Byjus has not processed my refund though they received the kit on 11-May-2023....

I was manipulated into paying Rs 10000 on 17th May, 2023 after 2 hours of so called scholarship counselling session and was asked to make the rest of the payment monthly wise if I would like to continue with the classes after 15days trial. I got advice from my child's therapist who suggested not to change her learning environment as it would not benefit her, so we asked the support to cancel the registration. We have purchased BYJU's learning station program by paying some advance amount. at the time of purchase they told us that you will get full refund if you request for cancellation with in 14days of purchase. Now, after 5 days only I have started cancellation process through their customer care but the only answer is that their senior will call in 24 hours or the mentor will call. its been more than a week time and I have called them more...

I have paid rs. 25000 registration fee. But now i want to cancel the course and get the refund.
But the counsellor is denying and trying to force me which is very unprofessional.

I once just opened there webpage for normal search but there was a pop up window to enter details to continue browsing. I entered my details from then am receiving no. of SMS and emails. Please stop this I am not interested in any course or anything from byjus . I have no option to block sms also.

Btc course with offline class was sold to me for my daughter Vanya. It was promised that at any point of time, offline class can be cancelled and refund will be processed. Within 15 days of purchase of course, I applied for cancellation of offline class at BTC center thane because of non feasibility of attending offline class. For my sister's son Divyansh Kaushal, I bought a one-year course from Byjus in the month of April 11 2023. I cancelled my enrollment according to company policy rules. They have not cancelled and gave refund yet. They are abusing me a lot every day. They are torturing me mentally. Now I am taking treatment for migraine head ache because of Byju's employees....

I have only paid registration fees of 7000 to byjus which I requested cancellation for within 2 days of payment which comes under there 15 days 100% refund policy( I'll provide a screenshot as proof) but still they are not giving my refund It's been more than a month they are not responding to my emails and not arranging calls either. and once they said they will charge 3000 as process fees which is completely against their own refund policy....

I am writing this get the attention of concern authority of cancellation team to complain about the thoughtless behaviour of the support team, and acknowledgement request for the cancellation of my subscription. Since I received a call from byju's for extending 1year IAS Course amounting Rs. 24000/ for which I had paid Rs 4000/
as initial payment meanwhile they enrolled me for 2 years course period which results to Rs. 36000/which I was unable to pay. Having many discussions with team byju's for cancellation of extended course. The team recommend me to pay extra Rs 3000 (that is a sum of 7000Rs as down...
