I would like to file my extreme dissatisfaction with PAYBACK Customer Service with reference to case number[protected]. Long story short. I have never received PAYBACK card (physical card) even though I am member for past 6.5 years. Also I have raised case to PAYBACK Customer Service care for at least 4 times asking for delivery of card. But every time they close the case saying that "Card was not delivered". But they never give me the reason. And this time, from the very beginning of the request, I have detailed explained my issue and dissatisfaction with customer care and particular ly asked them to escalate to their higher level to look into it. But they are very reluctant from the beginning and they totally ignore my concern at all. This is the most pathetic customer care at any level. I could say this because, all the communication are in written format. (I am unable to see option to attach the conversation. Else I would like to attach the whole email communication).

Your response really don't make any sense to my earlier email. I asked your Manager to reply me as an evidence of escalation. But still you don't bother to any words what I say here. I am still getting response only from Customer Service Representative. Why the hell you neglect to consider any of my emails.


You said my case has been ESCALATED (??) but it's been 3 days and there is no response in correspondence to my request. And where is the proof that my case has been escalated. I am really struggling hard to write up decent words in my email. Because I just see that you guys continuously don't give any damn to my request. And from the very beginning I am telling you that you guys are pathetic and HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I am trying to find my way to complain you in public forum.

Parallelly, you guys try to find out reason for not delivering my card for past 6.5 years and even after I have manually raised request CARD request for 5 times.

I am so disheartened by your service. And please stop toying me with your "We understand your problem.." words in your next email. If you ever reply me with the words, "We apologize" or "we understand"... I am going to send you a very harsh response and I don't want you to put me in a place to you like the way you are doing with me.

    Its a BIG BAZAAR CARD good for nothing. I have made online purchases with reference to PAYBACK for around 4000rs and I have got nothing. But I got 6pts for spending 600rs in BIG BAZAAR. Worst customer service and email support. We have to type in all details to their profile and have to raise a request for and have to upload the invoice. One at a time if not your mail will get auto rejected. And there will be no support through direct email. We have to request them through Payback profile every time.

      Hi all, I have redeemed payback points 200 to recharge My Vodafone Account but recharge did not happen and my pours have for redeemed. So i have tried with another 120 points that too wasted.         I am writing this in frustration with the service I have been receiving from payback company that ICICI Bank is tied up with. Here is the issue I have

        - I have never received payback card even though I have been using my icici credit card from last 5 years (since November/2006. When I had called payback customer service they took a compliant and said it will be delivered in few working days. Compliant number[protected] in Feb 2012.
        - I verified with them after few weeks they said payback card is not delivered due to incorrect address. I strongly disagree with this because I have been receiving icici credit card statements and all other governmental posts on the same address. why payback is saying incorrect address?
        - I complained again but they are ignoring my requests and the card has not been delivered despite many follow ups.
        - As result I have lost so many reward points that got expired. who is the cause? why i should lose?
        - I have lost money on phone calls talking to Payback and ICICI helpdesk.

        I am cheated by Payback company and ICICI bank. I request you to take action.

          I am a payback member and my card no. Is [protected]. I am also thoroughly disappointed with payback customer service. I made a purchase of around 8022 rs ( which should amount to some 200 points) at big bazaar on 29/01/2012 and swiped my payback card at the counter but the payback points never got credit.

          I informed payback customer care about it around 22nd february an they said that they will get back within 15 days and the points will get credited in my account. I even mailed them a scanned copy of the bill. But their customer care never responds not even to the emails.

          It is not merely about the points but the sheer service they are providing which disappoints me so much. And, I never followed my payback points closely before so I really don't have much clue as to how many points I would have already lost out on by not following.

          I sincerely hope that they do bring in more professionalism in their organization and after getting acquired by an international loyalty brand they should do much better.

            V-TEK 5 IN 1 TRAVEL CHARGER that has been delivered to me (payback redemption order: 717729) is not in working condition.

            So, I have been cheated by Payback in this regard.

            I have complained to the payback customer care over phone and there is no response for my complaint.

            If this web complaint is also not addressed, then I don't have any other option other than to take legal action against payback for cheating me

                I have not received any material to my address till date.
