I have doubt that they allowing minor kids in A rated movies in PVR RANCHI

I tried to book tickets for Ponniyin Selvan 2 movie on April 26th 3:30 am via PVR app. Amount has debited and tickets not booked. Already raised complaint on this but i didn't get any response and the worst part is it showed resolved and i didn't get any refund and again I'm raising complaint on this. Please do the needful.

Product name: Dive PVR water bottle is extremely expensive i ever had to give in the City Pune. They charged 70/- for just 500 ml bottle however usual cost is 20-30/- per liter.

This is the extreme exploitation on consumer who want to have water and have such expensive water bottle seems base less.

I would want the explanation of the nutrients the water is providing as per the cost.

I booked movie ticket in online. i am already getting late when i raached PVR thare is no any male staff to check me, girls staff is thare but she maked very slow to check me than she said charge is not allowed got leave there so i went there and there is no any staff to attend me after new menutes one gilrs came there and leave the charger and gave the charger my charger is fell down and she called manager there are not allowed me to watch movie it is very bad expernce to me, ur staffs attended me very badly, very bad feeling with PVR

Hi, i booked my tickets to kabzaa movie yesterday, money has been debited from the account but tickets are not booked.

3 ticket liye msg mai 684 ka aaya hai or humse liye gye hai 1284 rupye...ander kuch bhi nhi mila hai khane peene ko or na hi humne karaya

PVR cinemas in not providing physical tickets from counter, whenever we but tickets they ask for mobile number and say tickets will be sent to your mobile only, in case of not providing number they request another customer to give their contact number for someone else ticket.

Going digital is an option and PVR is making it mandatory.

In this case all my visit to cinema is recorded in companies data.

After completing the movie booking pvr previlage points not getting credited in to the account.

I had booked a wrong date 03/02/2023 ticket by mistake instead of 04/02/2023. On contacting the support to help me cancel/reschedule ticket, i was told it is not allowed.

Agreed that it is my mistake, but there should be some leniency to the customer and either I should be allowed to reschedule or cancel it. My Rs 2638 gone waste just without reason. Even airlines allow cancelation/change of tickets.

I had to again book it for next day as well.

Miss behaviour and very poor staff

Hi, I tried booking ticket on PVR on 20/1/2023 for THUNIVU movie 9:40 pm for 5 members. An amount of 655 was deducted but no tickets was booked. The amount was not credited back. Pls have the amount refunded

Hi myself Akshay, I had booked movie tickets for Avatar 2 (3D) in pvr-Orion uptown mall @10-45am show on 28/12/2022. During interval I went to get some food (Hot dog, 2 veggie pizzas and 1 regular marinda). Amount was around 990rs I had asked for the bill, she said it's not working I'll give later.
I waited for 10 mins to get my food, still I didn't get my bill copy. She said it's not working.
But whoever was in line behind me got the bill.

I didn't get any phone bill also..I feel she scammed me.

Why I am rising this complaint bcoz some she'll get caught in making profit for her self that day PVR will get very bad name...

I had booked tickets for Latthi the movie on December 25th, 2022, and after selecting tickets and choosing for UPI option i was prompted to UPI page (google pay) and after paying the money which is ₹363.72 it got debited from my account yet there was no confirmation from side of PVR about the ticket neither my amount has been not refunded. Please look into it.

PVR bhopal staff didn’t let me take my bag inside even though it only had a sweater in it and was rude during the whole bag checkin process like customers are crazy for bringing a bag to the theatre

I am not getting my Pvr privilege points for my recent purchases through PVR. But I am getting text messages that it is being updated. Neither I have received any points in App nor I have received any vouchers. All my points are being lost. Please look into the matter

This advertisement is the worst I have ever scene. People come to pvr to enjoy and refresh their mood and you guys show this gore graphics that tells us not to smoke. This is not at all good.
This ad make the mood worse. No one wants to watch these kind of ads when they come to watch entertainment. You can also give this message of not smoking without using these graphics.

Do initiate the amount as soon as possible

Movie- Brahmastra Theatre - PVR: City One Mall, Pimpri.
I was stopped from carrying chips inside the theatre in PVR City One Mall Pimpri. I Understand its against law to stop someone from carrying Outside food into the theatre premises and inside the movies screens. The Manager kept insisting upon not carrying anything inside even after i showed him the law.
I request the consumer care to quickly take necessary actions and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I booked movie ticket from pvr app for the cinema brahmastra on 10th september 2022 at lulu mall kochi, Kerala.
The app mentioned to give privilege points for the ticket but I didn't get the points.

I booked 5 recliners tickets of movie bhramasrta, and it never appeared in the ' previous booking section' and also my pvr privilege points didn't increased at all.

PVR is not providing any option to cancel ticket

I applied my gift card previously and it was showing invalid so i entered it today for checking whether it is working or not but once i entered the gift card code it automatically booked the ticket without any confirmation and when i contacted the customer support agent and asked that can i get 100% refund instead of 75% so the agent said that they can't provide a 100% refund instead of saying that refund is not applicable on gift cards and my ticket also got cancelled and i didn't get any refund as well.So i want to register a comlain againt the wrong or incomplete information provided by pvr agent.

