Hello this is regarding my refund not being issued by Zara for a purchase that was done 2 weeks ago. I have returned one of the items and the Zara india team is not answering to my queries /refunding my amount. They don’t have a dedicated email, neither do they respond on Facebook /Twitter or through their app.

Hello, I placed an order on Zara Shopping App on 30th June 2021 & the Payment Mode was Selected as UPI (Amount INR 5770/-). I made the Payment, the money instantly got deducted from my account but on Zara the transaction was marked as Failed & hence the payment was showing as Cancelled on Zara Shopping App.

Requesting the concerned authorities to look into the matter & resolve the issue ASAP.

I placed an order on 20 July 2021, of Rs 2870 and the amount was debited but order was not placed with Zara, when I checked with the bank they said that it is a successful payment and gave a reference no RRN[protected]. Please check and refund my amount as soon as possible and provide me a Valid TAT....
