Recently on oct 23, 2018 7:17:58 pm i have ordered a smartwatch worth of rs.1999 on www.zookr.in.i have received the product on oct 27, 2018 5:45 pm. The problem regarding the product is not described as it is posted on their site. The product is not the same one which i have received so i have made a complaint to their customer services but they are saying that they issued the right product but it is not the same one which i ordered and received. I shall attach the link of the product that they hosted and i shall attach the product which i have received in document1. You can compare both the product and help me out to get refund and can avoid further cheatings of them to others. I am including some extra detail of the order for further information

I ordered a product vopar kw77 with 50mp camera... But surprise to see there is no comapny name written on product box. Just today i received the product but its a wrong product and also quality is very poor.. Its not even gettng charged with given charget on box.

It doesnt have camera as well nor product bill or manual in the box.

I called several times on customer care no. But its usless everytime its keep me on hold and line get disconnected.

I really not at all satisfy with the product. Its a damage product because i unble to charge with givem ubs.

I want to return the product immediately and please credit my amount back.

I have paid Rs 29999 /- on 25th October 2018 for purchase of one plus 6 on line. Since then I've not heard about despatch of the mobile phone even after my repeated request. I am still in doubtful.My order id is 6XQMEWH3MEP1. Please verify at your end. And send it it immediately and inform me the despatch date immediately. Please register this complaint.

I have ordered Smart watch and received a different basic watch with damaged battery(Battery totally bulged).

I have tried to call the customer care support many times and no one answers the call. This is a Total FRAUD. Please help me in getting a Total refund for my order.

I have tried to call them a hundred times, no response to the calls.

Please ban these type of fake online websites. File a complaint and take strict action on such frauds.

Zookr sales defective fake watch and they don’t deliver the mentioned product. They do cheating with customer. I ordered smart watch while they delivered another defective cheap product which doesn’t have any of the mentioned functions. On raising a complain on email they didn't reply. They do cheating and still our indian government authrities are not taking any action. Now when i search for zookr review i came to know that they sale fake products. When such complaints are raised in bulk by so many people,
Authorities need to take some action to prevent such fraud and make them public so no other company make such frauds. I request to government authorities to help and cease zookr.
I again want to say that i have ordered the mii 3 band from the zookr but l got the defective item and they are selling a duplicate product. Now i want to return or replace my order but there is no option in the site and i mailed them 9 times but they are not replying it. I have attaches the screenshot for the order details. Zookr is a fraud company. There tollfree number is also fraud, they never recieve the call. Not responding to the messages...

My name is dheeraj badhwar, i ordered zossil rodeo watch at site zookr.in on 17/10/2018. I received watch on 19/10/2018 when i opened parcel on the box of watch is totally different from watch which i ordered. It has totally different feature of watch which i saw on site. No company name written on this watch as this is fake desi watch. I also uploading pictures of watch which they shown on site and which i received. After that i tried the customer care number which written on their site[protected] no one pick this number as tried at least 100 times. There is only prompt that cutomer service officer are busy to help other customer but call disconnect automatically as i tried more than 100 times till now. There is return & refund policy written on site that in 48 hours you can raise but on order is still not shown delivered on site & no return of product can raise on this order. Now i check reviews about this site everyone has this same issue about this company zookr.in.
So please look into matter & take action about this company and please suugest me what i have to do now as i want my amount refund. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com

Zookr shows on site mii 3 band. But deliver local brand watch. On site reviews was also fraud. I tried write reviews on thier site they just don't allow that. And make fake publicity of product. They are just cheaters. Liers. Fraud site. Complaint line number is always buzy. No reply to help emailid. They are just fooling people and doing online fraud. Ban them. Please ban

I purchased a smart watch from zookr, but when i received the watch it was totally different then the one i ordered. I tried to contact by writing an e-mail to the support team and they responded only after pursuing multiple times. Today i received an e-mail as below:

We do not have a policy of allowing refunds or exchange in such cases. We have delivered the product as was shown on website. Hence your request cannot be accepted. For more information, please read our return policy here.

I have even sent them the images of what was shown on the website and the one i received, but now they are claming that they have sent the same item as showwn on the website. This company is truly unprofessional company and making people fool by sending them wrong product.

