Received wrong product and requesting for refund. We have ordered for a lehenga and a designer saree. But what we received are 3 sarees which is not worth the money.. Highly disappointed with the service. Please return the amount as soon as possible. Regretting for using such online shopping gateway.. I will never suggest this website for anyone... I have ordered one suit and kurta from triviyaa.com, but after opening the package the product was different from what i have ordered. I received very cheap quality sarees. I want to return my order and please help me getting my refund. I have paid rs.1178 for the product. They even don't have customer care number. I ordered for a handlooms designed saaree from triviyaa.com. I was delivered a shabby, torn, third class dress material through blue dart on 28th april 2018. The shipper mentioned on the courier receipt is the gridspe global. The phone no. Of the shipper given on the courier recipt is out of sevice. I want the product returned and my money refunded....
