On 26/06/2021, I paid my electricity bill of JBVNL connection for Rs 1015 through G pay. Payment money debited from account but webpage showing payment failure. Either pay refund money or update payment for electricity bill as soon as possible otherwise fine will be applicable for the consumer.

I paid an amount of 575 rupees as application fees for admission in jamia milia through google pay and as your account tpsl education requeated for same amount.
I finished my payemement and the cash is debited from acvount... But university claims the payement is not processed and incomplete..
So my cash had been debited from my account to tpcl and not payed to jamia lilia islamia college account..

This is unfair, i am asking to camplete the same payement orrefund it to my account..
Please dont cheat people.

I am complaining about that I was booking ticket my ticket in shivsahi bus and the booking was fail but the amount was deducted from my account so i request you to send my money back

I have deposited money from phone pay but merchant had not received the payment yet its been 3days I have not received any response. I have done 2 transactions and I had same issue for those transactions. Please look into this.

I completed the payment for my college form of jamia, even the money has been deducted from my account but it is not showing so in the form.

On jun 05, 2021 I made a payment of Rs 1200 by PhonePe towards CIBIL subscription for one year vide transaction ID no T2106051721159342989105 and bank ref no[protected]. The payment has not been received by the said party (CIBIL) to date as they are again requesting for the payment. I am enclosing details of payments made.

I've made a online transaction to purchase, an item with IKEA but it went to TPSL and the IKEA people had told me to contact TPSL. Kindly refund my money.

On 7th May 2021 i paid my Friend TnNursing council registration fees rs.2009.44through the payment gateway. Suddenly the server was down. The amount has been deducted from my account but the transaction is not successful. The receiver has not received transaction and the payment is still pending. My payment are still pending. I kindly request you to refund my amount as soon as possible.

On 6th feb 2021 i pay to bajaj Allianz 34823/_ via payment. My amount was deducted from axis bank but beneficiary (bajaj Allianz)didn't receive the payment yet.
Kindly resolve the issue ASAP.

On 15th March 2021 I made two payment of my exam form RS 244.80 and RS 734.40 with transaction ID T2103152132006578247438 and T2103152137389426567287 respectively and collection ID are ICI69bf5ecc38514173aa6b7fb0c01f53c5 and ICI558ec92025ef4366a32851cc9dc17e1a respectively. But payment not recieved by J.M.I UNIVERSITY.
PLS fix this problem or refund my amount..
I have no time pls provide me solution.

I tried Booking my seat in MSRTC bus
on 14th march. I selected my seat and
done payment using your gateway by
using upi and transaction was
successful of amount 572. Although
payment was successful your gateway
automatically thrown me out of it.
seat wasn't booked also money wasn't
sent back to me. As I'm reading the
comments of others your gateway has
lot's of issues, fix it asap. I want full
refund of it.