I have ordered the mii 3 band from the zookr but i got to knw that they are sellinv a duplicate product. Now i want to cancel my order but there is no option in the site and i mailed them they are not cancelling it. I have attaches the screenshot for the order details. Zookr is a fraud company. Worst app that i have ever seen in my life... I am contacting them for around 2 weeks... I received wrong model mobile.. I ordered a smart watch Vapor KW77 which is having feature of GPS track, water proof and synchro with smartphone. But actual i got delivery of a smart watch which is a very different and cheap model. they are not refunding nor replace the product

They sent me the wrong product same side of earpods that is of no use for me
I sent them atleast 5-6 mails but they are not at all replying

And as per their return policy i did the same they asked for but they are not taking any actions for my mails

i would like to inform you that i ordered "vapor kw77 smart watch with camera (round dial)" dated 26/09/2018 (as per image no. 1) and received another smart watch "y1s" (as per image no. 2) dated 28/09/2018 (as per image no. 3).

On the product bag it shows correct watch details as i ordered (as per image no. 4) but inside something else (as per image no. 5)

another thing is that product itself was not sealed pack, it means product was used by someone else (may be returned / damaged product) send to me or refurbished product sell to me (as per image no. 6)

wow! this is the best way to making "fool customers". Additionally, i called your customer support, i talked with one lady, she told me i'm sending you one sms with mail id, please complain on that mail id, still mail id not received yet. (as per call recording).

I do not want the received product as i was not ordered.

Kindly replace the product with i ordered "vapor kw77 smart watch with camera (round dial)" (as per image no. 7) dated 26/09/2018 seal pack fresh product (neither returned nor refurbished) or refund my money asap.

Actually i got some smart watch video with link in facebook account i bought on zookr.in. I received the the product after 5 days. But product totally different. And wrong product in defective still the watch will not working. The product deliverd very cheap quality and did not look like what was shown on website. And micro usb port provided the watch was not in proper size. And i tried different charging cables is not fit. And i immediately sent mail and msg to zookr.in. But no response and i tried so many times for customer care number never responding

Plz help me this is the first order in zookr.in. I am dis appointed and useless thing. And how to get refund. They have blocked me on facebook to comment and help me to connect and refund

I had ordered smart watch from zookr.in website on 07th oct 2018 and i received smart watch on 12th oct 2018.

The product value is rs. 1699/-

Actually, i had got some smart watch video with link on my fb account and had clicked same and bought from zookr.in. But when i had received the product, the product is totally different. Not a single similar thing with ordered smart watch. The received product is very cheap (Lower) quality watch. Which is not acceptable at any more.

The product was delivered after 5 days. To my surprise, the product delivered was of very cheap quality & did not look like what was shown on website before placing an order.
There was no user manual with the product. Still i figured out on my own how to configure it. Then the real ordeal started. The micro usb post provided on the watch was not of proper size & was not able to hold the charging cable. I tried different charging cables but it was not fit for that & still the watch was not getting charged.

The battery got discharged within two hours of first use & since then i was unable to charge the battery due to defective micro usb port. I immediately sent an email to zookr explaining the issue; their customer care number is never attended by anyone, it is virtually non-existent.

Now seeing the reviews and videos i believe that the zookr.in is a definitely fraud site and they are cheaters.

Such sites must be banned on social media sites so that no more people will be hunted by them.

I ordered kw8x smart watch, and it was delivered on 12/10/2018 but when i unboxed it, it was not the watch i ordered.
Please fix this problem because there are no hopes from the zookr customer care service and even after sending them the email there are no replies. And after having a look at the customer reviews and ratings i don't want zookr to replace my order but to refund my money.

I was looking for m i fit bit health band in the net. Other sites showed the prize as 2000 rs. But in zookr.in i found the price 1299/ which was cheaper and ordered one on 4/10/2018. But i later realised i was fooled to purchase the m2 band mistaking it for m i fit band as the advt was mimicking the original one. I received it on 10/10/18, only then i realized the mistake, that i purchased a duplicate one.. I tried to contact them in the phone no. Provided. But it was always showing busy tone and never could get them... Moreover when i checked the function the readings shown were very inaccurate. So this is a duplicate product and not functioning properly.. I feel cheated and want to return the product and get a refund from the company. Please take necessary actions.

The policy mentioned on their website clearly mentions the clause of return policy. The product i received has manufacturing defect (Which i had proven with the help of video) & yet they blatantly said that the product can not be returned.

Hence, do not get fooled by the claims by this website.

They sell cheap chinese products at exorbitant price & then there is non-existent customer care service & they shamelessly go back on their word and blatantly refute the claims they made on their website.

I ordered a smartwatch from zookr.in of vapor kw77 which i had already received 4-5 days late.
I saw it and observed that totally a different product was been sent to me. It was not as per the product shown on their site and google advertisements. Not even a features like gps, 4g support, browser, multiple dial selections (Only 3) were there.
I tried to contact their service person through phone calls but no response from them at that day. So i have sent them multiple email about the defect of the product. I but did not get any response. They pick the call two time and now they are not picking my call
