Recently i have done online purchase on zookr.in and given 2 orders comprising three items i. E (1) boombox hatch smart speaker (2) foxx 20800 mah powerbank and (3) runbit smart band.

I have received all the products in time but it came to my surprise that the products that was delivered to me were totally different against the items which were ordered and the quality was also the poorest and it was a shocking experience for me as the items were unbranded items against that were shown on the site

Now i have made contacted the customer care at zookr.in about my concern and they people told me to write a mail with the product details and i did the same but now three days have gone no revert from their site has been received and when i talk again at customer care they people again say that u will get the revert soon.

Now i feel that i have been looted and want the refund and also want that a stringent action must be taken against the website that are making fool of the people.

This company is a cheater company zookr.in
As per the company app they mentioned that they can't refund or return options but exchange is open with easy exchange options within 48 hrs. But immediately after getting delivered with 2 hrs when i opened the products but the products are received in damage and broken condition. There was no option for return was showing after it got delivered and then i tried calling customer care but again the fraud company has a voice recorder that this time we are facing high volume of callers and your call is important to us one of our executive will answer your call but after waiting for 7 mins it gets disconnected and all 24 hrs the same massage continued.
So i have waisted rs 2099/- against the fake company even i did the email but no response received yet 8 days is been past and there is no reply.
Stop buying anything from zookr.in the cheater and fraud company

Jab main company ko 9 email bheja hai, bhirbhi company ka koi reply nahi hai. Customer care ko call karne ke bad koi reply nahi hai. Payment idbi bank debit card se kiya hai.
Product received date 11 aug 2018 kiya hai aur maine complete bhi same date ko kiya hai.

मैंने 5 Aug 2018 को zookr.in से Multimedia Speaker ख़रीदा था. 10 Aug 2018 को product मिला पर जन बॉक्स खोला तो अन्दर से आवाज आ रही थी, जब मैंने टीक से देखा तो अन्दर टूटा हुवा कुछ नजर आ रहा था .

And the remote is also small.

The Multimedia Speaker and the remote is not the web site you entered.

I bought it for watching photos but this product has sent you poor and bad.

I went to on zookr.in website i bought one smart watch when i recieved that was totally useless i spoiled my money. I tried to switched on i could not able to do it i try to charge i am not able to charge it and when i checked the contioned of battery that was totally damaged when i sent mail to them they asked pictures i sent video and picture but no use they did not reply to me i lost my 1699 rs. For that smartwatch kindly make some strong points and stop their websiite to spoil others people money. Please check the picture for your ready reference. I ordered a combo shirt pack on this site but when i recieved i got completely diffrent product and very poor quality when i request for return and share pic mail reply is very pathetic and rude they told they delevered me what is showing on website and refuse to return and say they don't have refurrn and refund policy and maiking customer fool product is very poor.

I have purchased (cash on delivery Rs. 799) Foxx 20800 Mah power bank from the Zookr.in site Tracking id[protected] . Today I received the parcel (package) after paying the amount I opened the parcel when I saw inside the package it was damage, scratched and not even noted with the power bank name. It seem to be local power bank. On zookr.in site image was different from the received package. I have attached the original image from the site and duplicate which was I received.
After that I was trying to call the Zookr customer number [protected] but no one were responding/picking the call.
I have also sent the mail to the [protected]@zookr.in but no response till now. Zookr team kindly take the action on this issue immediately.

I found about this website online via Instagram ads on my account. Opened up their website which I thought was selling the Mi Band 2 at a marginal rate for which it was available online everywhere else. Turns out I was mislead into buying some cheap Chinese duplicate Mii band 2.

I was't aware of the name difference while ordering as the product had similar images on its website.

It was only when I received the product when I realized that I had been duped by a fraudulent company.

I completely checked their whole website and all other products and other online reviews and turns out this company has doing this for a long time and is constantly misleading customers.

The product i received has nothing namely "Mii band 2" as per what they claimed on their website written on the product page. I have photos to prove my case.

Tried calling their customer helpline number but it all went in vain. Seems they have a automated bot which keeps the call running for exactly 3 mins and 12 seconds and they (or it) disconnects the call automatically on 3 mins and 12 seconds.

The website claims easy returns and 100% Genuine products but that wasn't the case with me. I was mislead and got the totally wrong product compared to what was advertised on their website. Also there's no link or option available to file a return request. I have had a horrendous experience with this company and their website.

I have sent an email to the customer care as well ([protected]@zookr.in) but haven't received any response as of yet.

I would like to file a complaint seeking my money returned back and this company being investigated for their fraudulent online presence and cheating its customers.

I had ordered "Sunny Boom High Bass Earphone" but I received a duplicate product of a very cheap quality and which doesn't even have branding packaging at all. They sent me a completely different product than what was shown in their website/app.

I even tried calling to Zookr.in customer care several times but it is always engaged and not able to connect to them at all.

Then I sent an email to their support team and they are not replying with any resolution as of now.

I want to escalate this issue to get my full refund against the order I received.

Fraud persons are seating in zookr... They are only doing frauds. I just purchased mi band 2 watch. It's refurbished and used watch. I called in customer care. The person is asking me debit card details for refund.. All gyzz are seating in zookr are fraud..... Don't purchase any item..

