samsung 20800 mah battery bank

I had ordered a battery bank of make samsung of 20800 mah from zookr.in. On delivery of the product to my surprise i see that it is 9000 mah and does not work at all. I tried calling their customer care, but the line would get disconnected automatically. These are fake product and such fraudulent activities needs to be stopped immediately. I have lost Rs. 600 in this manner and they must have duped many customers like this.

Purchase nokia 3310 and nokia 1280 … the zookr company cheated me. The phone is not original its juz very very low quality chinese product. This is very bad from zookr team. As a consumer i hav my rights. I will go to court for this damn cheating. (Section 415, 417, 420). Otherwise my money should refund or replace it wid original contact : [protected]

Bought nokia 3310 mobile in zookr.in payed via paytm wallet. And i got duplicate mobile (Fake mobile) and there is no return option the zookr.in. Please take serious action on it please and refund my money and arrange a pickup of this junk mobile from my home.
No one care to pick up call or replying to email from zookr.
This guys are fraud, kindly do not buy anything from this site

I had ordered nokia 3310 from zookr.in at Rs1699 but when i got the delivery it was some cheap chinese phone naming venn

Zookr.in is a online site selling product they claim 100% Genuine product as shown picture below i order Mi 20800 power bank Tracking id[protected]. I pay 649/- through Cash on delivery and Rs. 150/- for delivery. but the product is duplicate this is not original Mi power bank so i want my money 699/- back
Pls sir Nokia 3310 is not Nokia phone is China set 1300 rs waste my amount pls sir return amount and set is fake
Its a FAKE COMPANY...I also logged the complaint about this site yesterday.

Bought nokia 3310 mobile in zookr.in payed via paytm wallet. Please take serious action on it please and refund my money and arrange a pickup of this junk mobile from my home.

Dear sir,
I request for cancellation my order to [protected]@zookr.in they reply to me that i give a chance to them and received their item and if I have issues regarding that item than they will give me full refund and also replacement
However I received and I'm not satisfied with that item quality of the product is cheap and for that reason yesterday I request for return but still I didn't received any response from zookr
They also don't received my call on their customers care no ie[protected]
Before I received their item they give respond in just hour and now they didn't give any reply
Please help me to solve my problem related return Nd refund

Worst site I had ever seen. Please dont purchase any thing. I ordered smart wallet. But shockingly I received a second hand mobile phone. Pics attached. They will loot innocent people
