Hi,

I have ordered a new battery for mi note 4 mobile in november 2018. And i have pay online payment rs 232. After that it's show only processing, i do not have received my product (Mi note 4 battery).
After that i put many mail then mr. Amit patel reply on this mail only one time & according to him he will give my refund in my account but still i am waiting. I have put many mail but no response and contact details...

I have purchased micromax canvas nitro a310 battery for rs 249 on 26 december 2018. I have not get my order even after 25 days i have pay my order price from instamojo. My order no. Is #[protected]. I have not found any contact number or email address for contacting to waveclues.
Every time i login and check waveclues they just showing order in processing even after 25 days... This is fake site and i lost money......

I purchased one micro max battery e484 fro waveclues.com by net banking on 3rd november.
The transaction was successful and the amount was debited from my bank account
But till today the update shows it is processing.
The customer care number is fake and no answer against mail
I contacted the payumoney (The gate way) and see the status is null and bounced the transaction id is[protected]