I have ordered mi 20000mah power bank but instead of mi powerbank u have send vivo20800mah powerbank which is not working and it is not seems to be a original product. First of all without any information u changed the product and ur customer representatives are not bother to listen our compaint. It is very sad to inform u that ur service is very poor and we r very dissatisfied/disappointed with ur sevice.
When we asked for return the product within 3 days, they have asked for debit card details and debited my all balance and has been "0". What is this? Is this ur genuineness?
If this kind of services is going on, god knows what will be the future.

Hii i ordered the power bank (Mi) brand on 16 may and i got that power bank cash on delivery on 22 may 2018 in mulanur.-638106

And i checked it. It was not branded and also the product is damaged. Moreover not working.

I ordered first time in your website and now i was very disappointed. And i hope you will be return my product.
This delivered power bank worst condition. So please return me original mi power bank woith 20000 power.

I have ordered Mi20K 20000 mAh power bank ...but in worst I got some used and un branded product.. Very disappointed with Zookr. They have painted the details on power bank which is very disgusting to trust and purchase the products. We can clearly find the scratches on it and made some highlights with marker... Not at all a worthy product...

There is no proper means to get in touch with customer service, with lot of difficulties and long wait time when we spoke to representatives they are least bothered to listen and resolve our queries..

Brief description of your issue : it's been a month only that i have purchased the 2 smart watch but one of the watch shuts down automatically after few mins even though battery is full charged. Its consistent and i have observed it over multiple days

It was my first purchase from zookr.in site and they responded back to my issue that refund is only possibly within 1st two days of delivery. They should have clearly mentioned while purchase that the product has no warranty and will not be refunded for any defects detected at any point of time. They are cheating customer by selling at high price and no product warranty.

The product delivered turned out to be a damaged one. The screen frame had come out, the inside of phone was rusty. The sides of phone were loose.

The pre-paid payment was made through net-banking on 1 may itself.

Today i called the customer care numerous times. There was no response. The call was kept in hold and then just cut off every time.

I also sent an email to the customer care (Help at zookr.in), till now i did not receive any response.

Sir, i have ordered this mobile from zookr.com. They sent me old mobile. When i had complained for refund or return this product. I had ordered Nokia 3310 mobile handset online through a website zookr.in, but the product received by me was a fake / duplicate / china clone of the ordered product by the name Classic N3310. Even the tracking details mention that the product shipped is Nokia 3310 but I have received Classic N3310. I am attaching a few photos of the product received by me (The navy blue coloured phone) and also the photos of Nokia 3310 original, owned by one of my friend (Here white in color). it is evident by comparing both the products that The fake product has a lot of difference from the original one and the difference is clearly visible (The back cover, the speaker slot, the size of the screen, the position of logo of the
brand etc).
I had verbal as well as mailed conversation with the website, but they kept on insisting that the product is genuine.
Kindly help me in returning the product and getting my money refunded.

I had ordered smart watch from zookr.in website on 14th april 2018 and i received smart watch on 17th april 2018.

The product value is rs. 1799/-

Actually, i had got some smart watch video with link on my fb account and had clicked same and bought from zookr.in. But when i had received the product, the product is totally different. Not a single similar thing with ordered smart watch. The received product is very cheap (Lower) quality watch. Which is not acceptable at any more.

I mailed zookr.in for the above matter with photos & video. I also attached the actual screen shot of originally shown smart watch from my fb account. After submitted each and every proof they said "we can't do anything, we don't have return policy".

The zookr.in is a definatlly fraud site and they are cheaters.

I also attached photos & video of the same to this complaint.

Image 1 :- there is a screen shot which has been taken from my fb account link. The same link i had clicked and shown and the same product had ordered from site.

But i received totally different product.

Image 2:- there is received smart watch, which is a very cheap and lower quality of product.

I request you please do needful and i demand for true justice.

I karthik ordered powerbanks from the website zookr.in. They gave the duplicate/fake product to us, we tried contacting the customer support no response we even tried to mail them no response. This is such a fraud company that we get all fake products and no return policy. These # dont know the meaning of customer standards. They know to fake and loot the customers. I returned the products to their company by making my own expenses even though it shows wrong address because they want to loot the customers money.

Kindly team please look into this and help me out. File/register a complaint on this.

I have ordered a Mi Power Bank of 20800 mah, but they have delivered me a Samsung Power Bank of same mah. Moreover, this is a defective piece as I am unable to charge any of my phones. This was delivered by blue dart. I am trying to contact the customer care number given on Zookr but its not gettng connected. I have paid 800rs for this, and I don't know whom to contact for proper solution.

On 19th march 2018, I viewed an Advertisement in which the company shows that it is selling the MI powerbank in a price of 600 and I bought that MI powerbank from there site named zookr.in.

It is delivered in within 3 days of booking at 22nd of march 2018. But when I opened this I found that this is the wrong material.

I tried to complaint this regarding the fraud but the customer care no. is wrong and they didn't me the reply of the mails which I frequently send to the company.

Please do some needful and help me in refunding my money.
