Complaint agaist Ticket Collector (TC) Mr. Nandhakumaran at T-Nagart nagar

My family and My colligue family (6 members) were travelling Park Railway Station to T-Nagar Railway Station in local train.
My Family Members:
My father was a dumb,
My mother aged,
I have child 1 1/2 yr old,
My colligue wife is carrying and having 8th month,
We got the local train in Park Station, unexpectedly train is moving so we got into to 1st class Bogi. The next station we tried to get into General Bogi, but we were unable to get due to heavy rush in that, agiain train is moving so at last we travelled in 1st class bogi to T-Nagar. There TC (Mr. Nandhakumaran) was asking tickets, we showed our tickets, he called to his cabin. He is asking to pay Rs. 300/- per head. We requested him with our reasons that how we were not able to get the general bogi. He is not listening to us. After 1 1/2 hour finally he is asking Rs. 510/- and he was making us to stand for 1 hour including pregnancy lady and sugar patient.
This is how Railway Govt job employees surve to the people.
We have taken Our Tickets, Photo proofs and Video proofs also.Here we are attaching One photo proof.

CCM/Refund, Northern Railway New Delhi - TDR Refund

Dear Sir,
We had done the tatkal reservation with PNR number[protected]. This ticket was not confirmed after chart preparation .
And we are coming from Shimla to chandigarh by Bus in night. Because of accident there was traffic Jam. And we are not able to reach station for refund. When we had reached the station for refund it was already 4 hours past from train departure. This happened because departure time was of 3:00 Am in night.
We request you to process the refund. Because this happened because of that Major accident which blocked the traffic and we are not able to reach on time.

non stopping trains

We are a Regular Passenger from Bangalore to Adoni Railway Station. train number 17307 basava express,15016Gorkhapur Express and 12731 Padamavathi Express19567 vivekexpresses 12735 Gairbath express does not stop at Adoni station which is a hub for as much as 3 lakhs of population.7307 basava express even stop at yadgir, mantralayam, shahabad stations(which are smaller destinations),in this regard i urge you to provide atleast 2 minute stop so that hundreds of passengers and railways get benefited daily.kindly look into thematter and oblige the same

I have filed a TDR for refund for my ticket having PNR no. [protected] under the reason "passenger not travelled as ticket was in RAC after chart preparation". But it has been Regreted by Railways saying that "As per chart, passenger has travelled ".

TC taking bribe with locals

Dear Sir,
there are no of people coming to Pune from Mumbai in Reservation Coaches as there is only few coach for general compartment.Ticket Checker takes Rs 30 as bribe for being in reservation coach instead of giving reciept against it.Please stop this either by making Lonavala -Karjat route busy by attaching general compartments to Engine which are attached behind so that Pune and Mumbai people can use their Pune or Mumbai locals or please make sure the reciept is given for teh fine which will be helful for govt

TT of the running train did not let them to sit on their confirm berth.

My parents was having confirm 3AC class ticket on date 2/11/12 in train no. 18239/GAD NGP EXP: . TPNR No: [protected].They was having their ticket from DURG junction the authorities TT of the running train did not let them to sit on their confirm berth.Right now my parents are on their way just sitting in the train like a waiting list passenger, they are sitting on the floor, they are old also.

Amount is taken but ticket is not provided

Hello,
On 14/10/2012 I have done an online transaction to purchase a ticket for TRAIN NO:12714 Secunderabad to VIJAYAWADA and boarding time is 22/10/2012 and tickets are booked in the name of Mr. Kumar and Sunitha Unfortunately after the payment was made through SBI ATM cum DEBIT card payment gateway, the error, "REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankrespon...⇄ came up without giving me the confirmation of the payment and neither the ticket is generated.The money ( Rs 236) has already been debited from my SBI acc.but i have not received ticket confirmation
I request IRCTC to help me at the earliest with the ticket . If not, the same amount may please be refunded.
Expecting a reply as soon as possible.

