My self vishavjeet i ordered vapor kw77 smart watch from zookr.in the order was not trackable. If i am tracking that order the order dosent apear. The company is fraud.. So i request you to take strict action against that type of fraud company. And google also showing the ads of that site. So i request you to take action and i advice others to dont buy item from zookr or any other like that sites.

I had ordered a smart watch on zookr: vapor kw77 smart watch with camera round dial. The product does not work. Secondly the product is damaged.

The dial does not rotate as shown in the video. Totally fake looking product.

Please help. This is my first purchase in zookr and i'm disappointed in this useless thing.

Dear Sir,
I ordered the Vapor KW77 Smart Watch from Zookr.in site.That company is directly doing fraud with the costumers. The product delivered was of very cheap quality & did not look like what was shown on website before placing an order. So, when I phoned on the Customer care number they didn't received it and I also send many mail to them but they didn't answer.
So regarding this I need your help.

I ordered a smartwatch from zookr.in of Vapor KW77 which I had already received 4-5 days late.
I saw it and obseeved that totally a different product was been sent to me. It was not as per the product shown on their site and Google advertisements. Not even a features like GPS, 4g support, browser, multiple dial selections (only 3) were there .
I tried to contact their service person through phone calls but no response from them at that day. So I mailed one mail about the defect of the product. I called again on next working day and they told me to mail me to neetu madam. On which I mailed and continous followed up to the madam via mail. They gave positive reply at first mail and in the last mail they told me that there is no replacement or refund of the product.
They are not receiving my calls right now.

Everytime we call to service person they receives the call after 3 mins.

I am complaining about their site. Sir, please take strict action against their fraudlant products.

For the same i had emailed them original photos of watch and the watch which recd to me... But still they had not taken any action on it

And they are now refusing my refund as well

I have received the order on 15th sep. To my astonishment i received a 9.7 inch tab. As mentioned in the website i should get zoomstar x10 10 inch tablet + free hbqi7r wireless earpod, 1 x charger, 1 x micro usb cable, 1 x otg cable, 1 x earphone, 1 x user manual. But i have received a 9.7 inch tab, charger and micro usb cable only which is not right.

Kindly take this back and send me 10 inch tab, free hbqi7r wireles earpod, otg cable, ear phone and user manual. I am also attaching a pic of the box for your perusal. I called your customer care for help but they said they had some network failure and asked to call back. Rcvd. Mail saying can't help

After watching their advertisement on facebook i ordered vapor kw77 smartwatch from zookr.in on[protected] by paying 1700/-
But they send me fake defective smartwatch with battery missing.
I send 5 mails regarding my complaints to [protected]@zookr.in but
I receive no reply from them.
They cheat people by fake advertising on social media and deliver fake and cheap products to customer.
Please help me to take strict action against them.

Ordered a mi band 3 on zookr.in but fake and wrong product received,
When i contact them on call they immediately tell it's a mii band 3 and try to cut the call, and then i say its right but what i have received is not even mii band 3 and its some cheap chineses watch which is scratched and does not work they try to avoid to issue a refund or replacement, they are cheatin millions of people which there marketing on fb instagram please i need my refund asap as i have lost my money on something that is worth nothing,

I recently Ordered a "Xiaomi Mi Band 3" from Zookr.in, but received a completely fake and valueless wrong cheap brand-less product. This is cheating of highest order and shall not be tolerable.
All my attempts to contact customer care/ support through Phone/ Email has been void till now. I do not see a way to return the product and get my refund.

The watch i received doesn't work and there is no display coming up on the watch. I went on to their website to check the options to return, but there are no steps or alternate options given on their site for return/refund. I started calling zookr.in customer care number[protected], call goes for a long time and later no response as their agents are busy. I have literally called them 43'times today. Yes, "43".

I would like to raise a complaint against zookr for -
Fraudulently - providing defected product and cheating customer
Not providing a contact point for the customer to share his issues
Not providing right details about refund/return options.

I have received the pink colour watch which is totally different from the model and pictures shown in the item description on order page.

Its a cheap quality product and i want my money back. I dont want this fake product its not worth of my hard earned money Rs.2000 which i have paid for this product recieved.

You are requested to look into the matter and resolve this issue asap.

Also when I checked this forum I came to know that most of the users are been cheated on this website. Cosumer forum should take an action and close this website permanently to save other customers.

I ordered an smartwatch of KW8X brand and earpod combo by paying online RS 2100/= but they have send me a duplicate useless watch and there is no earpod in the box also.

They show a original product on their website but send a duplicate product which is not even similar to that product.

They have provided a number on their website which is wrong.

I order mi band 3 on september 3, 2018.. Yesterday i got product through pickrr. I opened that package.. I shocked and disappointed. I received wrong product. I contact zookr.. They are blocked me in messager. I mailed zookr. Didn't get any reply mail. Please file a case against zookr. I searched google. Lot of people are affected that fake webst. Why government still block that zookr website??

I ordered mi band 3but they sent me the mi band 2 and duplicate product it's damaged and charger was missing. I want the replacement but hey were not replying.
It's totally a fraud they have no rights to show other pics and send other but in that case it's totally different no one was expecting that kind of product . That was the ### company I want it to be closed because they not only send duplicate product but also a damaged ones and used product .

I want to lodge a complaint against online shopping store zookr.in. I have purchased a watch on 7 september 2018. My order id is : 6c8e6003-9c69-474e-bd8b-1a82d3d1ad1a. I have received a wrong model of watch which is totally different from which i bought and is also defective and damaged. Now they are not responding any mails and calls from me.

I hope you will take prompt actions for the redressal of my grievances and will take stern actions against the erring staff of zookr.

I purchased a mi 3 band from zookr website and they delivered duplicate product to i also tried to reach them by email & phone but no revert from them, i asked them to give me real product (Replacement) but no revert from them at all. So finally thought to register a compliant here. Please help me to resolve this request.

I had ordered a Zossil Romeo wrist black watch from zooker.in. however what I recieved was totally different watch from what it was shown online, and moreover it was a used fake old watch, with scratches and no company trade mark.

I mailed them at [protected]@zooker.in 3 times with photos and unpackaging video. But i am yet to recieve a reply. Instead I recieved a msg saying the following mail id([protected]@zooker.in) is not receiving msgs.

Wrong/defective product received
Recently i have done online purchase on zookr.in and given 2 orders i. E guru music 2 with 4g lte support classic phone and i received fraud product i. E "mbo b312 phone" with very third class quality.

I have received all the products in time but it came to my surprise that the products that was delivered to me were totally different against the items which were ordered and the quality was also the poorest and it was a shocking experience for me as the items were unbranded items against that were shown on the site

Now i have made contacted the customer care at zookr.in about my concern and they people told me to write a mail with the product details and i did the same but now three days have gone no revert from their site has been received and when i talk again at customer care they people again say that u will get the revert soon.

Now i feel that i have been looted and want the refund and also want that a stringent action must be taken against the website that are making fool of the people.

Please note that i have already submitted complaint here twice but not received any solution till date neither received any clarification from zookr.in

Please resolve my issue at the earliest possible and arrange for the refund as nearly 1 month is approaching now from the date i have given order
