They are hacking the contacts and contacting them and also harassing for the payment

They are not closing my loan even after payment on time and charging late charges on paid amount.
2 They are harrassing with messages and automated calls from different locations.

My payment conplate after one month but payme india is note update

I have paid loan on time got the NOC for the same, however I still receive text and call saying my payment is due and My next applied loan is not disbursed since 3 days

I applied loan from payme india app 4000 rs only. And got 3174... Some my financial problem i can't pay on date .. they calling per day 15 calls to me.. and app showing that the payable amount 5493.. i have shocked . Please RBI must take action like this type of app. they messaging me like threading . Please take action pls

Mene payment india se loan liya tha but meri payment delay ho gyi thi hospitalise hone ki wjha se but apke executive ne mere all contact par call karke unko preshan kiya abuse language ka used kiya etc and me ab complain karne ja raha hu mene amount har month lay kiya apke executive ne kaha ki aap har month Amount dete rahiye total me minus ho jayega uske baad bhi mere family relative sabko call karke abuse kiya gya and negative msg kiye me ye complain cyber court me file kar raha hu with proof and call recording ...

There was sufficient balance in account but amount not deducted as on 1st after so many attempt and complaine they sent a link and charged penlty of Rs.1040/-
payment done by me as on 04.07.2022

due to their sysytem mistake e mandate not succefully done.

so why i chargeds penlty.

I one my relatives had taken a loan from Payme India, due to poor financial conditions he wasn’t paying the EMI. On which Payme India had started circulating a threatening message of Police FIRs to all his contacts. Through there application they take access of your personal contacts and your personal data such as photos videos and they start misusing it. Need strict action against such an unorganized firm so that they stop harassing innocent people and contact the defaulters directly.

Due to a finacial emergency I had to take loan from Pay me india . I am stiff facing finacial crisis, In spite of expressing my genuine reason this Pay me India app people are calling from different numbers, calling me in weird names and harrasing and creating a DP of my name writing it as Fraud and sending it to all the people . I feel so bad. Pls help me .

My complaint is against PayMe india loan app... This app has harrased me abused my parents and contact list members..

I have taken a loan of 500 on 4 April and disbursed amount was 400 only.. They have done enach auto debit everything.. When emi date came they didn't deducted money from bank... And next day it was showing 1400 instead of 553... Just 1 day it jumped from 550 to 1400... They also harrased me through different numbers..

They have deducted total 1800 from my bank automatically 😭.. And in app still there is showing 1500 due amount... Total 3300 they have looted my for just 500 loan...

They have destroyed my cibil in just 1 day.. 😭😭..

They looted, they harrased, they abused, they destroyed my cibil score... How can it be an nbfc??? Tell me?? How rbi can give license to these worst apps who destroys and loots everyone... Please I am serious about this.. Please do something.. Help me.. 😭

I need to ask about the thousands of complaints against PAYME INDIA
I've got a loan of 4500 Rs and almost DOUBLE of my PRINCIPAL amount with FAKE interest but they're keep adding hidden charges against PENALTIES & BOUNCING and there best WEAPONS are They didn't deduct the EMI from account and next day puttin bounce m failed charged and keep the EMI remain unpaid and adding daily interest
Because they've TERMS for daily charges interest so how they SCAMMING and after due date keep annoying calling texting and abusing the customer and blackmailing with Contact list of customer by having the confidential information like MESSAGES, PICTURE GALLERY access by illegally capturing data and they might share data of a customer to other companies for marketing and undermarkt, but why there's no action or enquiry? Why the concern department is not doing anything and just let them go as always where they're doing FRAUD & SCAM with every customer of payMe India. Because they've some upper management Alternative is it ? Or this complaints website is just source of victims frustration like come here and file the compaint with so much of efforts just write the compaint calm yourself and leave the website then keep on thinking when will get justice and then atleast people can trust on you for the rights, of you take a single action and give them hard time i am sure they'll definitely learn the lesson and they'll come to know the power of consumers rights and Indian constitution revision because they're totally against the law n regulations i think most of the complaint highlighting the HARRASMENT & BLACKMAILING by PAYME INDIA's Agents like me, I've logged in to PayMe India for the first time due to medical emergency in COVID-PANDEMIC situation that time i wasn't able i was Jobless and sudden got covid positive then one of my friend told me to take LOAN from payMe india with minimum documentation then i took loan literally with just download and got instantly i am still thankful of them but i never expected such cheap behaviour like getting benifit by someone's unhealthy and financially dipressed person how they use the weapons and focusing only to earn money no matter of What's the situation of the person is he able to talk or comfortable with RUDE or ABUSIVE FOUL LANGUAGE n doesn't Matter MALE or FEMALE TEEN or YOUNG anything. so i request you to take a step against such HARRASMENT or MISBEHAVING, VULGAR DISRESPECT ED GOONS THREATENING the victim.