Investigation on chain snatching and recovery

I P Jagannadha rao travelling with wife and son from delhi to rajahmundry by Dakshin Link Express on 24.07.2012. My wife wear the mangalasutram was snatching from neck near by agra railway station around time of 1.30 a.m on 25.07.2012. During my journey unable to give complaint because of of non availability of TC and RPF. On 25.07.2012 train after reaching nagpur TC was came to our coach for ticket checking, i have make a word with TC. TC was suggested after get down at rajahmundry we can give complaint at GRP Rajahmundry. As suggested by TC i was approached Rajahmundry GRP, but they are not interested to take the compliant because snatching occurred is not in their jurisdiction, as directed by the GRP staff i have forwarded my complaint through Regd Post to Agra GRP. Please investigate on occurance of snaching and recover the chain and do needful

General Passengers in Reserved Compartments

Dear Sir/Madam,
We travelled by Simhapuri express from Hyderabad till Ongole on 27th July. We travelled by sleeper class and our berth number was 71 and so we were near the exit door. There were a big group of general ticket passengers who boarded the train at Hyderabad itself. The ticket collector came and checked all our tickets and least bothered to find out why they were all standing there and why they boarded the train. He made no attempts to find out also. After the train went for one hour or so, there was a commotion by a police constable asking the people standing there if they had ticket saying that there was theft in the train and why the general ticket passengers boarded the train. When the train reached Warangal both the TC and the constable came and asked all the general passengers to leave that reserved compartment compartment. Why in the first hand that the TC allowed general ticket passengers inside the compartment? Only after the theft had happened, he opened his eyes. I do not say thats its because of the general compartment being in reservation compartment that the theft had happened. Anything can happen in overcrowded compartment. There is no way for going to wash room also. Why do we need to encourage this sort o[censored]nhealthy travelling. Railways to ensure the ticket collectors being performing their duties well.

Too much of Parking Fee

We travelled by train on 27th July 2012 to Ongole and travelled back to Hyderabad on 29th July 2012. We had to park the car at the secunderabad railway parking lot for these 2 1/2 days. Earlier the car parking rate used to be 80 rupees per 24 hours/day. Now, it is 250 rupees per day. As such the amount hike was a big shock for us when we entered the parking lot. And, as there was not much time for us to take back the vehicle home, we had to park the vehicle at the railway station itself.
First thing is why is it so costly? People come from long distances in city to the railway station. Instead of saving time and money this is outright looting. Secondly, there is no bill or receipt from the parking people after the payment. There is no record of how much we paid and when we left the station. They also took off the original in-pass. When prodded, the only repeated answer we got was that the computer wasn't working. On persistance, they started hurrying us saying that other vehicles are waiting and that we have to leave the place soon. How can the payment be taken in such a crude manner? And, why 600 rupees plus was charged for two nights for parking the vehicle. The amount is even higher than the railway sleeper to and fro tickets. Why does railways encourage these sort of parking. Resolve this parking fee menace.

As of November 2016, 4 wheeler parking charges are Rs.500/- per day.
As Meru cab failed providing me service on time, I drove my car and parked(for 2 days 15 hours) in Secunderabad Railway Station.
It is not even 3 days complete, but I paid Rs.1510/-
Even my vehicle number is entered wrong and there is no way of verifying it before hand as the swipe card system do not show details(though this system is probably accurate in calculating time)

With all regards myself Sanat kumar Saha want to bring to your notice that on 2nd of aug 2012 there was a real surprise while I was standing in a queue in Jadavpur ticket booking counter,kolkata to book ticket for New Bongaigaon. The booking for tatkal starts from 10:00 am morning. There were 2 counters on the premises. It was 10 pass 9, still one of the counter was found closed (counter no.1). The ticket booking authority sitting on the same was found to book ticket of his personal interest keeping the counter closed. This situation was witnessed by an individual who was in counter no. 2 to book his ticket. When we people pointed out against this unlawful activity, the person became furious and came out of his counter and started rebuking to the people standing in the queue. When the individuals in the queue started to raise their voice against his illegal activities and told that we people will lodge a complain against him, he said that the railway authority can do nothing against him.
Secondly,there is a rule that if nobody standing in a queue is found to book ticket for tatkal quota between 10:00AM TO 12:00 noon then an individual opting for general quota can book ticket from the same counter. But the booking authority sitting at counter no.2 said that since nobody in the queue is opting for tatkal quota, therefore he will start booking ticket for general quota from 10:30am. By that time he left his seat and came back after 10 minutes or so.
These type of activities is creating serious problem for the people and i do look forward with a hope that an appropriate action will be taken against such cases so that everybody can get reservation peacefully from the railway counters.

