And already byjus company cancelled my course and i returned the product before 12days back also . I can't receive any mails from BYJUS company. They received product or not.

    My name is Deepak Kumar and my registered no [protected].

    02 month ago I purchased a course for my daughter. But after 10 days she doesn't want to continue. So I raised an a request on mail to cancel the course. Because it's byjus Policy that we can cancel with in 14 days so Idid the same.
    But bad part is I dint get any response for my cancellation till now.
    Whenever I call their customers care they simply says that sorry we don't have any updates for this plz wait for 48 hours definitely you will get call.

    After calling several times in last 2 month till now they don't have any
    updates and I did get any call from their end. But still I am getting calls and SMS for emi payment.

    So again I request to Byjus plz cancel the course and refund 12 k which I paid in starting.

    Earlier I believes in Byjus for 100% customer satisfaction, but my last 2months with byjus wasn't that Good.

      Dear Sir,
      with due respect and humble submission I would like to say that I was interested to admit my daughter to byjus tuition center. my daughter's test was taken on 15 May 2023 at 8 to 9 PM by Mr. Anurag SIngh boring road Patna Bihar. After three days my posting is done at Saharsa 300 KM far from Patna. 21 May I request to cancel my daughter's registration? but not done so I emailed Byjus for the same. I have started writing from 22 May 2023 to till date but still, I am not confirmed to cancel registration and refund money.
      Dear Sir, please do it as soon as possible. if you have anything more or details I will provide you. or please tell me what to do next.

        I recently purchased the Tablet learning Program for my son, enticed by the promise of a 100% refund if we decided to cancel within 15 days. However, our experience with Byjus has been nothing short of a nightmare.

        Shortly after starting the program, my son began feeling uncomfortable with the video lessons, prompting us to request a cancellation within the specified timeframe. We have made multiple attempts to contact their support team, reaching out through phone calls to their support number, customer care, and even speaking with a counselor. In addition, we sent numerous emails to their designated support addresses, including [protected]@byjust.com, [protected]@byjus.com, and [protected]@byjus.com.

        Unfortunately, it has been over 45 days, and there has been no resolution. Byjus has shown no intention of canceling my order or refunding the amount promised. They have been completely unresponsive, leaving us in a frustrating and uncertain situation.

        It is deeply disappointing to see a company fail to honor their own refund policy. Our trust has been shattered, and we feel deceived by Byjus' false promises. We expected better customer service and support, especially when it comes to fulfilling their own commitments.

        I strongly advise others to reconsider purchasing from Byjus, as their lack of accountability and refusal to provide the promised refund have left us extremely dissatisfied. This experience has been nothing short of a letdown, and I would caution anyone considering their services to be aware of the potential frustrations they may encounter.

        Overall, Byjus' handling of our cancellation request and their failure to refund our payment have left us deeply dissatisfied. They have failed to live up to their own promises, and we regret ever purchasing from them.

          This is the worst decision of my life that enrolled by my son in Byjus classes. My son is not able to follow the instructions as he doesn't like this teaching method. They are not paying any attention to whether students are following the class or not. All the attendees are in video-off mode and it's just one way communication in the class. Now we want to cancel the classes, paid for extra month as they requested before cancelation but still they just don't stop sending at least 10 messages a day, at least 3-4 calls per day and at least 3-4 Google pay requests on Gpay app. I mean this is the worst institute that I seen in my entire life.

            At the time of admission, 15 days trial was told and when the trial was not liked, they were asked to cancel it.But the Byju team has been trying that we were stuck in a poor plan for at least 1 year and they generate some revenue anyhow .And in the name of refund, he has stolen 22000 rupees.
            Because their attitude had changed only after asking them to cancel the admission and now they are wishing that at least some of their goods like tablet should be sold. For a total of 75000 rupees from us at the time of admission and refund of only 53000 has been done, they are not in the mood to give the remaining money.

              I have enrolled for byjus ias premium course. They said that we are providing scholarship to you. With tablet learning program. But instead of tablet they provided me prerecorded lectures and optional subject lectures on my android itself. Right after 3 days I called them to cancel my course. But they said that we'll arrange a call for you within 24 hours. I call them many times. The reply was same. I do not understand the recorded lectures neither I can afford their EMI. It's been 15 days now I do not get even study materials yet.
              How many times I have to call them instead of studying??
              I just want them to refund.

                    Recently I have given my number and Mail id to download a file from their website for study purposes. (To give the number was mandatory to download the file, that's the only reason the number was given) from then onwards they are calling me unnecessarily from their office, asking if I need any service. in the first call itself I noticed that I didn't need any of the services and still, they are sending missed calls, from different numbers, on the same day .. calling again and again disturbing my time and privacy. This has become intolerable.

                        On NOV 27 2022 i have taken admission in Byjus tution center at Guntur and die to some reasons i have withdrawn.
                        Came to know Without my knowledge a loan of Rs.95625 has been taken by Byjus team at Guntur location in AP. The same is being reflecting in my CIBIL report and my score has came down becoz of this. Also my joining fee of Rs.10, 000 has not refunded back to me as of today.
                        When I have approached them for the resolution they are just escaping from it.
                        Requesting you to kindly intervene and support for the resolution. I need my NOC by today.

                          Byju's company was bothering to coustomer .They can't understand customer problems .they want money only .since last one month I am asking for cancellation.byjus employees also playing games with customers.they said wait for 24 hours we get arranged the call but they don't arrange to he calls. Already i told to Byju's company i don't want this course bcoz my situation was not good.but they send msgs upadate ur classes. Why Byju's company was not understand customer problems.this company was totally fraud. I want cancellation cancel my order.

The person who came to my home and explained about this he didn't even said about we should cancell before 15 days . He did said about it . But my father mailed and called them no response and
                                They are not cancelling. I did not use any product from byjus but every amount Is going to them for not using it. It made us affect emotionally financially . We are suffering through one year .
                                I request u to cancel otherwise we will take legal action against you and I will take this to social media and tell the people how you scam in the name of education

                                      I have registered my daughter P. JANANI in BYJUS 12th std live class in english medium for JEE.
                                      Student name is P JANANI studying 12th standard.
                                      Registered mobile number is [protected].

                                      BYJUS officials said the classes will commence from 31st March 2023.
                                      But, the classes didn't start for my daughter due to the fault from your marketing person Mrs Mahalakshmi[protected].
                                      Then she said this problem will be rectified within 72 hours. However, they could not resolve it.

                                      After making several complaints through phone and emails to BYJUS, she was given 11th standard AKASH-BYJUS live class. But I registered live class for 12th std. Then again I made several complaints to BYJUS officials for changing to 12th std live class.
                                      Finally during May month first week, 12th std live classes were streamed. Unfortunately, it was streaming in Hindi language. Then again I made several complaints to BYJUS officials for changing the language from Hindi to English. For two days the classes were delivered in English language. But now, without any prior intimation to us, the live class language changed to Hindi.

                                      For more than 60 days, it has become an everyday problem for me to write to BYJUS for resolving the above said problems.
                                      Even now, the problem is not solved. Even if you rectify the problem, the classes will be continuing from your existing batch.
                                      Please understand that more than 60 days of live classes are over.
                                      So my daughter cannot get the left over classes of past 60 days.
                                      There is no meaning in taking up 12th std live class from now onwards, because it is very difficult to continue from the present live classes, as she cannot understand the course.

                                      Kindly I request you to cancel the BYJUS Live classes for my daughter and refund my money.
