I placed an order in winni app on 14/2/2018 for rs.1448... It was supposed to be delivered on 14/02/2018 but it was not delivered... I got a mail on 15/02/2018 claiming that the ordered has been delivered on that day but it never got delivered... I tried to call winni to complaint about it but nobody picked up the call... I have sent email to them complaining about this but got no reply back.. Then after 15 days they picked a call and complained about this to them and the customer care person told he will check and initiate a refund... But until now no refund has been made to my account and nobody from winni called or replied back... Kindly help me in getting my money rs.1448 from them

I ordered a cake for mother's day from winni, and they failed to deliver by giving excuse as due to heavy occasion rush could not deliver. And didn't refund money on original payment mode but refund in their own winni wallet.

Again i placed a butterscotch flavored cake order on my parent's anniversary and during checkout selected delivery date and time as 31st may between 10 am to 2pm. And they failed to deliver it on said time and delivered a different flavor.

Executive from winni called me for delivery confirmation, when he called at that point of time it wasn't delivered. I conveyed the same.

Again another executive called me i said yes it is delivered but around 5.40 pm and different flavor. She was not listening me and saying i am only concerned about delivery and if you have these many issues drop an email to us we will see what could be done.

I ordered affable butter scotch cake and the one i got as per vendor confirmation and taste of cake its mix of black forest and butterscotch. The taste is like local shop cake and not worth for rs 999 for half kg.

Please find attached images of cake the one i ordered and the one you delivered.

Message on cake was supposed to be"happy anniversary papa and mummy". Its just written"happy anniversary": (

And the worst, is from the shop where the cake has been delivered they sell cake for 500 rs kg and i paid 999 for just half kg. So i know the quality they sell.

Please look into this request and resolve at the earliest."

If the cake was not available the information should pass to me either by you or by vendor so that i can cancel the order. As no one like strawberry flavor at my place and its all wasted now.

The one which is delivered is not worth for rs 999, the taste is pathetic and look is more pathetic. Not worth for rs 999 for just half kg. As already communicated that shop sells cake for max rs 500 per kg. I got 250 rs cake at cost of 999, i would have bear it if at least the flavor was same what i ordered or the look was something similar.

"we will deliver similar cake of same monetary value", there is big difference between strawberry and butterscotch. I myself don't like strawberry, forget about eating it. If affable butterscotch was not available i would have accepted normal butterscotch but strawberry is not at all accepted. And same monetary value doesn't mean to deliver cake worth of rs 300 in rs 999.

If at the mentioned slot you people were not able to deliver, a small mail would have solved the issue here. I would have asked to reschedule it and now the cake will be out of fridge till my parents are back from party.

When i confirmed from vendor, he informed cake is of black forest flavor and i said it taste like strawberry he said no, it's a black forest + butterscotch mixed. And now you confirmed the same that its a strawberry flavor.

The cake shop is 5 minutes from my house then why the delivery was not possible at the said time. Vendor confirmed to me that he got call from you people at 2 pm to deliver the cake, so how he can deliver before 2pm.

They asked me to contact us at +91 [protected] or chat with us on our website, but this number is always busy and chat executives never replies back if i raise complaint. I had this experience during mother's day time.

On website for [for complaints & order status] number mentioned is +91 - [protected], but no one picks up the call.

How can winni show something in pictures and send something else and that too on a special occasions.

Company located in munnekollal, bengaluru, karnataka as per the information provided on google.

Kindly look into this issue and resolve my concerns.

I had a very bad exp.

I had ordered flowers for my mom's birthday. They sent me an SMS saying the flowers were delivered, but When i checked it was not.
The customer care told me that the delivery boy had entered that by mistake and assured me that my order would be delivered.

My order was not delivered, and they ruined my surprise for my mother.

On top of it, all my calls, emails, messages to them went unanswered.

I ordered a cake on[protected] for a delivery on[protected] at 2:00pm. Made full payment. Got confirmation email and sms. The cake was not delivered.
Tried reaching constantly for over 2 hours, there was no response. Eventually, i ordered another cake from another place as i had a few guests over for bday celebration.
In the evening i get a call after all my guests left saying the cake will be delivered in sometime around 7pm.
I told the person who called he's way too late to deliver, the party is over and asked for the refund. He says ok and disconnects the call.
When i wrote to winni, i get an answer that's absurd. They'll deliver the cake within 2 days as they were busy with other deliveries.