On 17/07/2012 I have done an online transaction to purchase a ticket on 12990 JP- CBR express from Warangal to Chennai central boarding on 01/08/2012 for R Manoj Kumar Reddy Unfortunately after the payment was made through ANDHRA BANK ATM cum DEBIT card payment gateway, the error, "REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankrespon...⇄ came up without giving me the confirmation of the payment and neither the ticket is generated.The money ( Rs 298 ) has already been debited from my ANDHRA BANK acc.but i have not received ticket confirmation

Queues in the suburban stations

From the day the suburban trains started from chennai beach to Velacherry, the passengers have increased to 10 times, even now we just have one ticket counter on a peak hour in PARK TOWN,
Today when i traveling from PARK town to Thiruvanmiyur, In the PARK TOWN station at the peak hour of 8:30 am had a very big queue. the queue was from the counter till the bridge, To buy a ticket it took me 55 minutes to buy one ticket and when i inquired why we just have one single counter at the peak hour, The person replied that only early morning we have this queue and hence they do not have second counter at that platform.
I think we need to learn from Mumbai suburban trains, how to handle large volume of crowd, Mumbai has 100 times more crowd than the chennai suburban trains. The ticket counters handled very well and we also have more than one option to purchase the ticket.
I am not sure will the chennai suburban train will improve, Now we have yet another new metro coming up in chennai.
The public is just suffering for being good and buy ticket and travel, If every one does not want to stand and buy tickets then railways can think what big loss they will be into...................

So after his death My mother Submitted the All related document and Transfer of Pension in SBi Vizianagaram Branch Ac No-[protected].
but till my mother Pension is not started.when I asked WCR Jabalpur they told document and PPO is in Bhpol office but from there No responce .

tatkal ticket booking
I am fed up booking any Tatkal tickets in IRCTC. I have never booked any Tatkal ticket, The IRCTC people are deliberately blocking the site exactly at 8 AM every morning. Are they just providing a service for the agents. It is very clear that the IPs of the agents alone can access the site. Why is this? Anyway, I really wanted to get use of the Consumer Complaints Forums, If this forum is just for reflecting our thoughts, then there is no use. i think this issue will not be solved by u people....as everybody is involved in this....this is the worst part on the indian government,,,

This is to bring to your kind attention & impel necessary action against considerable delay in processing TDR refund. I had filed for TDR refund through irctc portal on December 28, 2010.The amount refunded was Rs.1174 but the ticket was of Rs 2350.PNR no is-[protected].The train was diverted so I should get 100% refund. I have been following up with the officials through e-mails, telephone calls on the helpline numbers for chasing up the refund process, but the refund is still awaited. Sometimes the behaviour of the concerned officials over telephone are very rude.

I had to file TDR for a train that was rescheduled by 12 hours and opted to use alternative means of transport. The railway did not have the courtesy to inform that the train has been rescheduled untill we reached the railway station. Even after the hardship of arranging alternative transport and then filing of TDR only 50% of the charges were refunded by railway. I am surprised at this attitude of railways and I would want to escalate the issue to the someone senior in railways. Is nt the person looking at the case before processing the TDR. While it takes such a long time to get the refund, it is still processed incorrectly.

