I placed an order at zara app on 8 December 2021 and the mode of payment was UPI.
I paid the amount through paytm app to the zara payment partner i.e. citrus solutions pvt.ltd.
The amount of ₹17, 560 was debited from my account but the order placing was failed.
As i had to place my new order and repay my payment of ₹17, 560. I request team to refund my payment as soon as possible.

    I ordered a perfume from zara worth ₹1280, i did the payment too from my upi id but they cancelled my order and mailed me that they haven’t received any payment.
    I want refund Asap.

      I've placed 3 orders on Zara and refunded some items from each order on November 2nd. They haven't refunded my money yet, it's been over a month and for 2 of the orders they claim refund was initiated on 19th itself but my bank says no refund has been received. For one of the orders (the one I returned the earliest in fact), they haven't even sent me an acknowledgment of the return being accepted! It's of a huge value and all items were perfectly intact with tags.

      Their customer care on twitter just keeps saying "the relevant team will get back to you" and they're absolutely unbothered, no one gets back. I can't believe a company I loved ordering from is doing this, and has such horrible customer service. I plan to take legal action for this if they don't respond and resolve the issue!

        I was placing an order on zara india online on 6th November and had opted for payment via upi.
        I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
        I did the transaction via [protected]@sbibank and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
        So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending
        I haven’t been initiated a refund.

        Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest.

            I transferred money to zara (Citrus solutions pvt ltd) using my google pay account. The amount is paid successfully to citrus solutions pvt ltd ([protected]@axisbank) and i got the reference number id[protected] and is attached herewith. But the status of the transfer is shown 'failed' to zara. I waited for one day for refund but didn't receive. Kindly resolve the complaint and please refund my money. Expecting your response at the earliest

              Amount has been deducted from the bank account and paid successfully to citrus but on the zara app payment was not successful please initiate the refund at the earliest.

                    I was ordering from zara and made the payment through UPI(Paytm). Money got deducted from my bank but I haven’t received any confirmation for my order. They cancelled my order. What is this behaviour? Hundreds of complaints for this issue and still you guys can’t find a solution. Is it that difficult for a big brand like yours? I want an immediate reply for my issue otherwise I need to take a step against you guys.

                      I was playing a order on Zara India online on 15 November and had opted for payment by upi. I then did the payment thought paytm for which Zara has used citrus payment gateway.
                      I did transaction and money got denied from my account but Zara did not received the amount.
                      So I just canceled the order to check if I receive the refund but I didn’t received.