After ordering the cake 3 days in advance, clearly mentioning the delivery time. Winni sends a confirmation email. Shouldnt they deliver on the mentioned day and time? If they fail to do so, shouldnt winni refund the amount? Winni is refusing refund the amount.

It was most awaited mother's day and i placed order online through winni services. I opted standard delivery and that was quite good but all colours got fedup when i saw the actual cake.

First of all.. It was completely different cake from the one that has been selected during order.

Second miss that can't be compromise was.. No quotes message has been placed on cake that has been provided during ordering cake.

It was my first order through winni services and experience was completely disappointing.

As per my order, my product was supposed to be delivered on the same day but it's been two days now and yet no information on my purchased product . Calling their customer care for complain but number is switched off or invalid.

There is no address on the website where we can approach, the biggest problem is the numbers which they have mentioned does not work at all. I have dropped them an email too but no use.

This is regarding order # [protected]. It was booked on 05/12 for the occasion of mother's day, to wish my mother on 05/13. While booking, they mentioned it will be delivered between 8am-9pm but they haven't delivered it on-time. There is no way we can reach their helpdesk, it always says busy.
There is no option to cancel your order and if we cancel also, there us no refund will be given as per my discussion with their chat assistant on 05/14. The answered casually that they will deliver on 05/14. Am not getting what is the point of delivering it on some other date if we already missed the occasion.
Am strongly recommending not to use this site in case if you don't want to miss your occasions.

I ordered 1/2 kg eggless black forrest cake in heart shape along with orchid flowers chocolates bouquet.
But the send me a different product the send me a circle shape messy cake with few red roses and chocolates.

I paid some extra money for heart shape and eggless cake but they just send me a regular cake.

I want my refund, which i pay extra.

I placed an order and paid for my order. Everything was well and i called them just to confirm the delivery time. And what happened she said your order is incorrect and can’t be delivered.

I asked why is it so she said don’t know. I asked i paid and i have confirmation number as well and i would like to give someone surprise she didn’t say anything and said will transfer the amount in winni wallet.

I ordered a cake and some flowers through winni. They did not deliver the flowers. The cake they delivered was of an inferior quality. The customer service of winni did not answer my calls or mails or fb messages and apparentky blocked me in fb!. They also sent me apparently an automated mail stating they have completed delivery when actually they did not. They must atleast have the courtesy to answer my calls and refund my amount for the delivery they did not make.

I had placed a on the day delivery order on 14th feb 2018 for which I had paid through my card at around 8.30 am the website stated that it may deliver the products by 9 pm. But instead of repeated trials I was unable to contact the company guys and the order haven been delivered yet. The phone number which they had stated in site is constantly busy and was unable to connect to them. I tried to mail them but there was no response. Below I am attaching my order details. Please don't ever trust them and never buy anything on their site.

My order number [protected] placed on 02/02/2018 03:12 pm was supposed to be delivered on 14th february. 3 items were ordered which was delivered in an incomplete manner. Along with other things a bouquet was supposed to be delivered which was not done. This was highly disappointing and the gravity of the misconduct was depp indeed. I tried calling the support centre but it always responded to be busy. I tried calling the delivery man but he rejected my call. I collected a number from the delivery person but again he rejected my call time and again. This was highly inconvenient as per action is concerned regarding the professional behaviour of a company.

But they send me different shape cake and cake was damaged. I request that firm to change the cake or its not possible ..refund my money. But the company/firm

I have ordered cake (Black Forest) and bouquet(100 roses) from Winni with a cake on message and personalized message also to do a Mid night Delivery in Jagdalpur (Chhattisgarh). Firstly they have charged me like anything.

On the date of delivery, they called me and said to me that "Mid night delivery is not possible". I said ok deliver it in the afternoon.

After delivery got received, I was really very shocked, they have delivered a simple cake may be worth of rs 100 and obviously it was not black forest. and bouquet got only 10 roses which is being rapped up by a very dirty white polythene. It was hilarious, I have made a good amount of money for a good service.And what they have delivered is highly dissatisfied.

Only by opening a site, your work is not done, you should be well aware that whatever you are posting in the site, people wants the same item. Here I had ordered Apple and what I got is peanut.

It was a worst online delivery site I have ever seen.
