding neither the customer care..
                                    And I want strict action to be taken against this service manager who doesn't even have a courtesy to pick my call and respond to my query..
                                    I don't know whereabouts of my vehicle..

                                        I have booked the ola S1 on September 2021 and made the advance payment of 20k on September 15th, Ola asked me to pay the balance amount and on Feb 2022 i have made the final payment of 95k.In the app the scooter got despatched from the Ola factory on 28th February 2022.As per ola App it's mentioned that the scooter will be delivered with in 4-5 weeks but was not delivered till date.When i Checked with them they told me that the vehicle is in transit.From my understanding the factory is in Chennai and I'm in Kerala and it cannot take this much time for transit.The Ola is cheeting me by providing false information and it cannot be accepted Because I have paid the full amount and it's been 8 months now. I will not cancel my order as I have invested my hard earned money, my previous time and my Hope which cannot be refunded with i have paid for the product.The most interesting part is that they have started delivering the product for those who booked earlier this March with out considering the delayed ones. I dont know what type of lot system are they following.This one is a pure example of breaking trust and cheeting which I would like to share it with you. If you can do something with my complaint I am very happy to assist you with more details with payment details/chaser e-mail / documents etc.

                                          I'm very fed up with ola electric S1 Pro. Battery suddenly came to 0% from 50% toady when I was on my way to work. There is no helpline number. This is 4th to 5th time this happened. There isn’t any channel to complain . You don’t have showrooms not the service centre. Only the helpline which never get connected. Same issue keeps repeating.
                                          Company fails to comply protocol.
                                          Display shows you can travel 51kms on normal mode. But in 5kms battery went to zero.
                                          Company giving false information and looting people.
                                          Its a hard eared money which I used to purchase OLA electric scooter. I'm being cheated by company with false information.
                                          OLA - Pure cheating - Only 50% of the Battery is working - OLA S1 Pro

                                          45% to 0% suddenly on the way to travel. We can't trust OLA performance, raised issue with customer care no proper response from the technical team. Customer care agents keeps quite.

                                          Afraid of going out with OLA bike, any time battery may drain to zero.

                                            I had booked ola s1 scooter by paying Rs 499 on 17th October and ola electric claimed that they will deliver ola s1 scooter by December after taking advance payment but nothing like this happened first November was said then December again While doing this, they kept postponing, then their update also came that they will open the payment window in March but when only s1 pro was not to be given, then why booking was taken and why false weddings were done, it is saying till the last of the year. Will give s1 and i requested for call back many times but no use no one does call back So my humble request to ola is that I please follow what you said and not according to my own benefit, all the customers should be considered the same, don't work by looking at big or small and start giving s1 delivery please Its been over 6 months. And one more thing and now when i check ola login then s1 pro is being shown in place of s1 it is not right at all when s1 didn't have to be given then why was it said and why did the booking take force s1 pro is being imposed on the customer.

                                              Fed up with olaelectric. Battery suddenly came to 0% from 51% tonight when I was on my way to home. No any response from helpline. This is 2nd time this happened. I want you to take your vehicle back and return my hard earned money. There isn’t any channel to complain . You don’t have showrooms not the service centre. Only the helpline which never get connected.About a week ago, it got down to 0% from 35%. Then too helpline didn’t got connected.
                                              I had to ask for help to get it charged in the middle of road.

                                                I had reserved Ola scooter in July 2021 and made complete payment for my scooter in Jan 2022. Till date I have not received any update about the scooter. The status shows the scooter is already delivered. I have raised this issue and escalations have been done every single day from past 30 days, but no one is responsive. We cannot get direct numbers nor we have the address where we can personally reach out. Worst experience in my life and because of this delay I have incurred huge financial losses. I would now want to cancel my order and get back the money but no one is helping me out to get this happen. Every agent just gives an automated responses like a machine and doesn't understand the pain we are going through. Kindly help

                                                  I brought ola S1 pro by spending Rs 1, 40, 000 and to after waiting 6 months. After receiving the vehicle just before 1 month, the vehicle has range drop issues . The vehicle stopped suddenly when there is 48% battery withe range of 61 kms. It suddenly stopped on the road . After informing to RSA people, they took 2 days to pickup my vehicle to Hyderabad workshop. After 3 days of vehicle reached the workshop, they called and saying my vehicle has battery drop issues due to defective battery and informed me that it takes more than 3-4 days to get the battery to their workshop and work will be started after that. I brought vehicle just 1 month ago and has ride just 550 kms and facing a lot of issues and bad service from Ola electric. so kindly request the court to take a severe action against Ola electric and they should give compensation for making us wait a long time for giving service and they should be punished severely as they are providing defective vehicle. Expecting a faster action from your side . Thank you so much
                                                  My scooter was delivered on first week of April. On 25th after 4 days gap I try to switch on, no thing on display. I tried to charge nothing happens. Waiting for almost 2 days after lodging. There were 3 calls. Waiting, what to do, looks like I did big mistake buying this.

                                                    I had canceled my Booking for OLA S1 Pro on 19th March 2022 with Order ID OET-[protected]-NNY474 still haven’t received my refund And received Mail from Ola saying my Refund was initiated but even after 18 days company has not refunded my amount of Rs 20499.

                                                    Every time I call customer care they say it will be issued within 48 hrs.

                                                    So can this issue be resolved?

                                                      Didn't demand anything for free of cost I paid full money for scooter so I expect the new product but unfortunately I received the scooter with scratches and there are fitting issues on top of everything you people failed to provide customer service too.

                                                      I asked to replace my side stand because of which my scooter fell down twice due your side stand failure I'm not demanding anything neither begging.

                                                        I regret to inform you that today (31.03.2022) i called mobile on No.[protected], he said that Dheeraj Kumar speaking, Sales Manager [ it was available in google as Ola customer care]to enquire about the status of my Ola Scooter booking status, the person ask me to send the reservation confirmed receipt immediately is sent it on the above said mobile No., in few minutes they said that it is confirmed and the vehicle is ready for despatch in 7 days, but immediately to transfer a sum of Rs.20, 000 advance amount. They have given the account details also as below :

                                                        Name : Ola Electric Mobility Pvt. Ltd.,
                                                        Account NO.[protected].
                                                        Bank Name : State Bank of India,
                                                        IFSC Code.: SBIN0000813.

                                                        I transferred a sum of Rs.20, 000/- from my S.B. Account State Bank of India, Palace Orchard Branch, Bangalore. Thereafter he sent the receipt to my What’s up at 1.10 pm today he sent the message to remit a sum of Rs.18, 290/- for Insurance, RTO and fright charges, he is continuously calling to pay Rs.18, 290, I got doubt and I did not transferred it. Thereafter I enquired and came to know it is fraud. Therefore I request you to kindly help me to recover the amount and oblige.

                                                          Dear sir, I have booked Ola s1 you canceled the booking of Ola s1 and changed to s1 pro for same amount showing 100121 at the time of payment the amount got increased to 130764 kindly look into this master I have made complete payment but I want the refund of above that I have paid extra as soon as possible we have mailed but not a proper response from your Ola #i have a screen shot of payment asking of rs 100121 .

                                                            I booked my Vehicle on Jan 22, 2022 and still the vehicle is not delivered. If I write to Customer care, i am getting response as Your scooter is Registered and sometime getting response as Your scooter is Dispatched. So I am getting the right status and I am requesting them to call and update but no response. I have been following up this for last 2 months.

                                                            I paid 1, 40, 000 and received only the Insurance copy on March 7. Still no updates. I am requesting them to cancel my order and no response.
