- I took a new vi connection through MNP
- my Airtel number showed no connection.
- I put the new sim of vi and it showed network bars.
- called 59059, but heard "thank you for calling vi" and phone cut.

I need to activate my sim asap. Pls help

I have recharged with Rs.449 through Vi mobile app using a debit Card. At first it showed up transaction failed, and I went back to app home page and made fresh attempt then got recharged done successfully this time. After 8hrs again the same amount (Rs 449) gets deducted for no reason and that's twice. Am I a victim of mobile operator scam too? Because it's becoming an un-registered and popular act of scam now-a-days with many. Most of the cases I asked and checked, the amount does not get refunded neither the validity gets extended or reflected any where in app.

Actually this is totally fraud, i did not download or even clicked it anywhere.

Please refund it and pay attention in future.

I m complaining about weak network connection in my village.in my village very tough to get network signal, we are climbing hills, trees to get network connection. Some times we are getting the signal outside of our homes that only 2g signals even that also not connecting properly, voice breaking, signal drops like this we are facing so much problem. If some one gone to hospital to neighbor city its very critical to get his status. So please its my humble request on behalf of my village members, please install the network in my village. Whatever support you required we will provide you.
