I was placing an order on zara india online on 6th june 2021 and had opted for payment via upi.
I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
I did the transaction via [protected]@okicici and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
So zara cancelled the order from their side, and now states it’s a pending order.
I understand, I haven’t been initiated a refund as its Sunday.

But, Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest.

I ordered Zara wallet from Zara website and payment through upi but my amount deducted but payment showing pending I want my refund back as soon as possible..!!

I was placing an order on zara, the amounted got deducted from my account but the order didn’t get through and eventually got cancelled. I made the payment via UPI ( Googlepay). My order number is : [protected]

I ordered a top from Zara on 5th May the order got cancelled but money was debited from my back account it was through gpay. The amount was 2180 and transaction id[protected]. The amount went to [protected]@axisbank. It's been 21days please I want my money back.

I returned my product but didn’t receive refund yet.It’s been 2 months since the refund was initiated.I have been contacting zara, they said the issue was forwarded to citrus group.Refund initiated on 3March 2021.
Help me through this issue

My account got debited while i was paying to zara from gpay for Rs5950 but my order did not get placed and amount got deducted and have not received refund yet. Please help

I had placed an order on the Zara app on May 20, 2021 for Rs 4, 470. The money was debited from my account via UPI on Google Pay but Zara cancelled my order later. It is of high inconvenience to me and I would like a refund ASAP.

I did upi payment on the zara app and citrus solutions deducted the money from my account but my order was not placed

On 21.05.2021 I tried to make a payment on Zara through UPI, it was just payment of 3040₹, money from my account was deducted but the status of my order on zara was pending and it eventually got canceled.
Please help me with the refund/ cashback as soon as possible.

Zara cancelled the payment from their site as it keep pending and I have paid my payment through UPI (citrus solution pvt ltd Zara )

My payment got stuck with you. It was successful from my side. My order is canceled I have to re order again please refund my money fast.

I was placing an order on zara india and opted to pay through upi payment mode, for which i use phonepe. Zara uses citrus payment gateway to which i paid the sum and money was deducted but as soon as i was redirected to the app, it showed payment error.

It's very much inconvenient to run after your hard owned money like this from one email to another. Kindly address my grievance and refund. I can provide bank statement and phone pe transaction id one to one.

Amount deducted via upi transaction on 23 April 2021 but not paid to Zara
So now i requested you to please refund my amount on priority basis my upi reference if is[protected]

I placed an order today 20th March 2021 and while making the UPI payment, I was led to the respective page and after the UPI payment on the paytm app, the amount got deducted from my bank account and got the text message of the same but on the app the message popped up saying payment processing failed and in the app the order under my orders appears to have payment pending against it. Request you to refund the amount

I placed an order today at Zara India website and I paid via UPI through Paytm. My money got debited from my account but their was no email or notification that my order has been placed.

I was conducting a online transaction for zara using upi for citrus solutions, after doing the payment it showed the payment done and debited from my axis bank account, but later on I received an email which said the purchase was cancelled as the money wasn't received by zara, please see to it that my money is refunded as soon as possible. Below is the screenshot of the transition.

I have paid INR 2, 180 for a purchase dated 27th February, 2021. The amount has been deducted from account but the order status is still “ Pending payment”. Kindly look into the matter.

I ordered from zara on[protected] and i paid through upi and it got to me to citrus gateway then i paid through my paytm upi and the amount did got debited from my site but at zara they didn't received the money and it was showing pending payment. Kindly resolve this problem asap or refund my money back into my account!