I booked 4 tickets of bhramastra movie on 9th sept sho time:9.10pm at ovr cinema prayagraj. But due and unavoidble issue i have ti cancel the tickets but there is no option show in the app. Pleease resolve this.

Last day i went to watch laal singh chadda with some of my friends and we had the worst time of our lives at PVR Uniworld Downtown mall, New Town, Kolkata
I'll list out the complaints
1.The discrepancy in the price of ticket shown in book my show app and the price of ticket at the counter left us in a lot of trouble. At the counter the ticket which was worth 79Rs in book my show was being sold at 179Rs(including a combo) and they refused us to sell the tickets excluding all the combo offers. This made it very difficult for us to buy tickets as we had limited money. No other cinema hall has different rates for people booking through app and for people booking at the counter. This makes pvr the worst cinema experience I have ever had and is compelling me to come out about this on social media and leave bad reviews about pvr
2. Since we were short of money, we bought tickets through book my show app somehow with very difficulty. The hall was empty for the most, they had no staff inside the hall to guide us to our seat numbers, so we sat somewhere at a comfortable place as we had already been so harassed. To make things worse, the staff sent a guard in the middle of the show multiple times, and we were being harassed for sitting on other seats although they were empty. We have missed significant parts of the show due to this, and we demand some kind of refund for this experience. If you are so conscious about your seats why not do all the formalities before the starting of the movie? Why disturb viewers in the middle of the show?
3. Time is very important to everyone, the 11am show started at 11:30!!! So to sum it up the customers respect, viewing experience and time none of it is worth to pvr right? 30mins ?!!! Isn't this a lot? I missed my classes do to your excessive advertisements before the movie.
All of these has made our viewing experience at pvr very terrible, and we are demanding some refund because of this. I would recommend everyone I know to never visit PVR especially at Downtown mall, newtown, kolkata. There are other very good options available. I am expecting this to reach to the authorities and necessary steps be taken, and I'm expecting to hear from them as well. I have seen a lot of movies at the theaters but never had such a bad experience as the one we had while watching at PVR.

I am from Vijayawada city, andhrapradesh we went to movie with my family on 09/08/2022 we did transaction through gpay qr but it seems processing status as payment so we paid amount of rs-708 after 09/08/2022 payment process was done successfully went to pvr mall in Vijayawada kept screen shot to manager also till now I didn't get any response such a LAME SERVICE even I am also manager in leading reputed private sector bank worst experience from PVR I need my money refund could you please find my screen shot attachment

Hi Team,

I wanted to logged a complaint as purchased the ticket of movie "Laal singh Chaddha" First day first show but due to my work schedule, had to change the time to next show however could not do it due to the site wasn't able to access my be due to multiple access issues of the site at that time as it's a movie release day.

Hence, with request of exception I went to Lodha PVR at Dombivali (E), at the time of next show as the first show ticket was not consumed.

But the Lodha experia PVR coordinator Vaibhav and Lakshmee spoke to me and even after so many request they did not consider my request to give a seat to watch the movie even when they had vacant seats.

My point is why PVR is not able to consider such exceptions when they have seats available, when a fan waited for the movie and he did book the ticket when only that first show was available while booking the ticket.

My complaint is to PVR not book my show. Book my show or any other third party cannot do any thing on realtime but PVR theaters can do when audience is right at PVR.

Why are you leaving a loyal customer dissatisfied when no one now a days approaches to theaters.

This movie is an opportunity to regain the confidence of customer and encourage them to come back to watch movie in theaters rather than watching only on OTT.

This is not a train ticket, this is for entertainment not for punishment.

I would request PVR concerns to look into this and provide me new ticket.

Also, PVR should consider such humble requests in such scenarios when there is raining, when a fan is waiting, a PVR customer which has only option of PVR within Lodha phase 1&2 is coming with a request and the theaters crews are saying "No No No" And not giving any logic and o ly asking to check with book my show.

My point is what book my show will do on that real time scenario. I booked the ticket of your theater now in realtime it's your responsibility to handle this.

The show is already started, why do you want me to go back, Is there no value and respect for customers time at PVR. When the manager of PVR is talking only about process but they should have skills to face exception scenarios.

I am very disappointed as could not watch the movie on first day with my purchased ticket even when I travelled to PVR itself.

This is not fair so in case if this is not resolved I will go ahead and highlight this issue within my friend circle as well as on social media.

I can't believe that such huge brand PVR is not able to bake in such small request even on the day of movie release when there is lots of controversy going on, not to watch this.

Prices on pvr food are so high dat even if we want to eat something less we cannot, we pay so much for ticket n pvr cenima makes money out of food triple the rate or even more.. All over bangalore prcies are high Popcorn.pepsi dey r many wich prices are triple or.more seriously it should lookd in to it....

The pvr fnb gave me worst popcorn, my daughter started vomiting, cheese popcorn was expire, they charged me 350 rupees, i want my amount back in my pqytm account otherwise i am.going to sue you
