The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Product damaged while purchasing,not replaced by the company
Dear Sir
I had purchased a stress reliever ball costing Rs 50/- from a Planet M store in circular road ranchi.The ball had a bar code label which is common practice among modern retailers.I returned to my home, which is five minutes walking distance from the shop.I removed the bar code label, However to my surprise I found that the ball which was of soft material(May be rexin) had a deep cut ..I immediately went to the store...