My sim is locked since the date of 12 th to 16th ...I buy new sim 14 th its activated 16th June ...but payment India app disbursed loan 14 th June and 16 th June also debited. I have do no any transaction between date also cannot apply any loan. I take loan 2 times and also clear it ...third time its happen ...I do online enach and emondate ...pls solve this problem and give justice as soon as possible

I have cleared all my overdues on 10th May 2022 and 11th May 2022 but still the dues are reflecting on my cibil and also I haven't received my NOC which your executive had been promised to provide within 3-4 days.

I think you will look after all my raised issues as soon as possible and don't compell me to take any legal actions as I have faced enough.

I have taken loan of 6000 it was auto debited as on the due date but the application is showing Awaiting bank confirmation from the bank... And also dialy receiving a msg as bounced and overdue... Dialy penalty charges are rising and also I tried to contact the customer care number but no response from payme india
whoever sees this complaint please take strict action on payme india...

Already debited my loan amount 8336 but still not update. Now so many phone calls and mail coming and now i see the payme india app they sowing Due the amount and penalty is higher than.. Due amount 10640/- auto debited on June 06th. But i have received a message loan id 709436 has been bounced. Transaction details given below.

But I received a mail from payme india service team stating that due to technical error e- mandate not presented & requested to maintain sufficient amount . I have taken a Rs. 27000 loan, final EMi due amount Rs. 9545 due date is on 01 Jun 2022. but still now amount is not auto debited from my account. I have a sufficient amount in my bank account.
Almost at the end of the 2nd day of due date(02/06/2022) but still now auto debit Rs.9545 is not happening from your side.
Why are you not deducting the amount from my account?
I have sufficient balance in my bank account:If you are not able to deduct through ECS on the due date, you can inform the customer, they will transfer the amount to your account to NEFT /IMPS.

but you guys are not deducted amount on date that's your side issue but your putting charges in customer head?

I got message from payme stating that "Loan is overdue, need to pay extra charges Rs.376"

What is the supid process? If you are doing this, you are going to raise a complaint to consumer court and RBI as well.

I will wait today end of the day, if you are deducting the amount from the account, I will pay the due amount through IMPS.

don't deduct ECS after that, that would be a duplicate payment from my side.

On 25th, I received a call regarding one loan taken by one of my relatives of Just Rs. 500 and he was not reachable for some time due to some issue. First of all, Why are you giving a loan to Students who are not earning? On what basis are you approving a loan?

One of your team members called me and he was using very abusive and offensive language which is not at all tolerable.

I tried reaching your customer care but know none of the executives answered my calls. and that uneducated person is not answering my calls when I called back again

Also, I found one customer care number on google and called him, he was also using abusive language

Hi Team, Dated 11th I used PAYME INDIA MOBILE APPLICATION to pay rent to my landlord using my Credit Card. I did not get the funds yet to my account. In application status is showing failure However u guys sent me an email stating transaction is success. However, where is my money of 2200/- When will it be credited back to my account? Or a landlord account? Refer below email sent to me ease buzz team. Also attached screenshot stating transaction of 2200 rs is failed.

I contacted payme india support team. Team mate Disha was not helpful on call. She did not solve my problem and she disconnected my call. No response over whats app too. My simple question: what happened to my transaction.
