I bought Lenovo ThinkPad Laptop on 21st Aug 2021 from DLF Mall Noida.
I am facing the problem of laptop hanging since last 10 days. Please solve my laptop problem soon.
This is a new laptop, I didn't think Lenovo laptop would be such a big problem. I have only used 10 days. I am not able to do my work because of laptop.

I am a resident of 367, lig flats, HASTSAL, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi. There is a tree behind our house which is overgrown & its branches are touching the electric wires. They are also blocking the sunlight.In every season they shed flowers, fruits or leaves creating a mess & it is very difficult to clean. So kindly take suitable measures for its pruning.

No battery back up

i have bought this on 13/08/2021. The battery is only lasting for 20-22 minutes. I'm using 3D and autocad software. When it's plugged in for charging and plugged out, the screen goes black for a few seconds and the screen resumes what i was doing.

It has been functioning good. But from yesterday Letters " C & D" and Number "3" are not working. My Laptop is under extended warranty for two more years.

My ward is getting marks of 96 plus percentage from 5th standard onward. But due to lockdown there were no examination conducted this year and he got only 85% as per yesterday's result.

I am from Kerala state.

Here state in state syllabus more than 25% students scored full A+ (90% and above).

Due to these kind of valuations we the students are struggling to get seats for higher study.

All these leads to corruption and school management will get benefit by selling the seats in management quota in the open market at any rate. Is there any solution for this.

I request Central and state government attention to cancel all the published result and conduct a strict evaluation.

I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem being faced by residents of Swapnpurti CHS LTD (1f) in front of our society gate. Sir there are numerous street dogs in this vicinity. They bark even on permanent residents of this Building / Area. I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and come closer to bite, several person have faced the same problem especially small children & senior citizens. Especially at night these dogs just come running behind you in a group and are almost about to bite. also during night time because of barking continuously our sleep also get disturb. personally i woke at 3am at night till 5 i cannot sleep.
After above all issue Animal friend fell that we have to keep calm with this unconfined dogs even our rule book also feel the same. can someone help us to free from this street dog from FRONT out building before IT TOO LATE.
So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send Dog catcher team immediately in this area so that we can get rid of this problem soon.

You guys promised to deliver the Item on the same dates and that was the reason I order an item and paid the amount as well ( May 27, 2021 ). Again on the same date when I check the status of the order and raised a query and found that My Item Cannot be delivered. The what's app operator gave the excuse that my location is in the outskirts whereas I provided the location as Bhubaneswar which is the capital of Odisha. I checked the pin code on your website and delivered the order. Again the what's app operator tried to convince me to change the order and change the Item and that he promised that the new item will get delivered in 2 -3 days. ( May 30, 2021 ). In the meantime, I called the what's app operator multiple times and also pinged in what's app. However, the person is not picking up the call or replying to me anymore. Today is already June 01 and my requirement was to gift the item on May 27. This is the horrible customer service I have ever faced. My paid amount of Rs 700- 800 is not important But yes it’s always the service which you are providing to your customers. I will not recommend any of my friends or colleagues to use your website if I did not get the paid amount back to my bank account. This is a complete scam. This is not at all professionalism

Their is a Overgrown Neem tree in front of my house. It's many branches OVERGROWN on HOUSEHOLD ELECTRICITY WIRES & we are unable to trim it.

It also on a RISK of FALLING its branches on PASSERS BY.

But the receipt of the House tax has not been issued to me as yet nor it confirms the House Tax Paid.

Kindly look into this matter and issue me the Receipt on line as it has been issued to me by the JAL NIGAM for the Water/ Sewer Tax paid by me.

My SBI fastag ID is: 34161FA[protected]DC1AO. The fastag is due for upgradation of kyc, and recharge of fastage is blocked by the bank due to the said reason. I have been uploaded all required documents to sbi (helpdesk.[protected]@sbi.co.in) on 28.04.2021. Yet I did not received any information from sbi nor my kyc has been upgraded. So far I have made many requests to help line through phone (sbi helpline ph:[protected]) and even many emails but nothing is help to ease my problem.
So how can I run my vehicle without recharging fastag?

Kindly take action against the sbi bank fastage department and arrange to upgrade it immediatly.

I am a senior citizen staying in this above address for the last 64 years holding an account with your branch since the inception of your branch. With reference to the above mentioned locker being held by me since many years is been serviced with necessary rents regularly on yearly basis. Last year due to this Pandemic till date and until this Pandemic subsides, I never venture out for any thing unless its very necessary and urgent, but I come to the branch regularly to deposit money into my SB account maintained with your branch. I do maintain a separate SB account with your branch only for this locker bearing number [protected] and this account is not used by me for any other purpose..

Most of your bank staff know me and my family members very well from the date of inception and were very co-operative in all matters in correspondence with me either by phone or visit our home if necessary. Off late, new staffs coming to the branch and the relationship with clients in general with your branch is becoming a bit arrogant and it’s a who cares about you thought with some of your staff which is very bad for the bank customer service, itself for the long run.

I have totally forgotten about the locker rent falling due towards the end of Oct 2020 due to this Pandemic. In this case, as a banker, you could have reminded me and intimated me in so many ways of communicating with the latest high tech facilities that you all have, or when I am regularly coming to the branch for remitting money you or any one of your staff could have told me about the remittance of locker rent, as part of your customer service, or a reminder letter to my address mentioning the locker rent is due kindly pay the amount would have been so decent and respectable from your end. Any such payments to be done when reminded can be paid within a day or two maximum and the bank has nothing to lose even for the two days time as you guys calculate the delay interest till the date of payment which is your regular practice to all your clients.

No such intimation has been done from your branch till date and one of your staff has willfully debited the money from my regular SB account bearing number [protected] for a sum of Rs 4736/- without any intimation towards your locker rent. I have personally come to the branch just 00.30 minutes, before this act was done by your staff and deposited a sum of Rs 24, 500/- which was deposited towards a cheque issued towards my Insurance company for a sum of Rs 24, 417/- which was to be presented by them on 10th Feb 2021. For your information, till date, none of my cheques have been bounced for lack of funds or for any such reason. By doing such cheap acts of willful mischief and unauthorized acts by your staff without any ones knowledge, your office are trying to tarnish my image by such irresponsible, smooth operating, desperado staff. Kindly take necessary action against this staff who has played such role of mischief and ensure that these types of acts are not practiced by them at any point of time, which could lead to many worst dirty acts in any ones account where money is being parked.

You are hereby informed that I have not authorized any of you for taking any funds except to debit funds from the SB account number bearing [protected] maintained with your branch, only for the locker rent and incase of shortage of any funds in this account, be decent enough do intimate me if its not adequate during the time of payment date and the same will be replenished as and when required. I hope this brings sense to your bank and do it in accordance with normal procedures to be followed as a decent banker.

I was travelling from New Delhi to Rajasthan On Sunday while crossing Manesar toll I paid using fastag and Rs. 70 was charged. I made the round trip back to New Delhi within 24 hours and paid again using fastag and again I was charged rs 70.
This is a fraud that has been done by the NHAI toll official at the Manesar toll. acc. To the govt rules while using fastag for roundtrip the balance amount is charged i.e. I was supposed to br charged around rs. 100 but instead I was charged with rs 140.
