Since 7 days trip.com is harrassing us for the name change request for our flight from Bangkok to Krabi. They are hanging us saying it would be possible and after 7 days they said it wouldn't be for 1 passenger and for the 3rd one they have increased the name change fee to almost double in one day. We are fedup with their service and extremely harrassed causing us mental pressure and illness due to the harrassment....

My bf and I bought a round trip ticket to Vegas through Trip.com. When we were in our way back, we were attempting to check in and could not. We got to the airport to check in and they said we had the wrong confirmation code. Due to this, we check in late and found out the flight was over book, so we didn’t get seats on the flight. We ended up wanting compensation for this flight.

I had booked a one way ticket from Vancouver to Calgary with a change at Kamloops on 9/5/2022. Date of both the flights were in the morning of 7/7/2022. I booked a return flight with Trip from the UK to Krakow in Poland. Just over two weeks before the flight, I was informed the flight outbound had been cancelled. THIS COMPANY IS WORST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY VIA C/C AND NO TICKETS. THERE SITE IS BIG FRAUD, DONOT GO AFTER PRETTY COLORS AND FANCY WRITING. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
