Product delivered is not as what was shown in advertisement. It differs a lot and is not even a replica but some other product itself. This company is selling fake products by showing advertisements of original product. This is a big time scam happening from the capital of india. Request you to please create awareness to the people of india about the fake website selling fake products.

The product which i have recived not even working sound even can’t hear to ear even a little bit. Its total wast of ma money and one side is not even working. Earlier in november month i have order one mobile phone from zookr.in that is guru 2, i have received a wrong and defective product, but as zookr's customer executive said it will get replaced in within 15-20 days, wrong and defective product is picked up from my house on 8/12/18, but as i enquired about it on the zookr's customer agent, she disconnected the call, she was rude and it's fraud company, product description is different and actual is different.
And they are proud about it.

I had purchased a smart watch from "zookr.in" on the dec 13, 2018 10:06:21 am vide order no. "eac92c38-2afb-4d37-a86f-c85ac0d05af8". However, they have delivered a product which i had not ordered and since then i have been following up with them for replacement or refund and they are simply sending mails to send image or video of the product, which i have already sent to them on the 16th of dec-2018. They have caused a lot of mental harassment and distress, i am very disturbed of being cheated and request your support in this regard.

They are insisting that, the product is delivered is the same which i ordered.

This company is fraudulent. Please take the necessary action to cancel this company license and ban the same.

The indian government should take this issue as serious and do the needful for indian people those who are cheated and still cheating by this company.

I have ordered Phantom 4G Smart Watch but received wrong one. The smart watch is also not watch not working. My order tracking Number is [protected]. The item was recieved on 23rd nov and unpacked, then charged with the cable provided in the box with a good usb charger for almost 2 hours. The watch never switched on. Sent mail to zookr for replacement.

Replacement watch came only on 15th dec. Same problem. This time it dis not even show charging indication.

Both time i sent videos and enough proofs.

Zookr product support is pathetic. They have a very bad process. They don't respond properly and no means to quickly replace item. First they don't give a quality product that works.

Pathetic Customer care, bad service. Ordered this phantom smart watch but didn`t get what they shown in the picture. The watch that i received was totally different and of bad quality. Moreover it`s not getting charged and there was a scratch on the dial itself. When i called on the customer care, they asked me to provide pictures and video of the same; i provided them where above mentioned problems can be clearly seen but they denied to replace or refund for the same. it`s totally waste of money and time. They don`t value customer relation at all. i could have given negative marking but unfortunately i don`t have this option too.

I have ordered Phantom 4G Smart Watch but received wrong one. The smart watch is also not watch not working. My order tracking Number is [protected]. I order hi fi dj 500w with 4.5"woofer 18000 pmpo. From zooker.in. Received damage wrong product usb/mnc/aux player on 21nov2018. Which is having only one speaker which is damage, no sub woofer. On same day i mail them the complaint. After 2days i got reply from zooker. Send the details, i sent them details. After that they told me to return that product. I ask them to arrange pick but they refused to do so or provide shipping charges. So i send the parcel through speed post and share details with zookrs. Even they not ready to refund the amount.

I purchase one smart watch thow zookr side, and 2days ago delivery prduct, but i found deliver product not a match with book watch, i contact to zookr cs team and inform but they are not accept her folt they repaly by mail her company policy are not accpet this folt, also note as per zoolr cs information i check product that a not working, so agin i contact to zookr team and transfer phone to mailing person mr prakash poul or nitesh sharma but cs team refuse my request and say its company policy, and every time cs person say complate sent by mail but nobady proper repaly only say company policy issue

I dont know its forde for me and total wastage money spend by me

This company advertised a wireless sound bar for 2229. I like the specs and ordered it. They delivered a cheap Bluetooth speaker worth less than 1000 which doesn't match even 5% what is shown on their website. When I reached out to them, they are not willing to replay or refund. They are insisting that what they sent me is what they show which is blatantly false.

I realized after placing the order that several others faced similar problem. However. they continue to cheat consumers such as me.

The government should cancel their license.

I ordered The Zoomstar X10 inch tablet from Zookr.in site. And i got their product . I opened this product in front of everyone and was fooled by their seller.

I have ordered earpod on november 3rd and received the item after a week. The item was defective and very poor quality. I have contacted the customer care the same day and she asked me to email the video and pictures of the earpod. I have sent her everything and there was no response from her after that. I have contacted her several times and finally she replied replacement item has been sent and gave me tracking number also. It’s been 2 week since there is no update on that tracking number. I called them again today. They again said that i will get the item within next 7 days. When i asked them whether they are cheating me, they disconnected the call.

I purchased a mobile phone from the company zookr.in online on 20th oct 2018 on prepaid amount of 23999 through sbi netbanking. But company didn't supplied as i did not accept the delivery. Now the company is not interested to refund as making reason that your sbi bank has refused the refund. While as i paid the through sbinet banking. I have ordered the one plus 3 smartphone and transferred the amount 12499 on 13nov2018. But due to some reason i want to cancel the order. Items are definitely not as shown on their website. (Had ordered vapor kw 77 watch, received a cheap chinese replica) i researched and actually found out their directors email id. The holding company of zookr is pickrr technologies.

Shot a mail to all of the directors in cc, and received a call within half hour, pleading that they'll refund the money. After i received the refund, the defective/ unbranded/ cheap item was picked by their personnel. So, if you want some action to be taken against them, send them a mail to above id's:

I assure you, if your problem is genuine, and you received a defective item, they cannot ignore these mails. Infact, i had written over 10 mails to their regular [protected]@zookr.in id, but had received no response for atleast 7 days. Even after 10 calls with their elusive customer care executives who know nothing, and simply used to send automated mails mentioning that "they have delivered what was shown on website". Looking at the number of complaints, this company will surely go down!

I have ordered vapor kw77smart watch from zookr. But different model was delivered to me. I sent many mails about delivery of wrong product but get no reply. I ordered kw69 smart watch with camera... Why such a cheating like i have received cheapest product shoyo smart watch which cost 999 rs from amazon... Just refund my amount or sent me the right product.. Or i will go for legal formalities. But there is.. No one is ready to accept my request from their customer care service.. I wonder how this company still cheating the customers... I do respect indian consumer court will consider my request... Still the customers are being cheated by these website...

Zookr is a fraudulent company. Some bunch of # doing this online business with highly unfair trade practice. Do not be trapped in their offer and schemes and never purchase anything from their website. These people are highly unethical and daylight thieves. I had ordered a smartwatch from zookr. But they had delivered a different third grade poor quality smartwatch other than the watch which i have ordered.

Dont buy anything from zookr. They are fully unprofessional and listing very poor quality products. I had bought a iphone6 plus refurbished from them. But after received the product, i saw the product was very bad quality, battery backup is only 30 mins and also the touch screen also not working. I tried several times to contact them buy they are not picking a single time. Also the suppliers who are listing products they are also scammers. So please dont waste your hard earned money to buy products from them.