Poor facilities at New Delhi Railway station

Although wheel chair is available at New Delhi Rly station, porters charge exhorbitantly (Rs150/200 per trip) for the chair. It is better if Rly specifies and disply the charge and help to enforce it. Further in New Delhi Rly station wheel chair is carried all the way to the end of the platform as there is no lift for aged persons or take the wheel chair

ILL TREATMENT TO TRAINS

Sir,
I am travelling in Bhubaneswar Rajdhani Express at least once in a year for last five year. The train from and to Bhubaneswar comprises of old / rejected AC coaches. The aminities like seats, lights, Air conditioning and toilets are not upto the standard and no on is bothering to rectify / improve the aminities. The train used to be delayed in West Bengal deliberately, on asking why it show, the station master has ready reply there is no platform available on ahead station, however, other local passanger/express trains are passing by. Sir, as far as the India's first priority and highly paid train, this is really a ill treatment to the trains running to and from Odisha.
Recently, I had to board the train 2816 New Delhi-Puri SF Express on 04 Nov 10 from New Delhi. Train delayed in departure from its originating station due to technical delay. some how train started one hour delay from NDLS. The train was four hours late on arrival of Medinapur. The train was detained by station master for an hour only to pass some local trains. When I inquired about the delay, he stated the same store that there is no platform available at Kharagpur Rly station. One giving example how other trains are passing if there is no platform available, he avoided me and other passengers. He cleared the train, when he thought now the situation is not in control to reply passengers. Why sir, Why it is like this, can any one reply?
And I was travelling in AC3 Tier, where cleanliness was not at all being carried out. toilets were shavy and western toiled flush and seat was in broken conditions. Pathetic situation, I monitored sleeper class toilet adjacent to AC coach was comparatively good. Why? Did I paid less in compared to sleeper class or it is my mistake to board a train other than Rajdhani Express.
Please please for god shake do not make my state so down, as your commercial chart can show a good amount of passengers sincerely take tickets and maximum depends upon rail journey. Please Do the needful.

I have booked 3 tickets.PNR No.[protected]. While booking the status was WL 112.113, 114. After 1.5 months of booking the satus is same. It is never possible for such status. I believe that it is due to blocking tickets by the railway staff who intentionally doing business. Hence the public never getting the facilities are provided by the Government.

Passengers without tickets

This is to inform that in the Central Railway - Mumbai - Kasara train, they are many passengers who travel without tickets / travel in First class especially from Kalyan to Kasara and it is quite unfortunate that no officials (TT) ensures that such things is discouraged. This has been happening for years now.
The problem is that why should someone buy ticket / pass with their hard earned money when travelling is free for such commuters where nobody troubles them / restricts them.
I would genuinely request you to take proactive measures to stop such thefts and ensure that Railways must earn their income.

My Name is Abhay Mehta. I want to complaint about the behaviour of the employees of Railway at Surat Station.
My Brother, Bharat Jain and his wife(my sister-in-law) Rinku Jain, went to surat railways reservation office.
My Sister-in-law was booking the ticket -

Now, while booking the ticket, the officer named MR. JAIN who was booking the tickets and issuing them, STARTED TALKING REALLY OBSCENELY TO MY SISTER-IN-LAW.
To this, my sister-in-law told MR. JAIN to mind his language. To this MR. JAIN told my sister-in-law "YOU CANT EVEN IMAGINE WHAT ALL I CAN DO TO YOU" and MR. JAIN really started talking more OBSCENE about my sister-in-law in public.
When my brother got to know about this, he went inside to talk to MR. JAIN and tell him to mind his tongue. Now firstly MR. JAIN started abusing my brother in really really offensive and abusive language, language we couldnt even imagine o[censored]sing it.
Then, the other employees in that room (approx. 4 to 5 of them) including MR. JAIN surrounded my brother and they locked the room from inside. Then they started abusing my brother to the most offensive language possible.
My brother realised that he is risking his life by talking to these employees, and so he visited the supervisor. Now, the supervisor is busy chewing tobacco and every 5 minutes he is going to spit the tobacco. I thought chewing tobacco is banned in public.
WE ARE GOING TO FILE A CRIMINAL CASE AGAINST THE RAILWAYS. Not only they humiliated my sister-in-law and my brother, but also threatened to hurt them by locking the government office from inside when my brother was inside.
I never thought in my wildest dreams, that Railways under the able leadership of Mamta Banerjee would hire such hooligans to work for railways.
In railways, under the leadership of a women, women travellers are not at all safe. That is really disappointing.
I demand an able and just action taken against those who have humiliated us and railways.
