I have purchased Thomson LED TV last year. its not working while running itself shows blue screen blinking. I have called customer care and sent mail and after i got reply mail from them like within 48hrs will give the solution and after 72hrs also i didn't get any information after some days get one mail that due to Covid lockdown it will be delayed. I waited for until the lockdown is opened. There is no lockdown now and it's been 2months I have raised complaint. but till now no proper update, even the complaint ID also not generated. i have called Customer care and they are disconnecting the call even i can't connect to customer care now.

        It is very hard to connect the customer service of thomson tv. After multiple calls if we are lucky one we might get chance to talk to their customer services guy.
        I put a complaint on 12th june, 2021 regarding my tv issues but whenever i talk to them, they say i will get an update in next 24 hour and this happens every time.

            I also requested you to change but you did not do my TV.

              Tried reaching customer care but instead resolving or replacing remote under warranty, they keep asking one or other thing like send video of nit working or courier at your own cost the faulty remote so they will check and then replace.

              Utter non sense. No one responds to solve but just keep demanding one or other thing

                I biught the tv on OCT 20, I started facing a display issue on march 21. I have got one year product warranty and I bought a three year extended warranty. They replaced the tv with a new tv, but the issue remains same. The engineers visit and trying to fix the issue but couldn't fix the issue. What shiuld I do?

                    I purchased a 40 inch thomson tv through flipcart on september 2020. With in few days remote stop to work. I send a compaint. After 1.5 months i got new remote but the problem is still there. Service man told me sensor is not working. They showed me the sensor part, its full of rust. That means there is no quality check. Now i am waiting for the remote sensor. A big brands worst product and worst service

                      Hi,

                      I mailed to Thomson customer care with a remote pic and my TV model (55 OATHPRO 0101) and paid the amount for the replacement unit as they asked, but even after paying the amount and follow up for that for more than three months, they sent an older model of the remote which is not working with my model of tv 55 OATHPRO 0101.
                      Now they are totally silent, here is the list of email Ids I am trying

                        I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Consumable Electronic

                        The issue that I have experienced was: First of all would say does a private company call and ask that sir app hamei review kijiye hum aapki warrant free mei 3 months k like bathwater denge is that how people do marketing gimmick so that they get a increased rating people buy there product but not for the quality now coming up with the issue right after one year 4 days my tv started giving me a issue as a huge line was coming in the panel when I complained about it they said your product is out of warranty and you will have to pay for the panel for such a huge panel defficieny that too within a year a customer has to suffer for it and what about such gimmicks and asking for review to extend a product why should I give a fake review without using the tv and alas after using it how excellent the tv has perform.

                        It occurred on: 13/10/2020

                        Resolve the panel issue.

                            Our voice activation for Thomson TV is not working since 3 months .We have been calling the support team but they have not come once to address . Today they called and said how we have to use it rather than coming .Another excuse is that we are not reachable .We are very much reachable by email and multiple mobile numbers .
                            We have also a 3 year warranty paid but no one is coming .There is no escalation mail available to bring them to book . Wonder how these unacceptable service people are duping enmasse and how to resolve

                            The product was purchased through flipkart .

                                  Hello,

                                  My Thompson led tv is not working and I registered the complainant on 02 November 2020 but till today 09 November 2020 there is no support from Thompson. I didn't even received any phone call from Thompson yet. Even after sending emails there is no response from support.

                                        I purchased a Thomson 55 Inch TV on 21st Oct'20 which was installed on 24th Oct but immediately after installation it started giving problem. Display goes off while the volume keeps coming from the TV. I raised a request of replacement but it's been one week and nobody is coming to attend the complaint. My Flipkart order ID is OD[protected]. Flipkart says call Jeeves, Jeeves says call Thomson, Thomas says call Flipkart. It's very disappointing. I m feeling like cheated by Flipkart.

                                          I got update technician visit location and approve the request for replacement.
                                          But till nobody came and check for it.

                                              As discussed with you I have shared all the email conversations with Thomson and Flipkart. It has been 57 days since my television did not get repaired.
                                              I have raised a complaint on 20th Aug and a technician was assigned almost after 20 days. So after calling the technician he told me that there is a motherboard issue and it needed to be replaced and it was not available in their warehouse. So every 3-4 days I called up the technician for the status. It's almost 15 days, the motherboard reached the warehouse and the technician told me that he will come after 2 days to repair the television.

                                              For 15 days I am chasing the technician and the technician is making excuses that he is having transport issues, bike servicing, etc. Today also I called him and he said that he is coming within 2 hours but again he is giving excuses. I also complained to the Thomson branch and support team that the technician is giving excuses everyday. They said that I need to wait as they have escalated the matter.

                                              I have explained the complete story in short. Please let me know if you require any further information.

                                                I bought Thomson UD9 40 inch 4K TV 6 months ago, but while playing Hotstar it's showing error while playing this video because media service unavailable on your device.
                                                Same like on Zee app showing decoder error, on Netflix not playing videos, also Amazon prime video and JioTV also not supporting.
                                                Everytime showing media service unavailable on your device. I m very disappointed buying this TV.
                                                Service also not good not receiving calls many times called, and if receive saying technical team contact you and no any calls.

                                                    Hello! I'm super dissatisfied on thomson third class - worst customer service. It's been already 3 months from my complaint, still they and their executive lied to me. Whenever i call or msg for status inquiry they says it will be done within 1 week. From, last 3 months when their 1 week ends?

                                                    Today i tried to calling their customercare no. 5 - 6 times but no one there to answer my call. All executive are busy.!!

                                                    I made complaint against thomson to national consumer helpline (Government of india). One last time i request for resolution. If they didn't resolve i'm going to ncdrc and file proper case against thomson tv brand.

                                                      I would like to inform you that I had purchased Thomson 9A Series 102cm 40 inches Full HD LED Smart Android TV on 9th Aug from the Flipkart e-commerce website and I have received faulty TV getting display problem since the TV installed on 17th Aug, since that day I am chasing with Thomson customer care in Email and Call but not getting any positive response from them.
                                                      A complaint has been registered Complaint ID - DE0820TV10465 and the TAT for resolution are 7 Days but now its more than 15 Days no one from the Thomson team is bothering to respond on email or Call they just diverting to wait for more 7-10 days.
                                                      Pathetic customer service I haven't seen yet from any customer care.
                                                      I just request you to Please look into this and take action against the company and help me to get the resolution of replacement.
                                                      I am taking follow up on a daily basis but not getting any response they are just making fool of customers
